Hired to flush slow draining driveway pipe. Quoted $1500 for hydrojet service. Technician then refused to flush line due to existing type of pipe. Only option offered was replacement drain pipe, costing $4500. Technician was hand digging the drain field. Since it was nearly noon on a short day I urged him to start next day to avoid being rushed. Tech "guaranteed" work finished "before dark". I asked how much damage to expect was told "you will notice there was a trench".
Unbeknownst to me he had ordered a large backhoe to do the job, not the small ditching machine I thought appropriate. Excavating badly damaged the root system of the large shade tree that graces our lawn, I expressed concern to be told " tree has lots of roots". As a former arborist I recognize the peril of such drastic damage.
Little effort was made to mitigate impact to our property, border blocks thrown carelessly on existing plantings, spill dumped widely, turf buried in mud. Trench was mostly filled in an hour after dark, I stated that the project was very poorly restored and was told that he "thought it was pretty good considering the time frame". Remember that I had requested a full day for the work.
The company has offered to send the same plumber out next week to work on the damage, but I have little faith in a worker that reminded us several times that he :is not a landscaper". I appreciate the offer but will hire a local service, as I am 76 year old disabled veteran and can't do this work myself.

Dillon came out and was very quick and efficient. Got the repair done in about 15 minutes. Was expecting the cost to be higher than it was. Pleasantly surprised. Great work. Been using G & G for about 20 years now and happy every time

G&G did a great job diagnosing our AC problem and fixing it. Corbin and his coworker (I can't remember his name) were excellent, super helpful at explaining what was wrong and what the remedy would be, and also really fast. I appreciate that I was able to call to make an appointment yesterday and was able to get service today. Great all around!

Dillon J came to our home prepared to work. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable about our old boiler system and its operations. He could answer all our questions, including good information about options for the future when it is time for replacement. He told us the routine maintenance would be less than an hour and it was.

Had a leak in my heat exchanger so I picked a place by reputation. I understand now how they earned a solid rep. Corbin, the service tech, went above and beyond to resolve my issue while coming in hundreds below his initial estimate.

I have a boiler. G&G have been servicing for a number of years. They are the best. Our tech, Kristopher is not only a fabulous tech, he is a great guy!!!! Fabulous service and staff.

G&G Heating just finished replacing our boiler today. It was a 2 day job and at first I thought, oh these guys are so young! But they really impressed me with their capabilities and professionalism. They made everything look and function exceptionally. They worked hard and left nothing behind. The price tag was also on point with the average cost. I highly recommend this company and feel very pleased with the 2 gentlemen they sent to make our family warm again!

Called to get a quote and called back 45 min to approve it. Despite the listing saying open 24 hours its actually just some stupid AI chatbot. As a result of this slop I will not be using this company. I suggest you dont either. Be truthful and accurate about your advertisements and descriptions or dont advertise at all. AI SLOP. USE SOMEONE ELSE.

Even the review responses from the manager are generated with chatGPT. What a farce.

We have been using G&G since 2008. Every interaction and service have been good. Just recently, our ac went out, and the furnace was close behind it. Kegan evaluated our equipment and gave us some options. He made a call and Steve was to our home about 30 minutes later to give us an estimate on a new heat pump system. Two days later, Darren, Ian and Thomas arrived early to remove and install our new heat pump and furnace. They worked efficiently, explained the process and were very respectful of our home. I highly recommend G&G on a regular basis and will not do business anywhere else. A heartfelt thank you to all of the team that helped us.

Absolutely incredible service! They were professional, knowledgeable and kind. We'd been looking into putting air conditioning in the house and the hot weather cinched it. After calling a lot of different places we found G&G was the best. They did not let us down. What was truly amazing was a speed of how this all came about. It was only 2 days ago since we made the initial call. They were able to come out and install the whole system the next day . Couldn't believe that. We would highly recommend they're truly the best.

G&G as always was a perfect experience, from setting up an appointment to have our mini splits serviced to William coming out and servicing them.

I have dealt with a handful Heating & AC companies in several cities and a couple different states as a property developer and a home owner, G&G has been hands down the best company to work with.

If you decide to work with a different company you've made a mistake, I've heard complaints from our Olympia neighbors who didnt work with G&G. But the two other neighbors who did work with G&G (One referred us to G&G) love their equipment and experience.

Next day service when I called after 9 pm. Clear explanation of what was wrong, quick fix, and now everything is running smoothly. Kegan Moore did an exceptional job!

Just had a very successful first maintenance check up on my whole home units. Shawn was on time, professional, and helpful answering my questions. Along with setting us up for our future maintenance plan. I would highly recommend going with G&G Heating!

