When Joe came to the door, he greeted me and introduced himself with a firm handshake. Together, we walk through the home and pointed out just a few areas that needed some extra attention. He gave his advice and said, well I’m ready to work. He was very thorough and professional. He worked very steady and in a timely manner. Also gave me advice on his way out about area is not to walk on right away due to the special attention he gave those areas. I would recommend Joe to all my soldier friends who are in need of a good carpet cleaning before PCS. Great job Joe!! We appreciate your hard work and professionalism.

Do not recommend! We just had a terrible experience with our pre-listing cleaning. Confusing to coordinate. For day of, the one lady showed up confused and had just been pulled off another job. They only sent 1 person for a 4 bedroom 2700 sq ft house. They didn’t coordinate the carpet cleaning so that occurred the next day. The end result was unsatisfactory and proof is in the photos.

They were easy to book and very responsive. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not five is because I had a deep clean of my kitchen, and I was surprised it did not include the inside of my stove. They did a very nice job cleaning everything else we requested e.g. windows and blinds. They are reasonably priced as well.

Miracle Workers did a wonderful job of doing a move out cleaning of my entire home before listing it for sale. The cleaners were very kind and courteous, and I appreciate their care in their detailed cleaning of my home. I highly recommend them!

We got a puppy about a year ago- our carpets were wrecked from housebreaking struggles. I called Miracle workers to get their carpet cleaning service. The company is very quick and easy to make an appointment with. The associates were communicative, professional, and friendly. The carpets look and smell much better now! Joe did a fantastic job! I HIGHLY recommend this company. I attached some before and after photos.

I don’t recommend this service and this is why:
We requested a cleaning service to include the fridge and stove. The cleaning person came a few minutes late (acceptable we all know I-5 is unpredictable).

The person wrapped up their cleaning kit and said all done. I was baby sitting and inspected their work and the oven and fridge were not done.

So I contacted the company. They sent person out a few days later which meant we had to adjust our schedule to have a service completed in which we allocated time for the week prior.

The person comes back to do the cleaning which we were grateful for. They did the stove and oven. Great

For the fridge the cleaning person did the refrigerator but not the freezer. Not exterior

At that point, I just told myself I’d do the cleaning. I guess Shame on me for assuming that the paying for the refrigerator to be cleaned would also include the freezer and exterior of the fridge.

Will be looking for a different cleaning service going forward.

Hopefully this saves you a headache or 3 and some time.

I wrote a more detailed review, but as my luck seems to be going lately it got deleted right when I was done. So I'm gonna shorten it up a bit and tell you there are two wonderful things I have to say about Tanya and her team. First of all is the professionalism. After all their contractors that I have low expectations. Tanya was on time from the estimate and the service. She really is personable and cares about what she does and how she relates to people.. I was quite embarrassed by the state of my place and she was very kind and supportive, and I never felt insulted by her or any of her staff, in fact, my guilt disappeared. The second aspect, of course, is a Cleaning. I can tell you that I didn't do much cleaning for the past year and her team in about 3 1/2 hours had a looking like the day I moved in, which was wonderful. I can't recommend I'm highly enough and I expect they will be coming to visit me again soon.. sadly I don't know if I'm going to be able to post this because the review site keeps asking if I want to cancel it and the post function does not work. That sucks ..

I have used this company for several months now, and they are super quick to reply to emails, professional, reasonably priced, and the woman who cleans for us, Lorenna, is outstanding! She's quick and efficient and leaves our house so clean! We love this service, well worth it!

Fantastic job by very pleasant and professional staff! For years, we've kept our home tidy but only superficially cleaned. We were thinking about selling and called Miracle Workers for a bid to clean before putting the house on the market. Then we realized that, after shifting our furniture a bit and arranging this cleaning, we will be happy to stay put! Way easier and less expensive than moving!

Fantastic experience with this local, woman-owned cleaning company! Holly was punctual, professional, and so easy to work with — you can tell she really takes pride in their work. I appreciated being able to choose the cleaning frequency based on my budget and needs. My apartment looked and felt amazing afterward! The pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and it was such a relief to take the cleaning off my mental load as a night shift RN. Highly recommend!

