Near every room in the house now has in it a Mini Ductless installed by Alpine. They are number one in my book for service and quality of merchandise. I still yet have one more section of the home to have a Return Air Pump installed and my mission will be complete thanks to Alpine Ductless Heating and Air Conditioning. My hats off to Cory and Janette and all of their technicians for making heating and cooling my entire home such an easy, affordable and efficient investment.

I don't like listing names for privacy reasons.. But the staff at Alpine, from the owners, office staff and field techs are ALWAYS great... I would definitely recommend them to anyone...

These people are amazing! They are so professional and did an awesome job. Shout out to Gloria and her staff in the office always there to answer questions and make things happen. Best team of workers I have ever worked with. On the day of install they were very polite and kept work area clean. They knew what they were doing and did it in a very professional way. Very impressed with the final project. I had a heat pump and bathroom fans installed. You won't regret hiring Alpine Ductless their staff and team made everything so easy and go smoothly.

Alpine Ductless... installed my ductless system this week and I was so impressed by Jordan and Michael who went to herculean efforts to problem-solve a very restrictive and impossible access issue and developed a workable alternative. Beyond that they brought a great sense of esprit de corps and professionalism. They showed up on time and went above and beyond to ensure that my entire system inside and out was installed to the best standards and to my satisfaction. From beginning to end, Alpine staff was exceptional starting with Matt at the initial site visit and Chad who does the scheduling. And yaay--coolness on the hottest day of the year! Thanks Alpine!

Heat went out in 30 degree weather. Called these guys and they had someone on their way in 2 hours. Amazing company!!! Highly recommend!

Alpine Ductless, as always did an amazing job! They are up front and honest; they explain everything to us. They fit us in short notice as our AC decided it wasn't working, and I need AC. They do a very good job. Gale in the office is awesome, she gives us great detail, gives us options and we have never had a surprise charge. We know everything up front and there is transparency. We have used them many times for fixing problems and just normal cleanings and maintenance to try to avoid surprises.

The whole experience I had with Alpine Ductless was amazing. They were responsive to my needs and very friendly. The technicians they sent out were knowledgeable and respectful. In doing the repairs they fixed an issue that wasn't directly related to my issue , but needed to be done so my unit performs properly. My whole experience with Alpine Ductless from sales to installation and service has been incredible!! Won't ever use anyone else. Thank you

Awesome experience installing a Daikin mini split from them. All the workers were easy to talk to and friendly. Answered all my questions and did professional and efficient work.

I highly recommend Alpine. I got multiple quotes last year from local businesses for a small ductless mini split for a 400sq ft space. Alpine was the so friendly, collaborative, took extra time with me and didn’t tack on additional charges other places did for the same work. They installed my unit last week and were on time, finished as estimated, no surprise costs, and they troubleshot any minor install hurdles so graciously! I had the pleasure of having Alpine Ductless install my heat pump through the Energize Thurston group buy program. From the start, communication was top notch. On install day, Jordan and Michael were prompt, informative, and overall just fun to work with. My install went seamlessly (despite us having to make a last-minute change in the location of the heat pump unit) and I'm no longer dreading stretches of hot weather. A great experience all around! I highly recommend Alpine.

We contacted Alpine on the the weekend, although closed, we were able to leave a note for service. Alpine called back in the week and scheduled an appointment for the following week with an approximate time that was met by the technician.
The technician did a thorough check and provided great suggestions on proper use and maintenance.

I had an amazing experience with Alpine Ductless. All the staff I worked with were incredibly kind and helpful--they have amazing customer service. They also have very competitive prices and their installation was completely smooth. I will definitely be using them again when I add on to my house and need an additional ductless system!

We are so glad we decided to go with Alpine Ductless Heating and Cooling. We had a Daikin dual zone mini split ductless installed. The guys that did the installation, Jason and Justin (J &J) worked with us for proper placement of everything and listened and addressed all of our concerns. They were very professional as well as knowledgeable and efficient. The company has their own electrician so it's a one stop shop. The installation including electrical took about 7 hours with the 2 inside zones.
They took care of the necessary permits and decommissioned our gas boiler in to qualify for PSE's rebate. Which they also took care of. I'm adding photos and will be painting the "line hides" the same color as the house. Photos show the back and side of the house. We are very pleased.

Josh salesman The installers were on time and great to work with all day so far the unit is working great. After one day they cleaned up after themselves and did a very professional job. I bought my mini-split from Alpine 4 years ago. This appt was for routine maintenance. The service staff person was friendly and experienced. They explained what they were doing, completed the job well and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was complete. While the appt time got mixed up, they still completed the job the same day and gave me a 10% discount for their mixup. I would highly recommend them for sales, installation and service of a ductless heating/cooling system.

I was a bit surprised that there was a delay in the Service I received. I was paying $11.+ each month to be ready for the maintenance necessary the following year. However, when I inquired about the maintenance, I was told i still had one more year to be prepared. However, I was explained by a different office administrator that I was over due year+. She immediately took corrective action & got me back on track. She also, insured that I could speak to a sales representative about installing another unit downstairs. I just need to verify the actual monthly amount paid to be serviced. I felt from that last interaction with the young lady should not cause a bad rating or bad review. The service technician that came out was polite, understanding and very knowledgeable on his job. He explained to us on how to be more active in the maintaining of our unit. In addition, he showed us where the outside unit could use a bush terming that is important. Good experience with the last two dedicated employees.
