Zak of McNeese Plumbing just finished a terrific job for my father. He repaired three toilets, blew out the water to clear debris, reseated the toilets, caulked them and replaced a shower head. All for a very reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending them.

We had a great experience with Mcneese's plumbing. We live in the Century Communities housing development. We had a plugged bathroom drain, and contacted the Century warranty folks, since we just moved in a few months ago.
This kind of thing is normally the homeowner's responsibility, but Mcneese's sent Jeff over to take a look. Jeff went under the crawlspace and managed to clear the plug from there. They went above and beyond on this one, for no cost to us!

Always prefer to go by word of mouth or personal recommendations based on others prior experience. So I hopped on our local community page and did a search. Up popped a recently posted “looking for a plumber” post. Before writing my own post I dug into comments to see who my neighbors were recommending. As I scrolled through I came upon a comment that was an actual company so kindly commenting and asking for the “opportunity” to come out and give a no cost bid to this person who had posted.

I got stuck right there!!

See this day and age motivation, desire to work in a service manner, customer care and simply communicating has lost its way in our world. It’s sad.

NOT WITH McNEESE PLUMBING y’all!

Something about their being present in community comments and responding to another’s need and actually desiring to be considered spoke to me!! We decided to contact them for a no cost bid. And we chose McNeese Plumbing because meeting with ZACH we had “that feeling” The same one I got reading the post! We accepted the bids and work began within a few days! Here’s some highlights of what impressed us and is bringing Zach/McNeese plumbing back soon for MORE plumbing work we’re in need of!!
-They were very quick to respond to our message.
-Worked with scheduling us promptly.
-Called and confirmed that they were on the way. Always text when they were done, locking up and leaving.
-Showed up ON TIME y’all!
-Greeted us with a hand shake and name introduction AND A SMILE! (Just like the post that led me to them, it genuinely felt like they were happy to be present and help us!)
-Walked around with us to points of concern and listened AND HEARD, what we desired and DIDN’T desire.
-Presented recommendations BUT without ANY PRESSURE.
-Listened to us vent about a recent plumbing experience we’d had with another plumbing company BUT never engaged in negativity regarding THAT other company/experience.🙂
-Sent bids/invoices professionally via email.
-Respected our time
-Was mindful of and went the extra mile to protect our floors, doors, cupboards and walls while working in tight spaces.
-CLEANED up everything when they were done.
-Provided additional, quality and affordable parts and labor we thought came with items we purchased for install (but didn’t) so the job could be completed on time.
-Sent additional invoice for above mentioned items promptly.
-provided all around quality work with attention to detail!

We now refer to McNeese Plumbing Inc. as “our” plumbers because we won’t be looking elsewhere as long as they’re around.

Water heater pipe leaking. Zach came out and wrote up a quote. He did excellent work replacing the water heater and insured that all repairs were to code. I will be contacting this company for future work that I would like to have done.

I couldn’t be happier with the service! Zach replaced our hot and cold hose bib. They showed up on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and came up with a smart solution that saved us time and money and gave their thoughts in a non pushy manner on what would be best. We had a sudden bathroom sink emergency that developed because of the flippers that did our house (recent move) and went searching for a plumber through the “best of Olympia” Facebook page that already came highly recommended. Zach was able to schedule with us quickly and arrived on time! The problem wasn’t able to initially resolved, so he worked with us on a solution and fixed it the next week. He talked through options, pricing, and finished the job quicker than expected. Would definitely recommend and will be making them our go-to call for anything plumbing related!

Our experience with Alpine was excellent! From initial contact for an estimate to completion of the installation of our Ductless Heat Pump we received friendly and knowledgeable services done in a professional manner. Pricing and warranty were the best we found over 4 different estimates. The system is working well and cut our electric bill by almost 50% compared to the month before installation, despite the most recent month being 3 degrees colder on average. Thanks!!

Our experience with Alpine Ductless was amazing! We needed some electrical work done same day and Manny made it happen! Not only did he come same day but he was very professional, respectful of our home, willing to answer any question I had, and he did excellent work. I highly recommend this company.

I would get give 6 stars if I could. Arrived early, did a thorough check of all the equipment, left me with suggestions, and a time line for the next major cleaning.

The Alpine team just finished installing a new four-zone ductless system. Their install team was professional, friendly and we are VERY happy with the craftsmanship and performance of the new system. That alone would elicit a five-star + review from me, but while on site, I asked if they could look at a split system previously installed by another vendor a few years ago which has been a little troublesome. Three other vendors and several technicians looked at the older system and could not find a problem. The Alpine tech took about 10 minutes to identify a problem with the installation and correct the issue. It's working perfectly now and he even showed us a more efficient way to run the system. Yup 5++ rating.
