We experienced a leak from our upstairs shower that was noticed as water came dripping through our downstairs ceiling. We made contact with Servpro, they immediately dispatched a crew. Over the course of the next 5 days they remove saturated materials and dried the area.

We are very grateful for James & Moses Jr for their diligence and thoroughness. We also are great for the opportunity to work with their reconstruction team, Next Level Contracting.

We are very appreciative of their employees and subcontractors that are scrambling schedules to get our home restore before the holidays. All in, we are grateful for their experience and expertise in navigating this event and truly making it “like it never happened”.

I was very pleased with the work that Joanne and her team with Servpro, did for us and with the way it was done. They came in and took on a job that was probably a little bit out of their wheel house, and did an outstanding job. They took the outside of our old automotive paint booth and cleaned off 20 years of dirt, dust etc... The booth looks amazing now. I want to thank their whole team, Treneese, Joanne, Patricia, Arturo, Elly, Katy, Hector, Brittney and Chase. They were happy to jump in and get into the project and their hands were moving the whole time. I was communicated with regularly, and their crew was still smiling at the end of a long day. Thank you, and we plan to get you on an annual schedule. Keep up the good work!

Tom and James from Servpro came over to my home and thoroughly cleaned my embarrassingly filthy deck this week! We are not allowed to pressure wash and they brought an extractor to get the dirt and grime packing! They were timely, very professional and didn’t adversely impact the deck below me. I highly recommend them both and Servpro for your tough cleaning jobs.

Tom has been cleaning our carpets and upholstery for a number of years. He does a marvelous job and leaves everything sparkling clean! He is very friendly but professional! We wouldn’t have anyone else!

Working with Servpro made such a traumatic experience easier to deal with. They are all so professional, kind, informative, knowledgeable and easy to speak to. They brought over machines to improve the air quality. Their manager did a walk through. I’ve been dealing with major depression for the past several years, and I really let my apartment go. It was practically uninhabitable. But they brought in five people (Joanne, Katy, Arturo, Carlo, Hector, and Patricia) and in five hours, they had the place downright immaculate. I cannot recommend them enough. They filled a freaking dump truck full of trash in 5 hours! Awesome! They were great, and friendly to boot!

ServPro of Lacey came over my apartment at Forest Grove apartment on 1/9-1/10. Due to a smoke incident of an oven malfunction on Dec 13. Due to delay (not mine) and after advocating, property managment sent Serv Pro. I had the pleasure meeting Luanne, Milton, Rachael, Arturo, and Robert. They did an outstanding job.