They took our stinky problem away.
- 1st let’s start with the need: We recently purchased a 60 year old 2500sqf home with an original 1961 Oil burning forced air furnace. The home also has no air conditioning.
- We called several HVAC companies and G&G Heating was the only one who stepped up and knocked it out of the park. Todd (our comfort consultant) honestly seemed excited about the challenge and went above and beyond recommending the right equipment given all our vague needs. “We want to be cool when it’s hot, warm when its cold and we also have a cold damp walkout basement and a poorly insulated wood plank and beam vaulted ceilings on the main floor.”
- As a quick side note, we called G&G to quote the job because the house we’re renting has a heating system installed and service by G&G. Dillon (one of the Service Techs) asked that we give G&G the opportunity to bid the job (on our new home) during a recent maintenance visit.
- When the time came to close the sale, Todd again when above and beyond and did essentially a competitive bid price match. Even though the other company got to their number by swapping in inferior equipment. Again G&G didn’t have to match the other quote, but they did. My wife and I really want to thank G&G for helping us to stay within budget. ~$500 under budget to be exact. 😊
- So now let’s talk about the installation. I was initially greeted by the two primary installers (Ian and R…. I am so sorry I don’t have your name). They explained what was going to happen and within a few minutes A lot started to happen! In the 6+ hours I think there was a total of 8 people there swarming around. I liken it to a whole home lung transplant. A couple of electricians, the duct cleaning folks, a foreman and others. At one point there were 5 G&G trucks on site. I sincerely apologize I didn’t get (or remember) everyone’s names! But WOW…. They had the old oil furnace out (in a heap in the driveway) in an hour or so and then went right to work installing the new system. I was exhausted just watching them. Very nice, professional, efficient, friendly and most importantly…. They knew what the BEEP they were doing. It put me at ease knowing my home was in good hands.
In the midst of all this carefully orchestrated chaos, they also did the Duct Cleaning… If you haven’t had your ducts cleaned before, G&G is the way to go. Again, WOW!! I have the email with 29 before and after photos to prove it. Such a good feeling to know the ducts are clean and all that ick was gone. Again, I am bad with names, but the two guys were amazing to watch work. You could tell they cared about doing the job right and took the time to explain what was happening and how the system actually cleans the ducts. They even had to empty their vacuum half way through. It was awesome to experience, and even better to breath afterwards.
- So as day one wound down the new Heat Pump was setup on the side of the house, the new Air Handler was sitting in place of the old oil-fired furnace, and the team cleaned up, explained where they were in the process, then headed out for the evening. The next day the first two installers came back and finished up the job in ~4 hours.
- In summary I’d like to say replacing a heating system is not something I do every day. To me this is a MAJOR investment (more than a new car) and partnering with the right company is just as important as the fancy efficient equipment being installed. From start to finish and every step in between I feel like G&G has my back and went out of their way to make sure I am very satisfied. Which I am!! Thank you to the entire G&G team and I look forward to many years of wonderful service not only from the cool new equipment, but also the wonderful service from G&G.
- If you considering a new or replacement HVAC system, I would strongly recommend G&G Heating. Oh and the 3 Ton whatever thingamajig doohickie with super duper efficiencies and other cool stuff I don’t yet understand. :0) Don’t worry about it, G&G Heating’s got your back.

So I would give these guys five stars if I could only give the technician a review. The technician was great. He was friendly, he was thorough, he was up front and honest, all things you don't usually find with these kind of technicians unfortunately.

The business itself could be great, tough to tell. Unfortunately, whatever you're doing to book your appointments, whoever you're using to take phone calls, and set appointments and such, is screwing up royally. And the reality is I understand that's perhaps an outside business and that sucks because it's reflecting on yours.

I called to make an appointment several weeks ago, and when I called like most cases when you're hiring somebody to come and service your heating system, I gave them my address. They confirmed the appointment and the date.

When I called today at 11:45 to check in because it was 15 minutes away from noon and I was told I was going to get service between 9:00 and noon, the people I called said they didn't have an address on file for me at all. The irony of course is that I definitely gave them my address when I called and set up the initial appointment.

So I gave her my address today over the phone. And she said I'd be hearing from somebody shortly. When I did finally get a call from the technician, he asked where I was because the address that he had was nothing close to my actual address. Clearly whoever typed in my address over the phone either did not know how to listen properly, or did not understand how to spell properly. Either way, not even close to what my actual address. So I had to text the technician my actual address.

Again, I totally get the need to get potentially other businesses involved and contract out. People like appointment centers, phone wraps, etc. But at least find somebody that can do the job correctly. In this case, what sucks is like I said could be a great business, tough for me to tell.

Always great and timely communication between Dillion and me. He is very professional always explaining what is being done and the expected outcome. Leaves the area where he is working in the same condition as when he arrived. Dillion is very matter of fact and when he doesn’t know the answer he reaches out for assistance or does research to find the answer. It is great to know that there are neat, professional, and knowledgeable heating technicians that work for G&G heating. They will always be there for our needs.

Corbin Waite is a great asset to G&G. I got a heat pump 12 months ago but didn’t replace a part of the old system, I was very pleased with the results of the heat pump but whatever the part was that Corbin replaced now, eliminated the loud thud that was present when the heater turned off. The unit now slowly and quietly ramps up and I don’t even know when it turns off, my mobile home feels 25 years newer.

At my request, Jake and Andre at G&G Heating & Air Conditioning insulated an uninsulated condensation line that had been installed incorrectly by another company. The line would freeze in the winter months and then would overflow and leak into the attic when the temperatures would warm up, causing water damage every time. They did a stellar job.

I've relied on G&G Heating & Air Conditioning since 2009 when I hired them to correct a faulty installation of this furnace I had hired out to another local company in 2005. I'm on the prepaid maintenance plan and their customer service is top notch. I have the assurance that the work will be done right the first time, quality products will be used, and in the unlikely event anything should go wrong, I know they will stand behind their work and make it right. That's money well spent for peace of mind for me. When the time comes to replace this furnace, I will stick with G&G Heating & Air Conditioning all the way.

Service call was 139$, tech took a picture to show his boss, then inspected the top heating element which had nothing to do with the problem. Then I was quoted 1100$ for the lower heating element and thermostat to be repaired on my water heater and then stated that it could just catch fire again…. Was also quoted 4200$ for a new one to be installed. Thanks for nothing enjoy my 139$ you absolute frauds. Also service was slow and tech blames it on old slow equipment so maybe invest my 139$ you got for nothing

G&G Heating & Air Conditioning Kristopher Miles was the best! He was prompt and could identify the problem within minutes! He fixed the pipe under our kitchen sink and he fixed the issue with our water heater! I would definitely use him again in any of our future projects!
