From the estimate to installation, Alpine did an outstanding job. Their estimator was thorough and took the extra time to go through the options with me. After receiving several other competing bids I went with Alpine not because they were the lowest price but they offered the most in terms of quality product and service. Installation was smooth. Their work was neat and tidy, cleaning up after themselves each day. I'd recommend Alpine to anyone for ductless work and more.

Alpine Ductless is the real deal. If you are interested in exceptional, smart, affable sales people and smart, affable, hardworking installers with can-do attitudes, efficient use of time, willingness to go the extra mile, then consider this company. We received three bids for our ductless system and found Alpine Ductless’ sales person to be heads above the other two. Not only did he consider the most efficient way to run the cables through the house to the heat pump, he considered the aesthetics of how it would look inside and outside the house. The other bids were for a much clunkier, convoluted journey for the cabling. We so hoped Alpine’s bid would be the lowest - and it was. He worked with the company’s engineer to design efficient routing. The installers were top notch, from their clean uniformed appearance when they introduced themselves at the door, to the care they took with our floors when in our home, to their efficient use of time, to their confidence, to following the plan agreed upon (we had 3 units installed) for interior placement and exterior cabling. They worked until the job was done, no punching the clock to leave and return the next day. The electrician that joined the installers was equally confident and efficient and friendly - but not too friendly. They worked as a well-oiled machine/team. We appreciate excellent service and these folks provided it at all levels.

Alpine is awesome! You can tell by the positive, can do attitude of all staff that this is a great company to work for. We recently had a power outage that fried all but one of our heat pumps...and during a record cold snap to boot. Not only did Alpine come to the rescue quickly in spite of being short staffed, but they got all parts ordered and did all the repairs in just one week. Thanks to Gail, Mark and Alex we now have heat again, yay! Only have great things to say about Alpine!

6 years ago we had a Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pump installed in our home by Alpine. They did an awesome job! Not only did everything go without a glitch from contact to installation, but they were very professional, prompt, thorough and did impeccable work. They also came in at the best bid. Highly recommended!

I'm so happy I was referred to Alpine Ductless, for installing my 2 zone ductless system. Starting with Matt Tobin with design and Josh and Justin doing installation, the service was great. The interior and exterior is better looking than I had hoped for and I'm very particular. I highly recommend. Everyone was very friendly, including the office staff and really wanted to make sure I was happy. Great company.

Alpine installed a split Ductless system in our home. The sales rep was knowledgeable and courteous. Able to recommend the right systems. The installers were efficient, courteous and made sure we understood everything they were doing and that the system they were installing was the right one for us. Anytime I had to contact the office, I was received with courteous respect and any problems quickly and professionally handled. In this day and age where customer service is overlooked by many companies, it is great to do business where the customer is treated with respect and listened to. I would recommend Alpine to anybody that needs heating and cooling problems resolved. Great people at all levels.

The whole crew at Alpine are fantastic... we had to replace our aged mini-split system and after a lot of research and meeting with several vendors we went with Alpine. They had the best price and working with Corey was easy, but what really made the difference was how apparent it was that he wanted us to be happy with our choices and the work to be done. Great communication through out the process. It's been a couple of months now and the new system is awesome!

Cory and his team were a delight. From the reasonable quote and then dealing with an unexpectedly quirky electrical system, through tuning the new heaters and removing the old furnace, they were friendly, competent and professional. Best part was the post install inspection. To quote the inspector: "Wow! Who did this? They did *really* nice work.

Ten years ago we had our Mitsubishi Ductless system installed by Alpine Ductless. They did a very professional job for us and our savings by switching were amazing. Almost a complete return on investment in ten flawless years of service.

Unfortunately in a short period of time (2 months) our ceiling cassette failed and next the heat exchanger coil on the outside unit developed a leak. All but 3 pounds of refrigerant leaked out and the system stopped heating. In March.

