Nate, from Olympic Plumbing, did an outstanding job with the installation of a water heater for our home. He was professional, knowledgeable and wasted no time on his arrival. He explained the process, provided a detailed description of the work, a cost estimate and answered all questions presented to him. I was very pleased with the work that he did. I would recommend to anyone that Olympic Plumbing be on the top of their list should they need plumbing work accomplished.

Raphael provided the best (no exaggeration) plumbing consultation I have ever received in my 60+ years of life. He was personable, thorough and did not complete his search for the exact products and modifications we were seeking until he found them. His quote took less the an hour, including the products we needed. He also did a full plumbing inspection and found our new, one-and-half-year -old home had a plumbing issue that did not meet code, resulting in recommending in the appropriate 'fix'. Finally, he assured us that he would do the work, further assuring the products and modifications were done to our specifications. I cannot expect more than that. I recommend Olympic Plumbing and Technology for everyone needing plumbing consultation and services. We will only use this company in the future.

Nick came to our home to check on our plumbing. We have had lots of little leaks here and there because our home is Older.
Nick was personable, Professional, And made us feel good about all that we need to update in this old house.

Nate and Morgan were amazing. Nate came out to bid the job first thing in the morning. I was given multiple options at varying price ranges. The new water heater was installed in the garage instead of inside the house like the old one, which required new plumbing. Nate was able to bid the job, get supplies, and do the entire install in the same day. I had 4 and 5 year old kids bugging them during the entire process. Nate and his helper Morgan were extremely friendly and patient with the kids. I will be recommending Nate and Olympic Plumbing Technology to everyone that I know.

Ron and Dylan came out on an emergency situation and did exceptional work and eased my mind. Not only did they help me but have a reputation for going the extra mile for their community. I also cannot forget to mention how supportive the office staff, Sarah and Alyssa were in calming me down and getting service to me quickly at the end of the day. If I have any more grandsons, I am going to name him Ron.

Nate was awesome. I planned to only change the expansion tank and I never felt pressured to do any more. He made sure it was whatever I wanted to do. He showed me the age of the unit, which was 4 years older than what I even thought, gave me a price comparison too. It was clear we needed to change the unit to save ourselves in the long run. He was professional, quick, answered all of our questions, and it makes me want to continue service with this company. To be clear I called around too for quotes. Thank you for your help Nate.

This is Rafael's second visit to our home. Our prior experience was positive, so we didn't hesitate to call again when we needed a new 80 gal water heater installed in our home. Rafael and Connor were prompt and professional. They stayed until they could verify all was in working order and household faucets had proper water pressure. Office staff were friendly and attentive during scheduling and follow up. We highly recommend Olympic Plumbing.

We hired Olympic Plumbing to replace our 2-compartment sink with sharp inside corners with a 1-compartment sink with curved corners. Raphael had to measure the opening and then look for a sink that would fit. He is a pleasure to work with - very professional, courteous, and skilled. We highly recommend Olympic Plumbing.

Also, the office kept us informed on arrival time. It was all a positive experience.

I was graced by ye almighty with the presence of Saint Nick G. He was jolly. He was jovial. He brought tidings of comfort and joy to my free inspection for a water leak. He definitely put Olympic Plumbing Technology on the nice list. He unfortunately did not accept my offering of milk and cookies but that is ok as he was very professional and pleasant to work with. Amazing response. My Technician Nick came out, checked warranty, created a plan for repair and we moved forward. Very professional, and overall great experience. Morgan his apprentice, was fantastic and quite the trusted help. They completed all the work we needed them to finish and in a couple of hours.

Dylan & Danny came out to assess a leaking shower and this might have been the easiest and most pleasant interaction with a plumber I've ever had. They were on-time, friendly, knowledgeable and we will absolutely be calling back when we're ready to have the plumbing work done.

This company is using technology to make the experience seamless in a really easy way, with easy online booking and thorough communication via SMS all the way along. Can't speak to the quality of the plumbing work yet, but if it is as well done as the initial visit and inspection, I'm confident we'll be in good hands at a reasonable price.

This company's plumbing work seems fine but I would not reccomend hiring them for any work involving any sort of digging. They talked me into having them dig into my yard to install a sewer cleanout access, and in the process they caused significant damage to my landscaping which they now refuse to compensate me for.

My front yard consists of gravel and river rocks that I twice offered to move so they could access the dirt underneath for digging. They twice told me this was unnecessary and that they would move everything. They did not. They buried a large portion of my landscaping in dirt and, when filling the hole back in, simply mixed the gravel and rocks in.

When i complained, the company told me they wanted to make this right, but apparently that was only to allow their staff back onto my property. Instead I told them I wanted to fix the damage myself to ensure it was restored to the proper state, and I would reach out to discuss it when I was done. I spent about 5.5-6 hours on the restoration, digging up the whole area and separating rocks from dirt. I also had to go buy more gravel to replace what they buried.

At the end I asked OPT to refund me only $500 of more than $6,000 I paid them. They outright refused since I did the work myself instead of risking their staff failing to meet our expectations or potentially making it worse. So now I have to consider legal proceedings instead.

In short, don't let these guys dig on your property. Photos are of the condition the property was when they started (in other words how it is now that I've fixed it) versus how they left it

Our technicians, Rafael and Garrett, were fantastic. They were very clear about what needed to happen for our tankless water heater service and talked through how to make our system work its best. It was easy to sign up for a membership plan knowing we would have this quality of service every year.

Nick was thorough and professional. He explained everything well and answered our questions completely. Due to the estimated cost to repair our water heater, and the fact that it’s warranty would expire in a year, we decided to purchase a new one and signed up for the Legend service, as well. All this was a LOT more than we expected to pay for what we were hoping would just be catching up on overdue maintenance, but we feel like we made that best decision for the long run. Nick was careful to make sure he was providing us with all options so we could make a decision and he lined up an electrician for us, as well. We’ll call upon Olympic Plumbing Technology and Nick the next time we need plumbing service.

Olympic Plumbing Technology was the best! From the time I called (late Friday afternoon) to having a tech in my driveway was less than an hour! Our tech Steven was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, quick, polite! Not enough good things to say about these guys! Will absolutely use them again, and tell anyone who asks me to use them too!

Rafael and Jake were awesome; professional, friendly, and did excellent work. They demoed lead/cast iron pipe then rerouted the drain lines. Also, they took out my water heater and installed a new one. Great people and outstanding work!

Excellent service experience, Corbin made it all easy❤️ Corbin was calm and assured me that he would have hot water back on soon, and he lived up to his promise. Corbins communication was exemplary, I never felt I was out of the loop even tho I couldn’t be insight.! I got a text and a call letting me know about 25 minutes out, a call after he had figured out the issues, and another call when the reconstruction was done.
We were really happy, my tenants were thrilled to have hot water and Inwas thankful that Corbin made was really top notch and very skilled. He was friendly, professional and an excellent reporter of the company. Sarah was also superb to work with scheduling, and so patient -I was really under the gun getting this on the books and fixed.!
