These guys Willie and Cory are the best. They came out saturday morning on their day off to get our water running again. I'm gonna call these guys every time.

Willy and Tom did an amazing job and fixes the issue I was having. They are the most reasonably priced and where very helpful with showing me everything they where and had done to fix my problem.

Cory came out on a Saturday night only 30 minutes after we called and worked hard to fix our problem. He provides excellent customer service and is a super hard worker!

I've never used this company before but they were there for me when my 16 year old daughter locked her keys in her car. Thank you yelm plumbing and pump's, I will definitely use you guy's now for my plumbing problems.

Techs seem very knowledgeable and professional. That being said the company is over priced. The clue I should have had was when they charge a service fee just to come out and give an estimate. Must be their money maker. I will stick with small businesses.

They came to rescue us after a failed attempt at doing a ‘simple’ plumbing repair myself. Turned out to be a blessing in that while attempting to replace a defective water valve feeding toilet the old brittle CPVC pipe broke off and they had to perform open wall surgery which turned out good! Toilet survived 🤗

In times of trouble these guys were not only professional, knowledgeable, quick and efficient!! They were kind, helpful and fixed our problems easily! They saw we were having multiple disasters...listened to our sad story and discounted their work!! 5 stars well deserved!! Thank you William Hughes and kind asst.

Misdiagnosed problem with our well. Did very little diagnostics and told us that our pump was going out and needed to be replaced. We had another company out that diagnosed what the actual problem was- air in the holding tank and fixed it for $150.

The absolute best service!!! The Thurston County Fairgrounds had a backflow preventer backed over the day before Fair - they dispatched a plumber within 40 minutes and had us up and running in an hour.

100% satisfied with the service! The leak was quickly found, and my technician even found an issue with my hot water heater that I was completely unaware of. I would use YPP again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

This place is AWFUL!!!! We have now submitted a formal Complaint to the better business bureau. We have not had a working hot water heater since 12/8/2021 with the zero reification for the problem. We paid them $1200 with 5 separate visits, a promise of a refund of some kind and NOTHING. I will continue to write reviews, call to complain to the city, the state, whatever it takes for this company to right the wrong it has caused.

Cory exchanged our pressure tank and was so patient and explained each step. We discovered the well pump had also failed and he and Zenen spent many hours outside in the bad weather. They answered all of our questions and worked so hard! They are a credit to Yelm Plumbing & Pump! We have been customers for more than 10 years and will remain so! 👍🏻💦

I've hired them for 2 jobs now--the kitchen sink drain that neither my son nor I could get right and today the water valve for the toilet. Both jobs were finished quickly and professionally. I was also given some advice on the type of sealants to buy in the future as well as what to watch out for at the hardware stores. I'm not even bothering to call around next time. These guys are great.

Just called Yelm Plumbing and Pumps and asked if they could send someone out to look at my water well on my property .
The nice lady asked for my address so she could look up to see if we were in her data base and then proceeds to cough in my ear . ok it is cold season . No harm no foul .Then she tells me that they want 40.00 up front to come out to my property . I tell her that we are a fee based management company and would have to send the 40.00 fee through bookkeeping. This was not exceptionable to her and she tells me I need to fill out a credit application . I thank her for her time and bid her good day .
I have a small construction company myself , but I know for a fact that if I start charging for bids I will never get any work regardless of my reputation .

Now here is my problem . This is a 15,00.00 to 20,000.00 job that they lost over 40.00 bucks I use local companies to give back to the community but I guess stepping over dollars to save dimes is there business model . Oh then I call Tims Well Drilling and ask them if they charge for bids and was informed they do not . Guess who is getting my business ?

These guys are super nice, super professional and they know their stuff. They make their work look super easy. I appreciate seeing Willy at my house each time I call for service! It's great to have the same guy there who knows what's up. Way to go! And thank you for everything!

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Cory!!! He came out tonight and unclogged my mother's pipe. I am a disabled veteran and my mom is the widow of a Vietnam veteran, not only was Cory professional and respectful he was caring and compassionate to my mom!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not only the company but Cory himself!!! Its not often you meet men like him!!! I REALLY hope all the very best for him in the future and I so hope his company knows what they have in him and value it!!!