Because of Alpine Ductless’ extraordinary work on the initial installation we called them for the repair. Our first contact was with Gail. She was very pleasant and thorough. Gail checked on our warranty and found it was still in effect for parts. The first technician to come out to the house was Justin S.. He was extremely polite and respectful of our home. He diagnosed the problem and returned with another Justin and Mark. Each technician displayed the same qualities of politeness and respect. They were also very informative and knowledgeable. A short time later we experienced a 6 hour power outage. After the power came back on it seemed that the heating system was underperforming. Again, we called Alpine. While on the phone with Gail, Mark, their Tech/electrician was listening in. He thought it may be a fuse so he stopped by the house on his way home from work and checked the fuses simply out of kindness. Unfortunately that was not the issue. Justin S. came out again and began diagnosing our new issue. It was soon learned that the coil had developed a leak and a new one would have to be ordered (also still under parts warranty 10 years later). When the new coil arrived Gail called us immediately and scheduled the repair. Within 2 days Justin S and Mark arrived in the morning and worked all day, not leaving our house till almost 6:00pm. They did not just simply replace the coil. They checked and replaced most or all of the original connections (due to new and better methods of connection). They identified kinks in the copper lines and replaced those. They even went so far as to identify some rodent caused damage and made a temporary fix until we would be able to effect a permanent repair. In other words they went far beyond our expectations and really cared about our safety.

There was a book that came out years ago called “Good to Great”. The book focuses on attributes that take a business to the next level. One of those attributes is management. The owner of Alpine Ductless, Corey, ensures his technicians are well trained. He is well aware of the benefits of having kind and considerate employees dealing with his customers. These are things that make a company GREAT!

Alpine Ductless is the best!! We have 7 heads in our house and 2 outdoor units. They do thorough work and the technicians take the time to explain the process. Their customer service both office staff and technicians is by far the best I have ever seen! Gail in the office is truly an inspiration for customer service! We are doing a remodel and have had them out to take down units and move them to new locations. They go above and beyond! They are our “go to” company for life!!

We chose Alpine for our ductless split system after getting 4 different quotes in the Tacoma/Olympia area, and it was absolutely the right choice. Highly recommend!

Matt’s visit to our house in Tacoma for the estimate was super professional and informative, and he was so thorough that by the time he left, everything we needed to know was in our hands in a well-presented packet. Not only was his estimate the most professional of the 4 companies we got estimates from, it was the most competitive. Fast forward several months before we made the decision to proceed (May 2023), and Matt picked up exactly where we left off and got the process started immediately.

Installation was a breeze. Josh and Justin took a day and a half to install the heat pump and 3 units. They were very professional, respectful of the house, and were also great with our dog (major bonus points for that!). I was able to do my entire workday from home without much disruption. Electrical work was done so swiftly, I hardly even noticed it happened at all.

Gloria managed a lot of the follow-up communications, permit and inspection information, etc., and she was also wonderful to work with.

The entire experience was top-notch from beginning to end - so much so, that I tried to work with Alpine again on another property in Lacey. Matt came out for an estimate and admitted very quickly that a heat pump probably wasn't the best option for this house, but he was still so generous to provide a variety of estimates anyway. He even recommended other companies in the area that could provide what this house needed, which was central AC. I appreciate this type of honesty so much! I went ahead with one of the companies he suggested and that project was also a success.

For a heat pump/ductless split system, Alpine is the best out there - professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I'm recommending to all my friends and family!

A couple of years ago we went through Alpine to install a mini-split system in our home. They took care of everything and it was effortless and efficient. However, recently a part failed and as it was under warranty we called Alpine. They were fantastic from the moment they received our call to the repair. They were communicative, giving us regular updates and their employees were incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. They even followed up to make sure everything was working well. I decided to write this review because we often consider having a warranty as our guarantee as customers for this exact thing, and it is. However, particularly for small businesses, warranty work often means unbilled hours and random expenses, and I just wanted to say that we appreciated the attention, care, and enthusiasm Alpine showed to ensure we received the very best service possible.
