Got the $39 maintenance, ended up getting the membership. Very happy with the repair job by Michael who was very professional and spent alot of time going over everything. Gave us options to quick fix to repair or replace. Girls in office are friendly and figured out the the payment options.

It’s heat pump day!!! You can’t see my excitement but trust me I am excited! If you have heating and cooling needs please consider using Blues. Tyler has been very fast, fun, friendly, and professional! The entire process start to finish has been painless and he provides A+ service with a genuine smile. His team showed up on time & ready to work. I honestly feel special. I love the fact that the family dog Blue is the mascot & beautifully animated on the side of the work vehicle. Support local, families, & small businesses! Definitely the best customer service I’ve received start to finish setting the bar high. 100% would recommend to all my family, friends, & neighbors!

Being searching for a good heating and air company to do some routine maintenance on my furnace and AC unit, these guys are superior compared to the other companies out there. The technician Michael was so good explaining every detail to me and what I should do to keep my equipment running good and lasting a long time. We had tried three different companies to solve problems with our heat pump over the past few years. Michael Ross was our technician from Blues Heating and Air and he was able to solve all of our issues in one appointment. He also did a great job explaining how a heat pump system works and why he recommended each repair. He walked us through each repair and showed us how the system responded to the repairs. I would highly recommend Michael and Blues Heating and Air.

From start to finish, Blues did an amazing job! Charles was on time and gave me a detailed explanation of the situation with my 30 year old furnace. The install team Gilbert and Bryce were also on-time, very professional, wore shoe protectors, and very efficient installing the new one. I will always trust this company with my HVAC needs.

Michael Ross was our technician for our annual cleaning and inspection. He was very thoughough, informative, and took extra steps to insure a complete inspection. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder so I, as the homeowner, could learn and see everything for myself. I paid for their annual membership. I'll see, after a year if this is a good value for us.

I am 81 years old and had a lot of service people in the past. Michael Ross is the best. During our service call on our furnace I spent 3 hours with Michael and he explained every procedure as he went through the units and told me what was wrong and why. Charles came and inspected my heat pump and furnace, cleaned eveything, and went above and beyond and cleaned my hybrid water heater filter. He explained things and was polite and professional. Bonus, my dogs liked him.

Frankie, the Technician impressed me with his knowledge, and ability to do the job right. He was very confident and professional in everything he did while he was here. He did discover that one of my under house heat ducts had fallen down, allowing heat to escape. He will be back to replace/repair this ductwork.

Frankie was our serviceman for Blues Heating and Air. He explained to us what he was going to do with our furnace and heat pump. He got busy with his inspection And checked all the parts and components needed for our furnace to run efficiently and reliably. He went over the checklist with us and explained everything recommended in detail. We are very happy with the service and will continue working with Blurs in the future.

Frankie was very honest and patient. My furnace is 30+ years old and delicate. Instead of being overly abusive to it; he was cautious and gentle. When we found rust and I was concerned about it breaking because of the age, he called the office and explained everything and waived the cost. I will be getting estimates for a new furnace. He was professional and didn’t treat me like he was trying to make a quota.
The parts on my furnace probably can’t be replaced, so I am glad that he was willing to lose the money of the appointment rather than break my furnace and have me buy a new one. He suggested I make an appointment for an estimate and also discussed the financing and rebates that are available with the company.
He was very respectful of my situation.

Michael was prompt, efficient, had photos of recommended repairs, and was able to repair at the same visit. He provided before and after service checklist, but the only thing he didn’t give was a paid invoice, that we were able to get that emailed to us from the company. We will use them again.

Going to be very honest here. I dont have a furnace or any use for this man's services. He did send me a very professional flyer with a small business vibe. The letter looked good and had good prices and warranties. If I did have equipment for servicing, he would have received a call from me.

We had a wonderful experience with Charles today. I have never experienced a sales person exude so much kindness, care and knowledge as he showed us. He was profesional and understanding of our financial situation and our many family interuptions throughout the afternoon. I don't have a son but if i did i would hope he would be exactly like Charles.
