Great company! ThornWorks did an exceptional job on our fireplace surround! From the bidding process with CJ, the installation of tile, to the clean up, everything went as promised. We highly recommend this company for any of your construction needs.

I can't say enough good things about ThornWorks. We have used them for years for weekly mowing service, shrub trimming and special landscaping projects and have been very pleased. They have a great team of friendly workers and office staff. Any concerns have kindly received and quickly responded to.

They did our fall clean-up yesterday even though our weather has been so wet. They put in all the extra effort to get wet leaves out of the corners and off of the lawn. It looks great!!

Unable to edit my current review, I'm making a new one to tell of the completion of the large remodel we had done by Thornworks. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again, with CJ as project manager and having Miguel, Jr, Levi, Dante, Maria and others from the company do their excellent work. A couple subcontractors were not the most helpful or considerate, but CJ did the best he could to extract from them what was needed in our build. There were a few errors made, which were corrected to our satisfaction right away. A few minor projects I needed done were no problem to add to the docket and helped me tremendously with getting my home back together. I'm 100% grateful we chose Thornworks for our extensive, expensive remodel and would use them again in a heartbeat! We highly recommend Thornworks.

The contractor I hired and paid to replace the subfloor, tile, and toilet in my master bath completely bungled the job and it needed to be re-done. CJ came in and gave me a reasonable estimate. He and his team were professional, courteous, and did a great job on my bathroom. I will definitely be hiring them to do some more work around my home.

We give ThornWorks 4.5 stars (I'm a tough grader) for upgrading two bathrooms including installing a new shower stall, a water- and air-jetted tub, new floor and wall tile, new sinks and countertops, a window and new ceiling lights/fans. The ThornWorks employees and most of their contractors (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, installers, etc.) did excellent work that was reliable (showed up on time; timely responses to our messages) with high quality work in the promised timelines. They went above and beyond the minimum work required; they made our lives easier (if you've ever done home remodeling you know how stressful it can be) and they made suggestions that resulted in better outcomes than we had originally planned. Because of their excellent performance, we then hired them to paint the house interior and lay new carpet. We'll be using them in the future and strongly recommend them.

The guys at Thornworks who mow my lawn are always prompt, courteous, and open to any questions or concerns. I rely on them for a job done well - and they never disappoint. Thanks for your smiling faces and keeping my yard looking great. Highly recommend.

ThornWorks construction and CJ was great to work with. Their communication and high quality work is why I wanted to work with a general contractor. The workers are very polite and I was impressed at their concern to leave my place clean each day. Highly recommend.

Thornworks LLC have wonderful customer service and they get the job done and they get it done well. CJ, Travis, Sam, and the rest of the crew are polite, punctual, and efficient with high quality work. They constructed a custom cedar wood fence layout and doggie doors for me (door and external wall), garage window, and exterior doors. The fence was constructed within 3 days and within short notice, and that fencing job included removal of a previously installed, chain-link fence with concrete lining. I highly recommend Thornworks LLC and plan to continue business with them for any future projects I have.

Hire Thornworks! Our yard has never looked better since Thornworks started taking care of our property. A HUGE thanks to Craig and Ben! I had a pipe break and I called for help and Ben arrived in 30 minutes and worked so hard to fix the problem. Exceptional service!

I have a big restoration/remodeling job needed at my house and wanted things just right. After getting quotes from multiple contractors, I decided to choose Thornworks. CJ came out and was able to give us a through, comprehensive bid under budget and with far higher quality materials than I originally considered. So far, the workers on every facet of the job have been thoughtful and considerate of my requests- even if they are non-standard- and I feel heard as the work moves forward. Everyone has gone above and beyond with their workmanship, household consideration and attitudes. I've served as my own general contactor and hired other contractors to build houses in the past and this experience with Thornworks has been, by far, the best build experience. I'll update my review as the build continues but I would not hesitate to recommend Thornworks for any construction work.

Edit- We are deep into the renovation and I'm very pleased with the big stuff. The carpentry and painting is truely excellent! Some of the sub contactor work is less than expectation but thankfully, the project manager agrees and it's going to be redone. As usual in construction, projects may take longer than anticipated but we are still in the timeline given. I'll continue to update. Thornworks has an amazing ability to switch priorities on the fly, almost instantly replacing and upgrading our ancient waterheater when it died mid project. CJ is great!

Hired Thornworks to repair a couple issues on a property we recently purchased. CJ Norman came to the property and we discussed the issues and what I wished to have done to make the necessary corrections. CJ understood and provided a plan and timeframe. The work was completed and everything exceeded all my expectations. I am pleased with the communication and ease of process. I highly recommend Thornworks for any repairs, maintenance or construction you are needing on your property.

CJ and his team at Thornworks consistently exceeded our expectations. They all communicated on a regular basis keeping us updated and also responded to questions promptly no matter the day or time. CJ is an excellent project manager and ensured that work was happening every day and the project moved forward efficiently. Every member of the team was professional, kind, prompt and skilled. Dante is a true carpenter craftsman, Eric did a great job painting, Travis Jr. excelled at helping to manage the project, Nacho made some beautiful countertops and Jose made the backsplash look fantastic! We have had our lawn serviced by Spring-Green here in Richland, WA since 2015 and are absolutely floored by their service. Not to mention that we also have the nicest lawn in in our hoity-toity neighborhood! When we first moved into this area in 2015 the lawn looked like garbage - very dry, crunchy, and yellow. Cut to the future and now it is OUTSTANDING! I will post some pics after it gets mowed this coming Friday. Lush, thick, and green. No weeds or dandelions - just rich green turf baby! Spring-Green are like family to us as far as I am concerned. The same people have worked for them for years! That truly says something. Thank you very much Spring-Green!!

Jared checked in with us. He than accompanied us on a walk around the yard prior to treatment; I ppinted ou areas to avoid treatment and he pro ided explanations of what he was spraying and what to expect. Overall, a very professional visit.
