Reviews of local pros in Pasco, Washington

Good work. Little improvement in communication would help them get ahead.

They did a excellent job with the fence yard curving

Installed an absolutely beautiful mason fence. Owner and workers very professional. Work is well done and in a timely manner. We are very happy with the results.

pioneer landscaping did awesome job on my 2 tier retaining wall with stairs, highly recommend them they got it done in quick hard working people!!! check out there Facebook for pictures!!

These guys are the real deal! We needed to have a concrete pad removed as well as a bunch of old, large landscaping dug out. Fence posts were added around the back yard. They worked so hard for us and completed the job ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend Pioneer Landscaping!

They did our block fence, sprinklers, and sod in our backyard. Very reasonable prices, great customer service, and excellent work. We have dealt with several landscaping businesses in Tri-Cities and Pioneer Landscaping & Fencing has been by far the best we have dealt with. Would highly recommend them.

We got the best quote for the block fencing, and Pioneer did an excellent installation. Their attention to detail was beyond what I could have hoped, and they were all very friendly and courteous. I strongly recommend them for your fencing needs. My daughter and son-in-law are going to have a block fence installed soon, are very pleased with the job they did on ours, and I am certain they will choose Pioneer, also.

I used Pioneer Landscaping a couple summers ago to install a 100 ft block fence. They did the work on time ,on budget, and quick!!!! The crew know how to put up a block fence and the owner is professional and detail orientated . the fence turned out better than expected. Thanks for a job well done!!!!!!! R.C.

We contracted Pioneer Landscaping & Fencing first for installation of a gate in our brick wall fence, then for a walkway to connect to the backyard a week later. On the gate project, Andres’ quote was nearly half of what another local fence contractor quoted. On both projects, Andres & his crew let us know what they were going to do, how long it would take, and followed their schedule. The crew was courteous and professional and did a beautiful job. We Highly recommend Pioneer Landscaping & Fencing in Pasco, WA.

Andres and his team did an exceptional job on our block fence! They were able to come out quickly and got the job done in a timely matter! It looks great and they were professional. We were happy about the pricing and the final product is perfect! Highly recommend.

I had contacted Andres after seeing several Block Fences in our area being constructed. After speaking with our neighbors and locals, we found out that he had done several block fences that we absolutely loved. His attention to detail as well as strong communication allowed us to have the fence of our dreams. He truly took his time to make sure we were happy with the work, and it meant a lot to me and our family. With our lot not being the most level, he made sure to level everything out for us and make it look 100% better before leaving the property. He is definetly worth considering especially if your having doubt with who is capable of quality work.

I wanted to leave an initial review for Thornworks specifically to give a shout-out to CJ, who has been helping us deal with some significant tree damage to our property. The damage affected our cover, deck, fence, railing, and some landscaping areas.

I originally found Thornworks through their good reviews online and decided to give them a call. That’s how I first got connected with CJ. From the start, he’s been responsive and willing to help us navigate what has honestly been the hardest part of the process so far, insurance.

Dealing with the insurance company has been slow and frustrating, but CJ has been extremely helpful in documenting the damage and pushing back when things were initially denied. He was able to clearly show the extent of the damage and advocate for us, which made a big difference in getting more of the repairs covered.

Another thing I appreciated was how quickly he was able to come out when we needed help. The damaged patio cover was at risk of getting taken down by the wind, and CJ was able to come the same day I called to help knock it down safely before things got worse. That kind of responsiveness meant a lot, especially since it was pretty last-minute.

I’m leaving this as an initial review because CJ has done a great job so far. I plan to update this review once the work begins and again after the project is completed so people can see how everything turns out from start to finish.

Very happy with the roofing that was done. C.J. as the project manager was quick to answer any questions that I had and very communicative through the process. Jaimie and the crew up on the roof did a fantastic job. The roof looks great, they had everything cleaned up nice, and were very friendly. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend them without reservation.

Great experience had our roof total replaced very happy with there high quality of work and respect

The paint job they did on our house was great! Thank you to CJ and his crew!

Prompt reply, knowledgeable estimators, superior work

Great company, that takes care of both their customers and employees!

One of their van drivers flipped me off after trying to merge into my lane like it was my fault he can't drive.

CJ and Thornworks are the best, super high quality. Could recommend them enough.

I’ve been working with Thornworks. They are both knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

Travis is a great person, hard working and extremely knowledgeable and it shows in the way he manages his crew and the projects they work on!
