Our carpets look and smell great after having them cleaned by Pristine! I spent alot of time in the carpet cleaning industry as a general manager for corporate locations before having my own franchise. After selling my franchise it has been difficult to find someone who really cares about the job they do. I have tried other local carpet cleaning companies and nobody comes close to the quality of work as Pristine. I will definitely call Pristine again next time the carpet is dirty.

We had 2 area rugs that were long overdue for a good cleaning! One being a white shag rug (which is hard to get clean!) We were able to drop them off and within a few days they were ready for pickup. Brian graciously only charged us for 1 rug because he wasn’t 100% satisfied with how the other rug turned out (due to the type of material the rug was made of) we are still very happy with how they turned out!

Our carpets were horrible, and Brian did a great job. The pet treatment was well worth it!

Brian is Great!! Fair pricing, very quick to respond to messages and calls, speedy service and took excellent care and pride in the work! Our white couches are white again! Would use service again and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service with a genuine business owner.

I have three cats and the smell in my downstairs was horrible. He went above and beyond to make sure the smell was taken care of and the carpets look brand new again! I’ll be having pristine back soon to do the other rooms in my home.

Brian was amazing! From working with my schedule to taking the time to explain the whole process to me! My carpets look amazing! Even the spots I thought were hopeless.

While in full nesting mode (about to welcome a baby to our household), I realized last minute that a couch/rug cleaning was just not something I was capable of doing at 38 weeks pregnant! We have a lab/husky mix dog and despite our best efforts, she puts the ‘fur’ into furniture! Brian was so punctual with communication and scheduling and able to quote us the same day as service and we found this to be budget friendly and reasonable for the job that had to be done! My couch/rugs look new again and we were very pleased with the outcome! We highly recommend!

Our house sitter unfortunately allowed our dogs to potty all over our daughters room. While we could get her carpet cleaned, the majority of the issue was with the rug. Pristine/Brian came to the rescue! They were responsive and available immediately. They gave me a quote and ETA, which they finished ahead of time. They went above and beyond to ensure this was back to it's original condition! I can't thank them enough! I recommend them for anyone! I have 2 more rug issues and Brian was up early this Sunday morning and we talked through the next steps as they transition to their new location! 11/10!!!

Summary: The absolute best at cleaning carpets. We originally got our carpets cleaned by Zerorez because of all the buzz. I’m convinced Zerorez just used water. Bryan (the owner / operator of Pristine) did a fantastic job making our carpets look actually brand new for about the same price (maybe 10% more) and I’m stunned. I feel like I might as well have thrown my money away with zerorez and was not satisfied afterwards. But I will definitely be getting services from Bryan from this point forward.

Detailed review:
When Bryan came in, he vacuumed (Zerorez didn’t even do this, they told us we had to vacuum beforehand!) and even just that was looking better than the final product from zerorez!

We also got the pet care package which was absolutely well worth it. He came through with a black light and found and individually sprayed each and every spot with special chemicals. Even let me know what it was and told me I could get it in spray bottle form if I ended up liking it. I definitely did. After such a thorough job I definitely felt like the pet care package was worth it especially after raising a puppy. Let me just say, I don’t see a single spot anymore.

The carpets look so close to the day we bought this house brand new. And they’re a very light color. Even major traffic areas like right outside the mudroom from the garage was heavily tarnished and zerorez had no effect on. Bryan took care of it and I can’t hardly tell it was ever a problem. I kept looking at our carpets and the only word that kept coming out of my mouth to my wife was that they looked “pristine”! Definitely live up to the name.

He even took before and after pictures for us which I always forget to do before projects so that was a nice touch!

I highly recommend Bryan, and I promise you that you won’t regret going with him.

This was my first time getting carpets professionally cleaned & I’m so glad I went with Pristine Carpet Cleaning! Brian was respectful of our home and was very professional.
