Reviews of local pros in Pasco, Washington

This was my first time getting carpets professionally cleaned & I’m so glad I went with Pristine Carpet Cleaning! Brian was respectful of our home and was very professional. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done well. We had him clean a room & an area rug and he did an amazing job with both. Both smell nice and fresh. I was pleased with how fast they dried since the owner put up fans to speed up the process. Thanks for a pleasant experience (:

Pristine Carpet Cleaning was very informative and answered all my questions before cleaning. Results were perfect!!! Good price! Brian loves dogs and made my dog feel comfortable with his presence before he started the cleaning process. Pristine Carpet Cleaning will be our carpet cleaner from now on.

Brian did a thorough cleaning on my carpets and treated dog urine as well. I would definitely use Pristine Carpet Cleaning again.

Brian is very personable, professional, careful, thorough, flexible and charges fairly for his excellent performance. We added the cleaning of our area rug at the last minute, that he added without hesitation. If you want a job well done, call Brian at Pristine. I wish I had the before pictures, but the after pictures speak by themselves. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal job! Great customer service. I highly recommend Brian. My house smells amazing now.

Brian did a fantastic job on my carpets. They look brand new. I also had the pet treatment done and they smell heavenly. I highly recommend Pristine.

Awesome company! We are very happy with our cleaning, Brian is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and walked me through the process of how he detects pet stains. Will definitely use Prestine again!

Pristine Carpet Cleaning just cleaned our carpets and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The service was exceptional! They took the extra step of installing a screen on my front door to keep pollutants out and ensure my pets stayed safe indoors. The cleaning itself was top-notch, leaving my carpets looking fresh and revitalized. The pricing was fair, the customer service outstanding, and the technician was professional and personable. I highly recommend Pristine Carpet Cleaning for anyone who is looking to have their carpets cleaned!

Carpets look like new! We recently moved in and we thought we would have to replace them- so we were skeptical but gave Brian a call. I am so Grateful we did cause we don’t have to replace after his thorough inspection and treatment: Highly recommended and very personable during his time in our home.

AMAZING JOB! We just moved to Washington about a week ago and our basements carpet was a mess! We contacted Mr. Brian and he was wonderful!! The first treatment we did, we noticed a huge difference but the smell was still there because our carpet was so bad. The company contacted us to see how everything was doing. Showing us that they really do care about the customers!! We did two extra treatments to make sure the carpets were fully clean! Mind you that this was all in a short amount of time! Now there is no bad smell and the carpet feels so much better! The service was wonderful! 10/10 recommend for anyone that would need their carpets cleaned!! We will be using this company in the future for sure!!

My carpet looks AMAZING! 10/10 work and a great price too. Highly recommend

A tenant hired a carpet cleaning company to clean the carpets after they moved and they did a terrible job. It was so bad that we considered replacing the carpet with LVT. However, I found Pristine Carpet Cleaning through a FB group and wanted a second opinion. Brian was very punctual and professional during the appointment and he reassured me that he can restore the carpets without having to replace them. He did a phenomenal job and I will definitely use his services in the future. Some before and after photos of the job.

Brian did a fantastic job! Great communication, positive attitude, and our carpet looks 10x better. Highly recommend, especially if you have pet stains!

From the initial phone call Brian was fantastic. He explained his process to me upfront and immediately made me feel comfortable with my decision to hire his company. Our carpets have never looked BETTER and I would recommend Pristine Carpet Cleaning to everyone!!! He sent me pictures throughout the process and made sure we were happy with the finished product. Professional, polite, considerate, all at a great price!!! Thank you again Brian!😁

Brian did a great job. My carpets are so clean…he was able to remove a coffee stain from my son’s floor, blood from a cat’s injury (long story) and several other stains from daily living. Money well spent!

Brian did an amazing job on all of our carpet in the house. He exceeded our expectations by 100X. Pristine will be the only one's cleaning our carpets in the future.

Excellent work and professionalism by the owner. The man is literally a carpet scientist and you can sense the honesty and integrity when he breaks down what’s wrong with the carpet and what it will take to get it cleaned. Will be contacting again.

If you're still deciding on who to chose for carpeting cleaning, please choose Pristine Carpet Cleaning! They are quick to respond, professional, polite, and so caring. He came in and cleaned really deep stains out of my rental. It looks better than when I moved in. My 3 year old was there, and he was so kind and patient. Absolutely the best company I've ever gone through for carpet cleaning, and will continue using them whenever I need it.

Super impressed with the service we received from Brian today! He was prompt, personable and very knowledgeable. I will be using Pristine in the future and can highly recommend Brian.

10/10 recommend! We had a lot of renovations over the summer that left our house carpets and couch in not the greatest shape. Pristine was able to bring the life back! We had some stuck slime that zerorez had not been able to remove from other cleanings that Pristine was able to remove and the carpet looks so good! So grateful!!

Brian made my toddler-stained carpets look brand new and completely revived my couch! I was so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He even used a clear door cover to keep the cold air out while still being able to run his equipment — such a thoughtful touch. I can’t recommend Pristine Carpet Cleaning enough!
