I own a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the westside. The previous owner installed three mini splits (overkill) for a 1000 sf apartment. Well he failed to install a water catch tub underneath the outside compressor which is on the third floor balcony. Eventually the unit started leaking from condensation and it became an issue with the downstairs neighbors and the HOA. My property manager called Pacific and they repaired the unit. I never looked at what they did until I put the condo on the market to sell. Once I saw the work they did I was completely impressed with how the problem was corrected. They in my opinion went above and beyond. I'm not a an HVAC guy so my expectation was that only the minimal would be done. Well they did everything to correct the situation and I was and am very satisfied with the work. Price was very reasonable for the job done. I'm sorry I don't photos but insulated tubes everywhere.

Might want to teach your drivers what each lane means on the highway. The one I encountered is under the impression that the passing, far left, is the slow lane. Many people had to go around them and that is dangerous.

I’ve always received excellent customer service from start to finish from Pacific Heating and Cooling. My recent HVAC inspection was performed by Luis Castro. He was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend them.

We wanted to get an heat pump to deal with the hot summers. Awesome experience from start to finish. Requesting an estimate was easy. Randy came out to our place for the estimate. Wearing shoe covers when entering the home is a nice touch. He put together detailed spreadsheets breaking down every option including cost, different brands, discounts, tax credits, etc. I really appreciated this as it helped us weigh multiple suitable options instead of being locked into one thing. Also nice that there is a military discount. Randy was willing to take multiple follow up calls with additional questions and he knows the products by heart and was able to answer everything. Phil did our installation and was similarly knowledgeable and professional. There were 2 full days of labor involved including electricians but it all went without a hitch, including a couple modifications to fit our unusual garage setup. New thermostat was provided and we were taught how to use it. Our home is so nice and cool, our utility bill is cut in half and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Pacific Air!

I had matt come out to my house today for a diagnostic. He took his time and seemed to really care about what was best for me, went over my options with explanation. Overall a great experience with Matt and this company.

I’ve had my furnace serviced before, but nothing like Pacific Air. Matt checked how hot the air was at my heating ducts, told me I was using the wrong sized filter, went under the house to be sure water was venting properly, cleaned a 20 lb. chunk of lint out of my dryer vent…. Sometimes I feel like businesses take advantage of seniors, but I really got my moneys worth on this appointment! Thanks, Matt!

Just wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Matt, who came out yesterday and serviced our furnace and repaired our AC unit.

Matt was extremely friendly from start to end, was accommodating to me following him around and watching him work, took the time to explain what he was cleaning/checking while providing feedback on what looked good (or didn't), what the readings were, etc.

Matt definitely gave the impression that he valued my wife and I as a customer.

Matt did a great job with our annual service on our heater. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he was doing. We bought the house last year so I appreciated getting to know more about a system that is new to me.

I went in to inquire about a few mini splits on a new build about a year and a half ago, meant to post this then but was very busy.

I'm always very friendly to staff everywhere I go. The ladies behind the counter were nice, the technician that came out to speak with me was a total machismo jerk.

They quoted me an insane price to pull vacuum. I will make sure that anyone I ever work with knows not to use them.

It was in fact Pacific Air, I walked in off the street to inquire about pulling vacuum on 3 installed mini splits. It was 💯 you're technician.

Matt was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He did the installation, and then explained how the new equipment worked. He then showed me how to do clean the filter. Then he had me do it so I knew how. Thanks Matt, you're awesome!

The install for a new heat pump was seamless! I've never had a heat pump so it was a learning curve. Starting with Randy (sales rep) and ending with Phil (lead for the crew), they walked me through everything. Teresa kept me informed. The crew was professional and efficient. Pacific Air serviced my old furnace about 7 months ago and that was a perfect introduction to the company. I highly recommend Pacific Air! No need for comparisons...they are the best!
