I am moving from Dayton (east of Tri-Cities) to Skagit County (south of Bellingham). The Kastl crew came to my home today and packed up my belongings. Yes, they were efficient. Yes, they were prepared with the materials needed for moving. Yes, they were hard-working and knowledgeable. But most of all, they were caring and kind and so very congenial. I can’t thank them enough for their help. I highly recommend this company. You are a godsend.

I hired Kastl Express for my recent move and they were awesome!! They were able to scheduled me quickly. The 2 movers were great! Respectful and nice. They wrapped any furniture that wasn't already wrapped. They took good care of all my furniture. We did have one issue with our TV getting broken. They were easy to work with and refund the cost of the TV.

The mover crews at Kastl are great 5 star plus! They are friendly, efficient, and professional! Our possessions were moved with nothing broken and put in the correct rooms. They hooked up our washer and dryer, put my grandfathers clock back together, moved things up and downstairs and all with great cheer! Thank you James, Robert, Nehemiah, Coyote, Alejandro, Craig, and Nick! You guys are great! Thank you Mac for the friendly process of quoting, packing, and execution of our move! The lady that packed was great too! Thank you all!

Kastl Express made a stressful experience manageable and smooth. From our first meeting with Max and throughout the move, they were reliable and professional. Craig and Robbie took care of our belongings as if it were their own. Craig's years of experience was evident in the careful and smart packing. Even our sauna was safely moved and reinstalled in our new home. Highly recommend this company!

They moved a huge piano down a tricky flight of stairs and did amazing!!!! We called on a Monday (expecting it would be several weeks before we could get it arranged) and they had it moved on Friday! Time window was 2 hours instead of all day which was VERY nice. Wonderful staff. We had a great experience and would 100% use them again and recommend them.

Brian and George showed up right on time and were super friendly and professional. They helped make my moving experience so much easier. I had to leave to get the keys to my place and they were able to clear my storage unit really quickly and carefully. It was my first time ever hiring movers and I’m thankful that my first experience was with the both of them!

Our family experienced a 2nd floor laundry room flood the first week of March. We were referred to Kustom and after speaking with Jordon, we knew we had found the right contractor for us. Jordon was patient, prompt in communication and asked us throughout the process how we felt about the work being done and if there was anything more he could do for us. Kevin and his team was able to put our home back together faster than expected and the work is second to none. We needed all new carpet, the tile floor in the laundry room, the entire downstairs ceiling including pendant and can lights and a thorough cleaning after the work. And we got just that. The house looks better than it did before and again, sooner than we anticipated. We couldn’t recommend this company and team more!

Kustom US Restoration came in and took care of us immediately. There was so much going on, so many feelings, and not knowing where to begin. Diego and his crew were amazing and helped the whole way.

Sly and Diego did a great job of removing the furniture and setting up the dryers. They described each step and its importance. This is the second time using Kustom. I highly recommend them.

Kustom did a great job with repairing the damage done to our place by a water event. The job included installing replacement insulation, drywall, and trim, plus re-installing carpet. All the work was done well -- the seam between original drywall and new isn't visible, wall texturing was done great, like you can't tell where the old ends and the new begins, painting was done great, too, trim looks good, carpet looks as good as new. Job took minimal time, communication with the project director was regular and helpful, and the people doing the actual work were friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend that when you have a disaster that Kustom is your first call for making it right.

We've had Kustom take care of a few projects for us and they have been been absolutely great to work with. They are extremely efficient and communicative! Oscar came out yesterday and was very respectful and understanding of the situation we were dealing with and made sure that we were taken care of. I wouldn't recommend anybody else for restoration/remediation.

Erick and Diego did a great job with keeping me informed and up to date on the process. They made it as painless and as stress free as one can make it. I would definitely hire them again for future home disaster's or home projects. ☺️

Alex and Sally got here in a timely way once I called Connect. Did a good job getting the wet carpet and pad out. Kept me informed of progress.

Sly and Diego came out and today to look at an issue. They spent the time to review everything and help us understand what was going on and helped with next steps. Very helpful and professional! We were very grateful to both of them.

Sly and the great team of Custom Restoration worked miracles for us after our hot water flooded the whole main floor of our home. This company is really the best.

We contacted Kustom when a water line from our dishwasher burst. We had damage in the kitchen and downstairs. Our initial contact with Kustom was quick. After submitting insurance claim and getting approval, we waited for a few weeks before the restoration work began. After that, we had good communications with Renee and his team. We had a couple of unplanned events but the team was on it. The countertop team did exceptional work. They were professional and pleasant to work with. We are pleased with the restoration.

Diego and hi partner went above and beyond helping us in a time of panic. They were very responsive and explained exactly what they were doing. I really appreciate all the work they have done so far. We are very thankful
