Carpets look like new! We recently moved in and we thought we would have to replace them- so we were skeptical but gave Brian a call. I am so Grateful we did cause we don’t have to replace after his thorough inspection and treatment: Highly recommended and very personable during his time in our home.

AMAZING JOB! We just moved to Washington about a week ago and our basements carpet was a mess! We contacted Mr. Brian and he was wonderful!! The first treatment we did, we noticed a huge difference but the smell was still there because our carpet was so bad. The company contacted us to see how everything was doing. Showing us that they really do care about the customers!! We did two extra treatments to make sure the carpets were fully clean! Mind you that this was all in a short amount of time! Now there is no bad smell and the carpet feels so much better! The service was wonderful! 10/10 recommend for anyone that would need their carpets cleaned!! We will be using this company in the future for sure!!

A tenant hired a carpet cleaning company to clean the carpets after they moved and they did a terrible job. It was so bad that we considered replacing the carpet with LVT. However, I found Pristine Carpet Cleaning through a FB group and wanted a second opinion. Brian was very punctual and professional during the appointment and he reassured me that he can restore the carpets without having to replace them. He did a phenomenal job and I will definitely use his services in the future. Some before and after photos of the job.

Brian did a great job. My carpets are so clean…he was able to remove a coffee stain from my son’s floor, blood from a cat’s injury (long story) and several other stains from daily living. Money well spent!

He came in and cleaned really deep stains out of my rental. It looks better than when I moved in. My 3 year old was there, and he was so kind and patient. Absolutely the best company I've ever gone through for carpet cleaning, and will continue using them whenever I need it.

10/10 recommend! We had a lot of renovations over the summer that left our house carpets and couch in not the greatest shape. Pristine was able to bring the life back! We had some stuck slime that zerorez had not been able to remove from other cleanings that Pristine was able to remove and the carpet looks so good! So grateful!!

Brian made my toddler-stained carpets look brand new and completely revived my couch! I was so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He even used a clear door cover to keep the cold air out while still being able to run his equipment — such a thoughtful touch. I can’t recommend Pristine Carpet Cleaning enough!

Brian cleaned our (Berber) carpeting yesterday and after other companies we've used in the past - I can say THIS was the cleanest our carpeting has gotten, especially for carpeting that is 26 years old!
