The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. They are always quick to respond no matter what my needs are. The service technicians are prompt and thorough, and answers all my questions and concerns. Very happy I chose them for my heatpump needs.

Wonderful service and honest. My furnace was sounding like a garbage disposal. Mike came out, ordered the part and left. The furnace decided to heal its self and the next day I called Mike back to report the change of events. He said "no problem. I'll send the part back but please call if it starts up again. No forcing the part on a customer, no hard feeling. Just a very nice businessman.

Steve looked at my furnace and thanks to his knowledge and honesty I did not need to buy a new furnace. He just fixed a few problem wires and it was good to go. He explained what he was doing and let me observe. What great service!

Mike came to our rescue! I came home from an out of town trip yesterday to find that our furnace had went on the fritz. It was 50 degrees in our house and 34 degrees outside, so we got out our sleeping bags and decided to call around first thing in the morning. I had called another company and the receptionist said that it would be about 4 hours before she would be able to get back to me to see if one of their service guys would have room in to schedule us in. Meanwhile my husband put out a call through fb and some one recommended GasWorks. I called and Mike answered the phone right away, listened to the problem and then asked me a few questions to asses the situation. Shortly after speaking to him he arrived at our door and went to work. The really cool part was that he showed me what the problem was and showed me how to fix it in the event that it happens again. Mike also taught me a few things about the furnace and how to properly maintain it. I appreciated that he made a point of staying until he was sure that everything was working as it should. I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, willingness to educate, and friendliness very much. In under an hour all was well and he was on his way. Thank you Mike! Your company and recommendations are now a permanent part of our home maintenance program!!

Mike is fantastic. He has serviced our furnace for years, but when the blower motor failed on our 25 year old unit, it was time to get a new one. Mike doesn't install new furnaces, but he talked us through the options on the market, steered us through some of the BS sales pitches, and gave a reality check on a fair price for the new furnace. Just the best around.

I have been working with Mike for five years, since I purchased my home up on the westside. I am particularly relieved today because for the second time, he has coached me over the phone, for free, on trouble-shooting my furnace. Turned out to be an $8 fuse. I have also had him out to do a more complex repair and was very satisfied with his professionalism and speed. Highly recommended.

Our furnace stopped working so I called GasWorks. Mike was very helpful by having me check a few basics so I could potentially resolve the issue myself. It wasn't as simple as that so because I was at work, he talked my son through cleaning a part that typically clogs up on our particular brand of furnace which saved us a service charge. He could've easily kept that knowledge to himself, stopped at our house to do what we could for ourselves and charged us. I will definitely call Mike again and I highly recommend that you do too! It was great to have Mike come and fix the air conditioning system in our house and look at our furnace too. He was professional, friendly and took the time to explain the problem; suggested what was appropriate to fix/replace and then took care of the issue at hand. Would highly recommend him.

I'm on their maintenance plan for my gas furnace. It works great, I get a postcard reminder to schedule the maintenance. Their technicians are knowledgeable and reliable. I had technician Rob and he was great.

You installed my entire HVAC system a few years back, I was out of the "official" service are by two miles. But the $60.00 mileage fee to come the extra two miles, just drives me nuts.

We just moved to another home and needed help in determining how to get more heat to the front of the home. I called Air Handlers and got an appointment right away. What I like most is their honesty and thoroughness. They took apart the furnace and crawled under the home and identified the problems. We were given choices. No hard sell. Suggestion was made to try one option first that would be most cost effective and then if that did not work, we could discuss other options.

We are newly becoming home owners and went with the folks at Air Handlers, because the family that lived in this house before us went with them. We smelled a gas leak and after calling PSE, called Air Handlers. They were so helpful. They got out here right away and addressed the leak. While the PSE inspectors were here we learned our heating unit needed to be serviced. Air Handlers got another worker out right away for that. I learned a lot from both Larry and Rob who are super friendly, skilled and fast, thorough workers. They helped me get to know these appliances and the gas system, and gave suggestions about maintenance to keep our heating bills down. Our family is grateful to start this relationship with the folks at Air Handlers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Air Handlers did an excellent job replacing our furnace. They identified a huge safety issue with our old AC and furnace placement and fixed that, too. Office staff and onsite installers were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and timely. We highly recommend Air Handlers.

I highly recommend Air handlers Inc. for furnance and heat pump installation and service. An excellent company. In 2016 Air Handlers Inc. installed a new furnance, thermostat and heat pump in our home. We really liked the sales and service people. Fast and efficient installation. We knew what changes would happen in our heating compared to our old fuel oil furnance. We have had Air Handlers service people come twice for issues and they have arrived on the same day and fixed the problems quickly.
