Sanchez Cleaning Services did an amazing job. My favorite part was coming home and seeing the beautiful job they had done. I highly recommend.

I asked Sanchez Cleaning to clean my house before moving. We gave them several high priority areas and they cleaned about half of them. We did a walk-through at the end and after pointing out the missed areas, Sanchez Cleaning did take care of them.

Beyond missing these high priority areas, we have noticed a number of corners cut and areas missed in the days since they cleaned. For example, items on a shelf were not moved and dusted under. The shelf was dusted around the items on it. The kitchen floor was not mopped under the table; the shelf and washer/drying in the laundry room were still dusty; the blinds were not dusted.

Overall pretty unsatisfied with the job performed.

He did not try to upsell me on services which I really appreciated. The work was exceptional and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Professional and efficient, I didn't have heavy stains but I do have two cats and the equipment was top notch and pulled all that residual hair of the carpet and the carpet looks better then brand new! Definitely would recommend if you need your carpet cleaned!

I highly recommend going with pristine carpet cleaning if you’re looking to get your carpet/rugs cleaned.
We had him wash our rug that we tried to wash ourselves and he made it look a lot better!
Price was also reasonable and he had very good communication. we dropped off our rug to him the same day I reached out, he washed it the same day and then once it was dry we went to pick it up.
I know that once it’s time to wash my carpets or rug, I will reach out to him again.

Best carpet cleaner in the Tri-Cities, hands-down. As a pet owner, I can attest to Brian's ability to get any pet stains and hair out of my carpets. He's also reasonably priced and incredibly responsive and friendly.

Brian did a wonderful job. My carpets are white, 30 years old and waiting to be replaced. They looked their age. When he got done they looked fantastic! Lots of points for not walking in and just walking out! He also cleaned two recliners and a couch which also look brand new. He was here when he said he would be and was very professional.
