Rescue Rooter was able to come out within just a few hours for a clogged sink drain. Tre was professional, friendly, and patient. He explained the options, provided a clear cost estimate, and performed the work efficiently and neatly. He also provided recommendations on how to care for our old building pipes going forward. When I called again about low water pressure in the sink tap, Devin helped me resolve the issue over the phone by patiently walking me through a couple simple troubleshooting steps - no visit even needed!

I highly recommend Dennis. He was consistently prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. I had a somewhat complicated plumbing project at my 1902 house and he approached it with a keen interest, using thinking-outside-the-box skills to come up with a brilliant, simple plan that works! Pricing was very reasonable.

The tech (Devin C) was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable , he got our pilot light going, unfortunately it went out later that night, no fault of the tech. He gave us quotes to replace our 20 yr old tank and the wife and I have decided it’s a good deal and plan on doing just that.

Entire system backed up and spraying water into basement. Really a nightmare. I tried to do laundry and water wouldn't drain. Nick did a great job and was really good at explaining the problem. Everything is back in order. Rescue Rooter was a great call.

Devin was really helpful and informative! We’ve been having issues with our drains backing up. After checking everything out, he explained everything to my husband and pointed us towards a septic company who could fix the problem. He didn’t even charge us for the visit and the weather was horrific. Definitely will use them again!

I had a pretty extensive root blockage about 20 feet downstream from the house on my sewer line. Everything took forever to drain, and it even backed up into a shower stall. The Rescue Rooter guys, led by Cody Secrest and finished up by Joseph Henry completely fixed the problem and left me with two clean outs that will allow easier access in the future if needed. It was all done professionally and today got the final inspection and Joey filled and smoothed the excavation and it looks great.

Cory was very quick getting to us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what was happening and did his best to verify he was right by digging for the lid to the septic tank. He was awesome even though he could not fix the problem.

Dennis P. provided excellent, professional and speedy service relieving us of a blocked kitchen drain which was causing back up in a shower drain. Accurate diagnosis and resolution of that problem along with replacing a leaky faucet and servicing the hot water tank. He was upfront about costs and provided options at different price points. In addition to the repairs, I appreciate his hard work, punctuality and communication.

Excellent service and the problem was quickly resolved. I will use your services again, in addition to referring your services to others. The person sent was very skilled and will ask for him again when needing plumbing services. He is a keeper and deservers a10++ rating. He is quick and reliable.

I just want to say that these guys are very good. I called their office today in the morning with an emergency because my hot water tank had failed. They scheduled the appointment for me with ease and Cody came out on time. He was so nice and very knowledgeable but above all he was very honest. To me that is very cardinal principle when it comes to hiring a technician. Cody was able to diagnose and resolve the problem very quickly. Also he educated me on my hot water tank system and when to replace it. He gave me options of which ones to buy and how reliable they are. I would use their service more and more again and I highly recommend this company to anyone out there. Alex is the best, and there is none better.

We had a gas worry and situation with major concerns lingering over from a previous appointment from a day ago.

Alex showed up within an hour and carefully reviewed, inspected and resolved everything within a great time frame while explaining everything technical in a resolving manner, putting us at ease that we weren't in danger.

He carefully inspected everything with our water heater with highly professional and expert technical methods to ensure there were no lingering gas concerns.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Our Rescue guy Eddie was very friendly and offered 3 options to fix our 50 year old broken pipe and sink issue. He skillfully completed the repair we chose in an hour. We call him Excellent Eddie. Thanks Rescue for sending Eddie!!

Monte Sally is the technician who responded to our house to address our plumbing issue. He was very knowledgeable and communicated well in regards to a fix. He was also considerate of our questions and explained everything in detail. He worked quickly and cleaned up everything when he finished. He pointed out potential future problems and prepared a quote in case those arose. We are really pleased to have met him and if a plumbing need should come up in the future, we will ask for him. A big thanks to him!

I had this amazing team replace a falling apart 1999 boiler heating and DHW system. Rand recommended that I go with a Combi-Boiler instead of trying to fix the system we had in place. They spent two days replacing the entire thing, hauled away the old stuff, installed the new, and made sure we were without water for the shortest amount of time possible. The price was what I would consider reasonable. Not cheap, but not outrageous like the quote I got from Beacon. HIGHLY recommend the team at C&D!!
