In September our heat pump would not start the first week my husband came home from the hospital after having a stroke. He normally could have checked it out himself, but due to his limitations we called and left phone messages with several heating repair businesses (of course it happened on the weekend!) Air Handlers (who initially stalled our system) was the first to call us back and sent someone (DS) out to check it out that day. He was very thorough and efficient and determined it was a crushed bug in the contactor. He also checked out everything on a list of items provided by Black Hills following their maintenance check in May that recommended expensive repairs and/or replacement. He didn't find any issues requiring either. We are extremely grateful for the honesty of Air Handlers and highly recommend their services.

I switched to Air Handlers at a business location because of the way they approached the bidding process for a furnace and AC unit replacement. The replacement experience was so positive that I switched to using Air Handlers for the furnace maintenance needs at my home too. It can sometimes be hard to find maintenance and repair vendors that consistently know what they're doing, that communicate honestly and effectively, and that you don't mind letting into your home or business. Air Handlers is a vendor that checks all of those boxes.

We have used AirHandlers since 2011. They installed our ductless heat pump. Called for service as heat pump having issues. Rob the service tech quickly identified the issue and made repairs. Tech was very knowledgeable and very personable. 5 star rating!! This locally owned company is awesome, will recommend to friends and family.

My husband was a general contractor before he retired. We also own residential rentals. We have used Air Handlers for all of our furnace needs for over 40 years.
This week it was a thermostat that needed replacing. Rob came out and took care of it. Then walked us through the programming.

I have used Air Handles since 1998 from installing our air-condition, servicing our furnace, and lately installing a new furnace. This company and their people are reliable, honest, and on time. Never had any problems getting service when I needed. Five stars are what they deserve.

Our experience with Air Handlers has been excellent from the start! When Larry came to our home to evaluate our needs, he impressed us right away by really listening to what we wanted to accomplish, instead of starting out with a sales pitch. After reviewing what we had, he was able to provide us with various options to obtain our requirements explaining the pros and cons of each instead of trying to push equipment we really did not need. We knew right away this was the company we wanted to work with. Larry and Jason arrived right on time to install the new equipment and we’re both great at installing and explaining the equipment and its operation. They also pointed out and fixed areas where previous companies had not properly sealed air leaks and had basically done a poor job. Previously we used another company offering Lennox equipment and offered an impressive upfront discount, but based on ratings and our research we chose Air Handlers! They did a better job and provided a higher rated Lennox system at a much lower cost than the system offered by the other company.

Believe it's been over 20 years working with Mike, Donna and everyone at Air Handlers. They have always been so professional and good at what they do so I can get the most from our heating and air conditioning systems they have installed. It's not for just one home either, we are resident owners of a 10-unit complex in Olympia so keeping records of all the different systems was important too. Thanks to great record keeping in the front office.

We purchased our house back in 2005 and it is located very close to their shop. Two months after moving in, we had Air Handlers install air conditioning to our existing HVAC system after getting multiple bids. We have continued to rely on them ever since and we have always been more than satisfied with their service and we have built a true friendship with Mike & Donna over the years, and that has been priceless to us. Over the last 19 years, they have provided us with a new 98.5% efficient Natural gas furnace and a new shop heater for my garage, and years of great service at an honest price. I will never change, unless they retire!

I purchased a new heater & ac from Air handlers, and the whole process went smooth. They installed the new unit in one day and cleaned up everything after they finished. I recommend this company. I have been doing business for years with them, as they inspected my old furnace & ac annually. I will continue to use them for many years, they are in my opinion very reliable.