I happened to call this company first and was so impressed with the warmth and assurances they gave me, I hired them for a move out cleaning. I swear everytime I move, it looks like I have never cleaned in my life, but the ladies who showed up were so professional and went right to work. There was one oops where they forgot to clean the microwave and after a quick text, they sent someone back to take care of it. I had Joe come and clean the carpets. He did an amazing job as these carpets in the rental are 35 years old. He took out a stain that the rental place told me had been there for years. The office is so helpful and very communicative. I was in a move panic and they reassured me all would work out fine. Just make sure you walk through after and let them know if there is anything else you would like done as far as details go. I would 100% recommend this company and the carpet cleaning. Once I am fully settled, I think I am going to treat myself to their services at least once a month. Thank you Miracle workers, that is a perfect name for you.

My in-laws hired this service due to my partner being in the ICU to help me out and I have to give 2 stars solely for the fact that my couch and rugs were cleaned and really nicely. My floors were not mopped or swept entirely (my bedroom had stuff under my nightstand and dresser still), windowsills were not cleaned, the refrigerator was not wiped down, they cleaned 2/3 of my appliances but left one uncleaned, and my keys that were on my nightstand are missing. I feel like the job was done halfway which is really unfortunate since I did a major pre-clean to make things easier on staff. Really disappointed in the actual cleaning but again, the guy that did the rugs and carpet did super well

We recently moved to the area and due to our job demand it has been awful trying to maintain our new home. We reached out to this company for help and they were so kind, easy to get ahold of and responsive. We have been using them for a few months now and we are so grateful and impressed by the work that our lady does!!! I don’t know her name since I’m usually working, but she does an amazing job with the cleaning and she is such a kind lady!! I really appreciate the attention this company has given to my home and I’m excited for her to come regularly. I definitely feel that the price is worth it for all that she does. Thank you!!!

Furniture arrived this. Morning with smiling faces. Ninoska, Heather, Eduardo, Arturo were professional, happy to see me. Quick to unload and put in place. It was a joy to have them 😊

I DON’T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM THE 1-STAR, BUT I’M FORCED TO IN ORDER TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW!
If your reason for reaching out is emergent at all DON’T BOTHER! It’s 7:30am on a Saturday and I miss took 24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE to mean exactly that. But apparently this is only a ploy for you to schedule during ‘banker’s hours’ , their TRUE response hours of Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. The man that answered the phone at dang near 8 o’clock in the morning was clearly still in bed. His initial response to the emergency I had, causing me to CLOSE DOWN my Cafe during our busiest day was “dang…that sucks” and when I requested emergency help to fix the problem so that I could potentially salvage the last half of the weekend sales and be open for Mother’s Day was “Well, we really umm aren’t open umm on weekends, not even for emergency calls…well, umm, I mean, umm unless you REALLY want us to come “ 😖
At this point the red flags 🚩 were screaming not to hire this company.
As a small business owner, and that business being a 7-day a week espresso and food service industry, I had always taken comfort in knowing that ServPro, a well known ‘there when ya need ‘em in an emergency’ resource. And ANYONE in the restaurant business knows that there’s MANY things that can happen in a commercial kitchen that can shut you down 😞
If you live in the Lacy/Olympia area, take notes, this area’s ServPro isn’t there to help save the day UNLESS your unfortunate , unplanned situation happens during the week and before 5pm, so good luck with that!

The servpro team was awesome! Leanne, Darren, Milton, Edwardo, & Trenesse were great. We couldn't ask for a better crew.

Due to a water leak from a dishwasher install, we had to do water mitigation which required pulling up hardwoods, tile and cabinets. Between Lucas, Jay and Josh, we felt very taken care of. They answered all our questions, was very informative about every step, super polite and respectful. I would highly recommend serv pro for any damage needs.

Called SerPro today regarding leak with water in carpet. They were out within a short time; called on their way; and were very professional and thorough when arrived. Dryers are under the carpet with trim pulled to allow drying of the wall base. The team and Will were great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Had a surprise pipe leak and they came all the way to Fox Island to help us out. Amazing customer service with every new person that came each day and excellent communication when they would be arriving so we wouldn’t be sitting around. They got the job done and all is dry!! Thanks to Zack for educating us and being so efficient in your work!!! Highly recommend these people!
