Jim is phenomenal and so thorough. Not only is he efficient but extremely professional. My carpets always look amazing.

Jim Jim is a very nice person and he does a very good job in cleaning carpets. If you ever need a person to clean carpet call G and she’ll make your carpet nice and good to go.

My mom hired Jim to spot clean pet stains and he did a fabulous job! He has also done the carpets a few times over the years and is always super friendly and gets the work done right!

Jim has cleaned my carpets for the last seven years. He's on time and professional. My carpets smell revived after he's done. I recommend Jim to anyone who needs their carpets, upholstery, and mattresses cleaned.

I highly recommend Jim for your cleaning needs, whether carpets, dryer vents, furniture...he's the BEST!!
We have used him several years for our rentals as well as personal home, never disappointed!!
Thanks for an excellent job, Jim.

Was looking for someone to come out to do a small carpet clean in one spot in my living room. Everyone was charging $150 and up. Called Ultra Pure Clean and Jim price was much lower. He came out within a half hour and was genuinely respectful. Our dog had urine on the carpet and due to my sons asthma it needed to be clean right away. Jim did an amazing job. I highly recommend to call Jim for any of your carpet needs, tile and grout, Car Boat RV cleaning, air ducts, upholstery cleaning! Again, Thank you Jim!

Jim was very polite and friendly. He did a fantastic job! I can’t believe my carpet looks brand new! Highly recommend let’s support local small business. I will definitely be calling Ultra Pure for future cleaning needs.

Jim is truly a rare find. He does an amazing job! I was sure my carpets were beyond help, but with Jim's advanced equipment & hard work, they look like new! I'm so glad I was not taken in by the big companies! I highly recommend Ultra Pure Clean!

Jim was great! He came on very short notice and was kind and professional. He explained the cleaning process thoroughly and did a great job! Our carpet looks great, and I would highly recommend him!!!

Sanchez cleaning services left my home feeling brand new and beautiful! I would highly recommend :)

Sanchez Cleaning Services did an amazing job. My favorite part was coming home and seeing the beautiful job they had done. I highly recommend.

I asked Sanchez Cleaning to clean my house before moving. We gave them several high priority areas and they cleaned about half of them. We did a walk-through at the end and after pointing out the missed areas, Sanchez Cleaning did take care of them.

Beyond missing these high priority areas, we have noticed a number of corners cut and areas missed in the days since they cleaned. For example, items on a shelf were not moved and dusted under. The shelf was dusted around the items on it. The kitchen floor was not mopped under the table; the shelf and washer/drying in the laundry room were still dusty; the blinds were not dusted.

Overall pretty unsatisfied with the job performed.

10/10 all day long! Brian is a phenomenal business owner. He was transparent and communicative on the condition of my carpet before he started and what to expect of the outcome. He did not try to upsell me on services which I really appreciated. The work was exceptional and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Brian’s promptness with scheduling us, professionalism and extremely high quality of work makes him stand out for sure. Very highly recommend!!

The whole process from booking a carpet cleaning and having the cleaning done went smoothly. Brian was punctual and easy to communicate with. Our carpets look great, we will definitely recommend pristine carpet cleaning and book again!

Did an amazing job on cleaning our carpets. Very reliable and conscientious. Highly recommended.

Professional and efficient, I didn't have heavy stains but I do have two cats and the equipment was top notch and pulled all that residual hair of the carpet and the carpet looks better then brand new! Definitely would recommend if you need your carpet cleaned!

Brian did an excellent job cleaning my very filthy carpets. It’s been a long time since I had them done because it was always such a struggle especially as a senior citizen.. He made the entire process smooth, communication was excellent. Our carpet look practically brand new again and I’m thrilled. Highly recommended!

Brian was great! We had a need to take care of a room that pets had really done a number on. He gave me three options for quotes and took the time to explain different options for us. I appreciate how professional and friendly he was. I highly recommend him. He will now be my go-to guy for carpets. Thank you Brian!
