Reviews of local pros in Pasco, Washington

Captain no-show. Showed up for an hour or two at a time if he showed up at all. And stretched a simple job out for over 3 weeks. Failed to meet the deadline of his own contract. Never even finished removing the forms.

Luis and his crew did a great job on the pad for my shed. And when they were done they cleaned everything up beautifully

Did an excellent job, prompt, professional, I highly recommend! We will use Luis and his team for future projects for sure.

He may not show up when he says and his work is just okay. He is by no means a perfectionist. Dont expect it to be sloped properly. Price is average, but not fantastic. Value for the work is below expectations. Expect a mess to clean up. I would not use them again.

Prompt to return call and give an exact estimate. Scheduled for next day and completed then. Nice finish to the patio and shed pad. Luis is professional and personable.

We had unusual specific requirements for a greenhouse foundation, and Luis and Edgar were able to meet every detail exactly. We really enjoyed working with them, and I will continue to use them at every opportunity, including other household construction remodels.

They were on time, (actually early), under budget, and super nice! Luis was Wonderful to work with, would recommend them highly. The finished product is beautiful!

I advise everyone to avoid hiring this company. I gathered five bids and chose this company "because he said all the right things". The list of failures on their part is lengthy! They started the job later than agreed. The 3 day job took 2 weeks. They left equipment in my yard for over a week after they were done. Water gatheres in one spot. I had a full Crack within 2 days. ETC. ETC..
He's a talker, not a doer!!
The finished project is "just okay". The experience was dreadful.
(so dreadful, that I felt I should WARN others) ⚠️

I used Concrete Construction Specialist LLC to remove and replace part of a driveway and sidewalk that had been disrupted by tree roots, and to add another sidewalk. They were fantastic! Professional, reasonably priced, on time and on budget. Did a great clean up and the concrete looks amazing. I will definitely use them again.

The concrete foundation he did for me was great quality. After me taking my time to decide, it was completed in less than 2 days. The bad .... I did agree to throw away some concrete pieces he broke up for me, I didn't expect to see a pile of new, unused concrete just left on the side of my house to dry. And the "slew" of concrete where he washed his tools off I'm only guessing.

Update: Either seeing this review or not, he did contact me and return 2 days later and removed all the excess concrete. The pad for the shed looks great.

We were delighted to have this company provide our extensive concrete work. They provided an attractive bid and keep us updated on their timeline. They were friendly and accommodating. The finished product is attractive and on-bid. They offer several different services dealing with concrete such as landscape curbing and general landscaping. We would not hesitate in using them for our next project.

Luis was great to work with. He and his crew were very knowledgeable, courteous, and did a great job. We are very happy with our new patio and would recommend them for your next concrete job. cb

We had them pour a concrete slab 2 years ago for our new shop. Had a smaller job, and they were here within a few days. Did a great job, as they did before for a reasonable price. Everyone on our job worked hard and the site was left better than when they arrived
We would hire them for any future projects

Luis and his helper David did a wonderful job with pouring and finishing an extensive addition to our back yard patio. They had to work their butts off to get the finishing trowel completed do to threatening rain, but they pulled it off and all was good with the finish - thank you! Luis provided me with a very prompt bid for the work and fit the work into their schedule in just two days. I would surely not hesitate to hire Luis again for future work and recommend him to those looking for a local contractor doing quality concrete work.

Luis did a great job on a 400+ sq. Ft driveway repair. He was very competitive, on time/schedule, did quality work & did a great job cleaning up after th e job was completed.

Luis came over to take a look at a job I needed done, was able to fit me in at a respectable time. The work came out beautifully and now our patio extension gives us room to better fit our outings with friends and family for out door activities.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the finished product. Highly recommend! Thank you! Now I can start my next backyard project for this coming Spring. 👍👍

The workers did an amazing job!!! They had great communication and were able to get the job done earlier than expected. The concrete they poured came out very well. Would definitely recommend for any future concrete projects.

Luis did an excellent job on our multi-day concrete project and was very patient with all of our detailed requests. We had a stamped walkway installed, which turned out absolutely beautiful, as well as two very large slabs. The quality of the work was impressive—everything was properly reinforced and done to a high standard.

Throughout the process, Luis showed real knowledge and professionalism. He carefully monitored the concrete mix and kept an eye on the weather to make sure we had the best possible pour. He followed through on everything he said he would do and took pride in doing the job right. We’re very happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone looking for quality concrete work.

The service here blew me away. I didn't expect to get help as I needed help the next day. But these guys accommodated me with the three most helpful dudes on short notice. These three showed up and unloaded a 26foot uhaul for me in no time at all and made the 10 hours I spent loading look like chump change. Again I am completely blown away. I will never forget the name Kastle Express. I am going to endlessly recommend them until the end of time.

We were in a bind getting my mother-in-law quickly moved from her home into assisted living and Kastl was very empathetic about our situation. They found a way to squeeze us into their busy schedule. On top of that, the 2 gentleman who handled the move were professional, friendly and very hardworking. I highly recommend Kastl and definitely consider them our preferred movers for the Tri-Cities area.
