The Lacey store has the "worst" customer service ever. 3 people at their desks never looked up from their computers or said, "Hello, can I help you". I was referred by ACEHardware who is #1 in friendly customer service.

These guys are Great! Huge selection of every imaginable part. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Parts not in stock are there the next day. Reasonable prices and high quality products.

Snarky and not helpful. Won’t be back.

Friendly and helpful staff. They seem to be geared more towards contractor and commercial customers, but you can walk in here and get stuff too. However, I didn't see prices on anything. I downgraded them one star because the cashier was not wearing her mask properly ( below the nose) and even pulled the mask down once while talking to me.

Called, waited 20 min on hold to get a guy who sounded like he did NOT want to work there and very vague about company products, tried asking what cost would be for product with exact sizes type etc and the answer was "it varies on what you want to get" I just told you what I wanted. At least he said they sold what I was looking for, not sure if on hand though. Hope their in person customer service is better.

Good customer service but probably one of the worst places to have an account set up at.
I’ve tried to set up a credit account multiple times over the years and every time I go to use it it doesn’t seem to be listed. I end up always having to pay on the spot instead of running products through an account. Definitely not Contractor friendly with accounts.

Always friendly employees that don't talk down to you if you do not know the name of the item you need. They are knowledgeable if you describe the job and part they will pick up on what you need.

Went to store on Friday 19 February about 11:30. As I got into the store there was an individual between the counter. I stated good morning, the individual stated, what do you want? I again stated good morning, the individual again stated, what do you want? I stated nothing now and walked back out. The customer service at the establishment or this individual needs to customer service training. I will not be shopping there any more and will inform all my friends and businesses.

We’ve used Olympic Plumbing in the past for toilet replacements and was extremely pleased. Our technician for this second visit replaced our bathroom faucets and shower fixtures and worked through several faulty issues with our existing plumbing and fixtures; mitigating leaks in the process. Big kudos to our plumber, Dylan, who was very pleasant and an excellent tradesman. We will definitely call them back again. Well done!

Nick from Olympic Plumbing technology was professional, knowledgable and friendly! Great communication and was exceptional. It made a difficult situation less overwhelming knowing that the work he does is top tier. I definitely will use him for any future work needed.

Brandon and Garrett provided quick, efficient, and professional service. They were polite and answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the service they provided. My plumbing issue was more complicated than was expected but they were able to fix it and still hold true to the estimate that was provided. These guys were great!

Excellent bid and explanation of work information involved along with add-ons available (if requested). Great pricing and was able to schedule the WH install next day! Installation and work was perfect and well under the estimated time to complete! Amazing customer experience.

This is our 2nd major assistance we have called upon this awesome highly skilled Company called Olympic Plumbing Technology to fix for us! Their Technicians are soooo very highly skilled and knowledgeable and have the very best seemingly natural customer service hearts, I have ever worked with! So they are are our go to company! Hands down. Steven S is absolutely the BEST and so very knowledgeable and highly skilled technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His associate Trevor was very helpful too! Steven came out the first time, two weeks prior, to clear a major draining problem, that we could not reach with our 25 foot and then rented 50 foot snake tool ourselves. Steven cleared the clog or blockage, using a camera to see inside the pipe and to show us what he was seeing. He explained that he could come out again with a tool that would actually scour the inside of the drainage pipe under our concrete slab. They use cameras in their work that show them what is causing things to get hung up and clogged inside the pipes. Scouring the inside removes stuff causing the clogs. Our first major plumbing need I wrote about on their facebook page. Best plumbing company ever for us! The most awesome wonderful technicians! They go above and beyond!

Nick g and Brandon were awesome! Gave me options on a repair to my hot water heater. Was even able to help me get it replaced same day. Great service! The install was done professionally, and they cleaned up the area they worked it. Left it cleaner than it started. So far I’m happy with the new water heater and look forward to not having issues with it going forward.

Well run and managed. Good business model: came prepared with experience, parts and know-how to adapt a new appliance to very old plumbing all in one service call. Fair price. Recommend.

Rafael was awesome. He showed up on time and was very courteous. Walked through all my concerns and presented me with reasonable offers. Then once he completed the work he walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend and will use them for all our plumbing related needs.

Rafael was very knowledgeable and came out and diagnosed my problem and explained the needed repairs. He offered me many options to choose from and was not pushy. He had a trainee with him, he took the time to explain everything to me and I felt confident in their ability to make the repairs.

Gaige was incredible and so easy going. Upfront with the estimate, efficient with his time and fixed the problem. Bathtub sprung a leak into the garage Friday night, booked an appointment online for Monday and was completed between noon and 3p. Thank you for a job well done.

Dylan and Morgan arrived today to fix a leaky toilet and did a great job! I received notice from the office staff that they were available earlier than expected, which I appreciated very much!

They also flushed and inspected my old hot water heater and wrote up a quote for a new one, at my request.

And they replaced the shut-off valve for the toilet, which was old and leaking as well.

I am very pleased with their work. They were courteous, friendly, experienced and efficient.

I would highly recommend them and Olympic Plumbing Technology to my family and friends!

I needed to have my hot water tank flushed. Read through the owner’s manual and didn’t quite have the confidence to DIY. Called this company to do it for me while I watched and took notes for future flushing. Tech was great, very patient to my questions and follow- through. Process was simple, no complications, and over in 45 minutes. My issue here was the price. I paid $460. I was offered this price before he started or I could sign up for their annual maintenance program for $14/mo. that covered a lot of things I don’t need. So he’s here, willing and able, yet I have to pay a bunch of money in lieu of signing up for something I don’t need. My take-away here is they really want you to sign-up for steady maintenance, and if not, you get gouged. It’s all about marketing. Learned my lesson and never again.

Nate came out to my house and gave me an estimate for putting in sewer and water to my shop. He was friendly and listened to what I wanted. He explained what would be needed, to make this happen and the best option for me.
