On time, respectful of my tenant and property, kept me informed of their progress and completed the job satisfactorily. Only concern is they are very costly; $495 for a bit over an hour to snake through the roof vent. But I would hire them again because of the quality of their work.

Called these guys after having Dealt with a different "local" company and they wanted to charge us 5000 dollars for a blow out of our sand tank. Called Flowhawks and they were out the next day and the technician was incredibly informative and willing to do some Saved us thousands calling Flohawks. I know who I will be calling first next time.

I was disappointed first that the technician was several hours late, (understandable) and then he showed up with the wrong equipment (which I had specifically asked for because I knew the standard equipment would not work). He still tried to do the job, but was unable to do it correctly, and still billing me $825.00. After complaining to the office, a supervisor and another tech came out several days later and did the job correctly at no extra charge.

Jesse and Dakota were professional and did a great job. Anytime we have had a septic problem FlowHawks takes care of it. We have total confidence that the job is done correctly. Great job guys...thank you

Todd arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked out the system thoroughly and explained everything completely. Someone else needs to come back to replace a timer and replace a broken pipe. I am very pleased.

Found a new go to company for all future plumbing/septic needs. I had a night and day difference during a plumbing emergency this week in Olympia, WA. I initially used Beacon Plumbing and it was the worst experience I've ever had with any type of contractor, that we've ever used on the houses we've owned... FloHawks was great from the initial phone call, to the same day scheduling, to the Technician that came to the home. When the tech from FloHawks arrived he had already reviewed the county asbuild and knew exactly what type of system he was dealing with. Through his diligent work ethic he was able to quickly identify the problem and thoroughly explained the entire system and what happened.

Very satisfied with the professionalism and service by Flo Hawks and Jeff. Took my call on a Sunday and were on site the next day. Septic issues can be stressful so I appreciated Jeff's easy-going manner which put me at ease, and skill set which helped efficiently identify and address the issue.

Very frustrating! First called Sept 30, now Oct 8. My rental without septic. The excuses, abominable and such a waste of time. Contacting the company has been useless. I am really upset.

I may or may not have asked Bob at Flohawks to marry me, their service for our sewer nightmare was so excellent. Quick, efficient, informative, and very high quality work for an extremely reasonable price.

FloHawks was was able to get to us quickly when we experienced a broken pipe. The technician that was sent to us was Ryan. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and informed me of every step and what the issues were. Should we experience plumbing issues again in the future (hopefully not though!), we will definitely be calling FloHawks.

Todd arrived on time and did an excellent job of identifying and rectifying the problem. He knew what he was doing and gave us a brochure about our septic system which is very helpful. Highly recommend FloHawks and Todd.

Eric was amazing!! He worked SOOO hard for HOURS to make sure our drain was cleared. He had to rooter outside, inside, from the roof, everywhere and he did it!! Super professional, even when things were giving him a really hard time! I will definitely recommend FloHawks Plumbing.

They were no shows. We had an emergency septic issue and made an appointment for their first opening the following morning.

I called multiple times and was told that the technicians were "running behind schedule". They continued to say that for 6 more hours. Finally it was too late to call a different company leaving us stuck for another day with a nonworking system. Maybe their technicians are great and they do good work, I wouldn't know. What I do know is that they wasted my time.
