Highly recommend 2 Sons. Great experience from first call to post-completion. Marcos was awesome - thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. He took his time to assess and explain the issue, provided great options and then quickly repaired the problem. Thanks so much for great service in a stressful situation.

'High-power' toilet mechanism mal-functioned. And the "backup" 24-year-old toilet > in far corner of basement is why this 'seasoned' lady was so grateful for speedy appointment: next morning! Davie was prompt (even a few minutes early), friendly, skilled. Turns out, nothing was 'wrong' at all! (One part may have 'stuck' a bit.) I learned how to address this 'sticky' part myself. Davie took photos, documenting part #, videoed actual 'flushing', previewed 'replacement' costs, if needed. I do not mind paying 'service fee' = a fair concept, especially as this is deducted if repair is made. Second time I have used this company: reputable. Efficient. Five stars above "another" company I used, years back.
Repair technicians have pride, as though they are also 'sons'.
p.s. I like that someone calls to inform number of minutes before technician arrives. Also - 2Sons sends a photo of technician, as 'intro'. Excellent safety measure for clients.

As is often the case, our water heater gave out with no warning. Joey, our point of contact and installer, was able to minimize the time we had to go without hot water and got us taken care of with a new heater with nearly no fuss or headache. Highly recommend 2 Sons, they do a great, efficient job. (For photos, white heater was the before, silver was the one installed.)

Our hot water heater was ooooold and died. 2 Sons came out quickly (keeping me apprised of the schedule, and who exactly I could expect to come to my house along the way). Carey discussed different options to make a larger tank work in our space while demonstrating great knowledge of current code and safety standards. They offered a very fair price, and he and Brice were considerate while completing the removal and installation. Carey even spent a significant amount of time trying to help me find an unrelated leak and didn’t charge me for it. I would absolutely call them again.

I had a great experience with 2 Sons Plumbing. They came out urgently when we needed help, which immediately put us at ease. We had a competing quote that recommended replacing the entire toilet for nearly $2,000. However, the team at 2 Sons Plumbing took a much more pragmatic approach.

With the right triaging and their clear experience, they were able to fix the issue at a fraction of the cost instead of pushing for an unnecessary replacement. It was clear they truly understand their craft and prioritize doing what’s right for the customer.

Needed my Hot Water Heater replaced and contacted 2 Sons Plumbing. Got a real person who was very helpful and had a team headed my way that afternoon to evaluate and give me a bid. The 2 person team led by their tech Brandon checked out my current installation and gave me a bid to replace my 15 year old non functioning water heater. They actually had the hot water heater I wanted on their truck and by the end of the day I had a new hot water heater installed. There was quite a bit of extra work to bring the installation up to current code. They were friendly, fast and efficient. Nice job. Thanks guys!

Brandon B. Did a phenomenal job explaining why my old water heater (white) was failing. He was patient and gave great customer service providing us with options/recommendations for repair and financing. It turned out my 25 year old water heater should have been replaced long ago and was now becoming a safety hazard. I decided to go with a new water heater and installation. Even though it was bit pricey, I understand in the times that we live in WA are expensive. Brandon B. Was very professional and completed the work very quickly. He was very reliable and courteous in answering all of our questions. We need more technicians like Brandon B. And if his boss is reading this, the man deserves a raise or extra PTO hours. I want to thank 2 Sons and Brandon B. for their services.

The crew of Edwin, Issac and Joe did a wonderful job from start to finish.
Dug out area that need to be addressed, connected pipes and fitting and then smoothed out the area better than before.

Rescue Rooter, came out to replace my hot water tanka and give me a quote. Dennis the technician, was awesome. He even adjusted the price a little on some items and threw in fixing my front faucet, which included having to go under the house in the crawl space to do the work. He did an excellent job, was very friendly and respectful and very helpful. He answered all my questions. He was very fair in everything he did. I would highly recommend him and Rescue Rooter again.

My experience was great. Had a tech Alex show up an hour after I called these folks, he did an assessment and walked me through what he thought was going on and the right people to reach for the next, non-plumbing step.

Our water main burst and we could either repair or replace. We took the replace option. Everyone was friendly and helpful and responsive. John who assessed the issue and gave us a quote to Marcilio (hope I got that correct) to Trey who did the replacement. Trey was professional, friendly and really explained what he did and knowledgeable about what he did and what the next step was. Thank you for everyone involved for taking good care of us!!!
