I am very satisfied with the water heater installation. The professional skills and knowledge of the technician Justin was apparent by the way he went about removing the old unit and installing the new. The new unit was brought up to code & in compliance with today’s standards. Justin advised me with helpful tips on care & maintenance on my new appliance. Excellent job as always by 2Sons.

Excellent customer service. The team at 2 Sons is always kind, courteous and prompt with their work. Plumbing is expensive no matter who you go with so I find their prices to be on par with anyone else you might have out to give you a bid. At this point they would be the only plumbers I use.

Fantastic service. Responsive, timely, courteous. I had major main line blockage that required digging and replacing line to septic. Bob from 2 Sons arrived the day I called to assess problem and had it fixed a few days later. Cost was half the price of competitor plumbing for the same exact repair. Kudos to Bob, Nolan, Manu. I'll use 2 Sons next time I have an issue and will refer to neighbors and friends.

2 Sons Plumbing came out today to help with a leaking pipe in laundry room. This is the 3rd time I have used this company and it has been a great experience every time. I have had different technicians each time and all have been professional, friendly and helpful. Today I had Bob. He put in a lot of time and effort into troubleshooting and figuring out my issue. I have an old home with a challenging layout due to previous owners remodels and DYI work. I really appreciated all his hard work, input and creative solutions.

I called at 7 am to have 2sons service a property for me and not only did they get me scheduled immediately for that day but the customer service was outstanding with check ins before during and after. Kinlee was fantastic and incredibly helpful and pleasant. Not to mention they actually fixed the problem the previous plumber attempted to charge 10x for

Justin and Bryce are absolutely wonderful! Justin right away identified that our issue is related to a product that’s involved in a class action lawsuit and the repair done by Bryce was swift!

We also had Cameron out to service our furnace and in doing so he spotted and fixed a small issue that could have turned into a bigger one! He was super professional and was able to make the fix in the spot!!

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and want to warn other homeowners.

We called at 11:15am for an urgent electric water heater issue. They gave me a 1–7pm window, then narrowed it to 1–3pm. The technician arrived after 4pm.

The problem was a failed heating element - a very standard repair with a part that costs under $45. Their lowest quote to replace the heating element was a whopping $750, which is several times higher than what reputable local companies charge.

It got worse. They also quoted over $4,000 to replace a basic 50‑gallon electric water heater. For reference, multiple well‑known companies in the area install the same size electric water heater for $1,800–$2,600 total, including labor and code upgrades. Their price was wildly inflated.

They also asked me to sign a generic agreement committing to a $79.99 diagnostic fee. Given the pricing they presented, we declined to sign any agreement. We were pre-informed about the diagnostic fee which we regrettably will pay but do not intend to sign any agreement that accompanies it.

Based on our experience, this company’s pricing was not even close to market norms. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before agreeing to any work.

I wasn’t able to be there when Elijah dropped by, but he came, resolved the issue in 10min (turned out to be a very simple problem causing a very disgusting result lol) and left without charging more than the initial consultation fee.

I was impressed by the process of the company where they send us a photo of who to expect and the clear communication for the appointment.

The overall experience was so easy and positive that I will no doubt call them again if I have plumbing issues.

Davie came out to help with two drain backups at my house, and the experience couldn’t have been better.

He lives in the same city as me, showed up on time, and immediately put me at ease. From the first few minutes it felt less like a service call and more like having a knowledgeable family member who just happens to be a plumber. Friendly, professional, and clearly knows his craft.

He took care of both drain issues efficiently, explained what was going on without any pressure or upsell, and charged a fair price. No nonsense, no surprises. He even recommended an enzyme drain and grease trap cleaner for regular maintenance, telling me straight up that if I use it consistently, I likely won’t need to call him again for secondary buildup. That kind of honesty is rare.

If you’re looking for a plumber you can actually trust, someone local who does solid work and treats you like a human, Davie is it. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again and will absolutely be recommending him to neighbors and friends.

I called yesterday about a clogged bathroom sink. They were able to get me in today. Their system gives you a link so you can check your assigned technician’s ETA - very convenient.
Dave was professional and friendly. He talked me through possible scenarios for outcome then got right to work. He was tidy and fast. He made recommendations about work I should consider going forward based on what he found.

Angelo was awesome! He had to solve removing a 90 year old section of rust filled metal drain pipe and replacing it with larger plastic. It was a challenging process that needed access by removing a section of wall in the adjacent room. He handled all in a calm efficient and knowledgeable manner!

