Ashton did a great job of working efficiently. He was courteous and friendly. I really appreciated the way he listened to my concerns and then went about solving the problem.

Jacobe came out promptly was very professional, as well as personable; courteous and knowledgeable. I’m unsure of the price being a tenant and not the landlord so I took a wild guess for a double time day. Overall I’m pleased with my landlord and jacobe for their sense of urgency and understanding!!

I called for a toilet overflowing and water was going down to my basement. Our tech Ashton was friendly, explained everything and was very quick. Roto-Rooter was here within the hour! I knew it wouldn’t be cheap but I was pleased with the timely response and quick service. I called another place and they weren’t going to be to my house for 4-6 hours.

Cameron did an amazing job. He throughly appraised my call in issues plus concerns that looked like a future issues. He explained everything in laymen’s terms so I understood and helped me work through what was pressing and what to be aware of down the road. He was timely and courteous while doing the job.

Technician was very polite. Explained the process and cost before the work started. Work was done in a reasonable time. Very professional.

Ethan & Cameron were so knowledgeable and skilled. It started with an annual maintenance check and I knew before they arrived there was a problem with a dripping faucet. After a thorough house inspection, and some preventative maintenance items addressed including a toilet and an expansion tank, it ended with peace of mind. They were patient with my unending questions, worked with my budget so I know what I can wait to service down the road and repaired all the issues in my house promptly. In addition, they are just really nice people.

We experienced timely and effective service on our commercial property. As usual, we were given lots of information and options, as well as advice on how to maintain our system in the future. After two great experiences with them over 2 years, they are our go-to.

Matt F. from Roto-Rooter arrived and immediately got to work on our clogged drain. He was punctual, professional, and courteous. While Matt was working I peppered him with many questions regarding the service and the different membership types, that he happily answered. He suggested additional services, not in a pushy way, but helped to explain why these would benefit our home long term. He talked about all the differences in the services as well as pricing ranges. Matt was very thorough and perform the job in a timely fashion. Glad we reached out to this company.

Such wonderful, professional staff and technicians! They take the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. I had an issue this morning, and within an hour, Michael Garcia called to let me know he was on his way. After a quick but thorough assessment, he accessed the clean-out port and snaked the line, clearing out the clog that was trying to ruin my day.

Michael went above and beyond to ensure my lines were flowing freely before putting everything back together. He even provided helpful advice on a product for my septic tank but didn’t pressure me into a purchase—he simply gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision.

Jakobie came out and diagnosed the odor and blockage we experienced. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He offered suggestions and provided service options while keeping our budget in mind. We appreciated his using covers on his boots when entering our home. The project included a visit to flush our lines the next morning and he arrived on time, with a friendly co-worker to complete the job. We are very pleased with the service. If the need arises in the future, Roto Rooter, and specifically Jakobie, will be the first call.

Adam with RotoRooter came out to save the day. Had a plugged sewer line. Took some know how in order to find the plug as this was on a manufactured home. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t be happier with his work.

I work for a property management company and am BEYOND satisfied with Vince and his crews ability to respond promptly and take care of any situation in a very affordable, time efficient manner. He has proven himself many times over again and I cant say enough good things about him. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a call for any plumbing issues or emergencies.

Roto-Rooter came out right away to scope and snake my drain. The technician thought he saw roots so he sold me on a hydro-jetting procedure. After the hydro-jetting he saw that it was actually a check valve that was causing the blockage. He located it and cleared the blockage but was told that the check valve would continue to be an issue.

Chris was great. Very communicative and helpful with information. He also offered to clear an associated floor drain as an included service when asked. This floor drain slowed down again right after they left.

I had a leaky toilet, I called and told them that they didn't need to rush because it was a really slow leak. They scheduled me the next morning. And came when scheduled! Great work! I'll definitely call again!

Vince and company are truly reliable. I am responsible for managing about 65 rental units and count on Reliable Rooter to show up on time, get the job done and make room in their schedule when I have a crisis. Thank you for being there when I need you!

Joey and Jesus came out and got me out of a jam when one of my rentals had a clogged main line. These guys were very sharp and really efficient. I recommend them to anyone 100%.

They were fast and knowledgeable. When everyone else wanted to schedule an estimate they came in with a hourly amount and did the work in less than an hour! Very friendly and available right away. Showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them any time!

The guys were friendly, but what should have been a routine snaking of a drain turned into a very expensive operation. Basically, the snake had gotten stuck at a sharp corner and it could not be retrieved through normal measures.

They ended up having to come back the next day, dig up the yard to access another point in the sewer, and attack it from there. They came in with an entire crew of people, used a listening technique to find where the sewer was (the city schematics were incorrect), and installed an access point to make it easier in the future.

Some bad things: it may have been avoidable if the original guy had used a newer, stiffer cable with the appropriately sized blade. This is from feedback delivered by a more senior member to the original rooter. One of the techs snagged an extension cable that matched theirs, which was totally understandable, but it hasn't been returned as they said it would be. During the dig out, one of the crew members stepped on and busted an underground sprinkler. He attempted to fix it, but it ended up disconnecting and spraying water everywhere. I only happened to watch the whole thing because I was working from home and occasionally checking in on the progress.

Overall, if there hadn't been any hiccups, I'm sure I would have been thrilled with their results. Everything was nicely done and the whole team was friendly. It's difficult to give 4 or 5 stars though when what should have been simple turned into a much more expensive procedure. The more senior member did return the next day with a jet system to really clear out the pipes, which was an appreciated nice touch.

This was BY FAR the BEST experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. They were extremely fast, professional, and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our problem. The technician, Dannie, went out of his way to make sure that we got taken care of! Will definitely do business with again and again!
