We have a 4 month old baby that we were desperate to get back into our home after our sewer line needed to be dug out for repair. Joe, Issac and Josh made fast and efficient work of our plumbing nightmare. Can’t thank them enough!

Marcio M. of Rescue Rooter did a great job of installing a cleanout pipe for our sewer line. He was prompt, courteous and polite. called again on 1/1 water was pouring out again. Tre fixed the problem but it broken again. When the technicians replaced the PVC fitting it was tighten to tight causing it to crack. John came out replaced with brass fittings and have had no more issues. John took the time and showed me the fittings and how he made the repairs.

Quick turn-around on a garbage disposal repair turned replacement. Prescott was on-time, explained every option and cost in a thoughtful manner and completed the work quickly and cleanly. Joshua Drury from Rescue Router did a great job with inspection for a potential leak in the shower supply/drain, he was very patient and thorough in checking the plumbing, vents, crawl space and even the drain pipes under there. Fortunately, he did not find any issues with the plumbing or see leaks anywhere, and did not have any services recommended. He even inspected the boiler and under sink valves for overall plumbing health which was much appreciated!

scheduling was very efficient and lots of communication as they were looking for a plumber to come out on a sunday. Nicholas was fantastic! very clear on what was going on, what was the pricing etc. The job (storm drain blockage). was way more complicated than expected, but he worked until the job was done, which was over the estimated number of hours, but no change in price. great job.

fyi: I called apollo plumbing for the same job and there were 2x the price, which little explanation.
