The entire crew at Pacific Air has been fantastic to work with. It was early-February and our 28+ year-old furnace finally quit (we knew it was on borrowed time). Pacific Air came out the same day to diagnose it and confirm replacement was the right call. They walked us through options, stayed within our budget, and made the whole process straightforward—pricing and scope were clear, with no surprises.

Our furnace died on a Thursday, and by the following Tuesday we had a new system installed and the house was warm again! The team was professional and easy to communicate with. They were on time, kept the work area clean, and explained everything clearly. We’ll definitely rely on Pacific Air for our heating and AC needs going forward. Thanks again!

We were told our very old furnace would probably last if we had it serviced yearly, two weeks later it konked out! This company came out the same night to diagnose the problem (old furnace finally went out). They brought over space heaters to keep us warm while we waited for a new furnace and within a week we had a new furnace at a lower price than I was expecting! Exceptional customer service!! I am very pleased with this company and will definitely use them for any of our future needs and will 100% recommend them!! Thank you guys for being so quick and efficient in getting us warm again!!

I just bought a new house, and I couldn't get the hot water heater to light. I knew it worked because my inspector had checked it during the home buying process. My home warranty people were being jerks, it was a holiday weekend, and I was stuck taking cold showers. I called Mike at Gasworks to see if he could come out and look at it. When I described the problem he suggested we try to fix it over the phone. I gave him a few bits of information about the heater, he pointed out a few things I should try, and within 5 minutes it was lit and working great. Mike did this free of charge (which saved me several hundred dollars I assume), asking nothing in return. This is the kind of guy you want to do business with, and the kind of company you refer your friends to. He gained a customer for life that day.

The crew exceeded my expectations for quality. The price was as previously agreed to in quote. They arrived on time and stayed longer than expected, due to unanticipated issues to complete the job. They addressed all of our HVAC needs. Thanks AIR HANDLERS.

Air handlers, with their usual professionalism checked my furnace system. They have been doing a great job since my system was installed.

Another satisfied customer! Actually I dont know if I'd be a customer, since I didnt even pay for anything. I called to have someone come look at my furnace that wouldnt light and Mike walked me through some simple self-fix steps over the phone. I ended up being able to get it going myself. Any other company would have glady sent someone out and charged me for doing basically nothing. The integrity shown by Gasworks, Inc. is very refreshing. When I do have to put some money into my furnace, Mike will definitely get my business.

I called Gasworks to come look at my water heater after having someone else already come out and not fix the issue. They were able to come out the same day and get it back working quickly. Definitely would call on them again if anything else goes wrong.

The annual inspection of the furnace and air conditioner were done efficiently and with no problems. The technician was mannerly and knowledgeable. All in all, a fine job.

Our furnace went out and I called Mike. After a short conversation Mike suggested I call PSE since they'll diagnose for free. He said he was happy to come out but he was trying to save me a few $$$. The work was done by PSE because they were onsite, it was a relatively quick fix, and our house was a bit nippy. If any issues come up again with our furnace, Mike and his candor will have my business. Thank you Mike!

We’ve been using Air Handlers for about 10 years with great success. They are always very responsive, excellent technicians and reasonable prices.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike. On at least three different occasions, Mike walked me through my heating problem *on the phone*, to save me service charge. I would never use any other company than gasworks. Mike is the best!

Jason has been our Service Tech for 5 years or so, and he and everyone at Airhandlers provide a customer service consistantantly. Fair prices and great service. Cant beat that

While Gasworks was unable to work on my hot water heater, the owner did give me several options to try to locate someone who could. The owner gave me a brief introduction on the probable cause of the lack of heated water and he discussed warranties, local suppliers and other cost related issues. He was incredibly knowledgeable! Too bad he does not service my area!

Larry and Jason installed a new heat pump today and they did a great job, they are both very knowledgeable and very nice guys
