Kegan Moore was very respectful and explained everything in great detail when fixing my heating issue. He was able to identify the problem and have my heater fixed in 15 minutes. He didn't overcharge at all and left me very satisfied with his services. I will be using G&G for all of my future HVAC needs. Thanks for the heat!

I called G&G at 9 am when I noticed my furnace wasn’t heating. They had Dillon out by 12:30. He was friendly, communicative, and professional. He had me fixed up in under an hour. Definitely recommend this company.

Despite initial coordination mishap in setting a appt for malfunctioning heater due to failed appt confirmation & wrong dispatch price quoted (weekday vs weekend), the appt was then set successfully, salutes to Ms. Selina for confirming the correct appt details. All went well from Ms. Selina's scheduling to accurate price quoting to tech contact & arrival to parts & services rendered. Tech Dillon Jones was professional & very thorough in explaining what was wrong and fixing the issue within an hour. Am satisfied with overall service, this was 2nd time we used G&G and see no reason right now why we won't continue to use them in the future when needed.

Nate with their plumbing team was awesome! He is very personable and worked with me to help keep the expense as minimal as possible. He made short work of replacing a leaky valve and installing a new toilet. He even showed me how to easily fix a couple other issues I was having in the house. Great work and customer service.

HVAC Techs (Chris and Patrick) and electrician (Casey) were punctual, very professional and courteous. I appreciated their respect towards their care in handling of equipment and tools throughout my home; excellent housekeep. They did a phenomenal job on our Heat Pump/AC install. G&G Heating and Air installers did a fantastic job installing a new heat pump and coil at our home! The service techs, sales people and installers were all great to work with. They tried to save us money, by not recommending things that we didn't really need. The installers were punctual, polite and informative. They walked us through what they were going to do and followed up with walkthrough of what they did and how to use the new equipment. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I was impressed with their work! They left the area spotless! I can't say enough good things about their company. From the staff in their call center, to sales and service, very professional people to work with. Thank you! I was introduced to G &G Company by a longtime neighbor and I've been pleased from my first big issue with needing a new furnace to my most recent annual maintenance appointment. July 2025: Everything was great about my experience, from beginning to end. The salesman (Nick) worked with me on my quote and worked to find viable and affordable solutions for my home. He also came to my home during the install to ensure everything was going well for me and answer any final questions. The two technicians that came to my home (Dylan and another young man whose name I didn’t catch) made the install of my new ductless unit look extremely clean and fitting to my home. They also did a good job of vacuuming and wiping down surfaces and giving me a full walkthrough of how to use my new system before they left. I was really impressed with their work. The electrician (Jordan) had AMAZING customer service, helped answer a ton of our questions, and even quickly fixed some loose wiring in our panel that concerned him so that we were safe. I really appreciate the whole team at G&G that got this done, from the quote to the install, in TWO business days. I’m definitely a customer for life. Thank you!!!!

December 2025: We unfortunately experienced flooding in our basement, and as I mentioned above, I am a customer for life! So I called G&G, and Dave L. came out to inspect our electrical, furnace, and water heater and make sure nothing was damaged by water. He was professional and kind in what has been a really hard time for us. I’m super appreciative of G&G and the staff they hire. Truly the best in the biz!!!!

Here are several practices that I like about G&G -
1. Safety practice - Before arrival, they will send a text message to remind you with a picture of the the technician. They will remind you to put dogs on leash if you have any. I appreciate this safety practice very much.
2. Honesty - Keegan, our technician explained things clearly and thoroughly to me. I felt much more assured. When I asked if it was necessary to service it, Kegan told me he has already done it while inspected it so there was no need to do it. My total bill was lower than what I was quoted over the phone.
3. Not salsy - They will recommend necessary maintenance service but will just send an email explaining what is included in the package. The charge is pretty fair. They will not keep pushing you to buy it.

The guys at G&G are very polite and do professional work. We recently had new bathroom exhaust fans installed. They did a great job and worked quickly!
We’ve had G&G Heating install and maintain yearly our Heat A/C. We are very satisfied with their work.

After a couple days, thinking about the presented work plan, we came up with our plan. From the beginning, Salesman Nick, was very professional. We had a heat pump and Electric furnace installed first part of June. We were the guinea pigs for their new duct sealing, called Aeroseal. Couple of hiccups, however the improvement of our leakage is flippin Awesome. Check out Aeroseal!! Michael S. was very informative. Colby also assisted with the Aeroseal too. Randy, Darren, Chris, Dylan and electricians Dave and Michael B were right there to answer any questions we had during the job. Great friendly knowledgeable hard working team. Donnie Jones and Dave contacted me when they would be arriving. They showed up, greeted me and immediately start working. This is the second time I've had Donnie on the work site at my home and he has been respectful and professional each time. Dave, also showed respect and professionalism. Dave is very knowledgeable and showed that he cares about the homeowner and the quality of his work. Kudos to you both. Thank you.

Really happy with G & G. We had them out twice to inspect our heating system after a water leak. The first tech came the next morning and fixed the leak at a very reasonable price. We called them back to inspect our whole 40 year old system and make recommendations. They could have tried to sell us a new system but they didn't. The second tech fixed a couple of small issues and gave us a lot of information again for a very reasonable price. We may or may not make a couple of other modest optional repairs which he offered, but we will definitely call G & G for any heating issues in the future. Outstanding service!

G&G have provided a few services after the purchase of a new home in Olympia. I first met with Nick Ubias about a whole house HVAC system to replace an existing mini split and electric radiator situation. He gave me an estimate quickly and after 3 different company's estimates I decided to go with G&G. Dylan and Patrick did the install of ductwork and equipment over three days. They did a very clean and efficient job. All of the registers and the visible out door work were all installed very neatly. I am very happy with their work. I also had my electrical panel upgraded and an EV charger plug installed. David did the work. He talked me through the process, did clean work, left the breakers clearly labeled and was a pleasure to work with. I also spoke with Nate about some plumbing issues that will need addressing sometime soon. He gave me estimates on the spot. I look forward to working with him sometime soon. I am very happy with G&G and will continue to use them on upcoming projects.

I can't say enough about G&G. I've never used them before. They were able to come out same day. Our tech was the nicest guy, can't say enough about him. He was friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and got us back up and running. I can't tell you how important a friendly, no pressure, technician is to me and they one they sent out was amazing. Can't say enough good things about my experience with G&G.

Corbin from G & G was great, he looked me in the eye when he shook my hand, when he introduced himself. I knew from that, I was going to have a good experience. He did not beat around the bush, and was upfront with everything he told me, he was a professional that I would want working for me. Had it all fixed up, and running, and have heat once again in the house.