We had an emergency when our water heater pipe burst and water was spraying everywhere. I called 2 Son’s Plumbing because they had done work for us before, and once again they did not disappoint. They came out the same day, gave us a clear estimate, and fixed the problem right away. The team was nice, courteous, professional, and fast, which made a very stressful situation so much easier. We truly appreciate their quick response and great service. I highly recommend them!

Woke up to the sound of water spraying behind a bathroom vanity and we all know thats never good. Never been through this before so called the first lineup of plumbers Google provided and out of the 5 businesses we called 2 Sons was the only one that could come out same day. The experience was very fluid from start to finish. Anthony was fantastic, thorough, and very kind. The issue was fixed within a couple of hours. Really pleased with our experience, and since homeownership is unpredictable its nice to know if we ever have an issue with plumbing/sewer/heat/air we have a company we can trust.

Update - I wasn't lying when I said if we ever had another issue we knew who to call. Surprised last night when we were notified that we had another pipe break. It was 7:30pm and I called 2 Sons and they had someone out this morning to evaluate and repair the issue. Anthony was our technician again and was so so great. Thank you to 2 Sons for saving us from what could have been major damage twice this week!!

This is our second toilet repair with 2 Sons Plumbing Seattle. They are always very professional from booking to onsite. Jeff was very conscientious of the environment. (4 kids and a dog 🐕! )

2 Sons was recommended to me by my father. They replaced a main pipe for my parents last week. My dad spent over 50 years in construction and was impressed by their work and professionalism. When my tub backed up today and my snake wasn't cutting it, I knew who to call. Bob was able to come out the same day and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call again if the need arises.

We used 2 Sons a little while ago for some plumbing and water heater work. When we had issues with a toilet, they were our first call. We received the same great service from start to finish. We were able to get an appointment right away and then the follow up appointment to install a new toilet a couple days later. We weren’t in a rush because it’s not our only toilet but I think they could’ve gotten us an even earlier appointment if needed.

Dave was our technician and he was phenomenal. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He explained our options and was super helpful in supporting us through the process. He explained the costs in detail and how then different options would price out. There was no pressure, just information. His work was great. Everything looks good and is working well. We’ll definitely be keeping 2 Sons as our go-to company when we have any pluming, hearing, cooling, etc needs.

Highly recommend 2 Sons Plumbing! From the receptionist and dispatch team to our technician Adam and apprentice Riley, everyone was top-notch. They jetted our septic line and did a fantastic job, going above and beyond to explain why it was backing up and how to prevent future issues. Great service and professionalism all around!

Trung and Cole re-plumbed our home for us (and at a very reasonable rate, based on my research). This is not an easy house to go under, or an easy property to work on, but they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They made sure everything was done perfectly and included us in decision making and gave us lots of options. I especially love that they would not do anything that would incur a charge without checking in. I got 60+ before-and-after photos, and they didn't leave until they knew we were completely satisfied and had all questions answered. I won't call another plumbing company and will be sure to recommend 2 Sons! I will also ask for these guys by name next time.

Our technician, Marcos, was friendly and professional. He was able to solve the problem we called for and verify that no additional problems arose from water leakage.

The dispatch office was communicative, but we did have to reschedule our initial afternoon visit due to the morning calls running long. So pro: if you have a complex issue it sounds like they’ll stay till the job is done. Con: if you have an afternoon appointment you are at risk of rescheduling. Nothing to knock off a star, but worth noting.

I called because I had used them in the past on putting in a new garbage disposal and did an great job. This time I needed a new water heater as ours was 20 years old. The technician Brandon came out and looked at it and gave us a very fair quote for a new one which also included delivery labor and taking the old one away. I was able to get an appointment for install in just a couple of days and they did a fabulous job. I still was able to have the technician Brandon and tanother technician named Chris and together they worked so well to get the old one out and the new one in and made sure it was up to code in just a few hours which was great. They also tested everything and cleaned up and left the place spotless in my basement. I would highly recommend this company The technicians are highly skilled and know their job. They're friendly and they really care about the job they're doing and respectful of your home and the price was great. I'm definitely going to be putting them on my list for any other jobs that I need that they do. Thank you so much, Brandon and Chris.

Joey did a great job. He quickly determined that man-handling our dead 80 gallon water heater out was a two-man job, so Ethan came over promptly to help. From initial call to completion of work in less than a day, we are very happy! This is also our second time using 2Sons. They fixed our clogged pipes in 2019. Always 5 star work.
