Excellent overall experience from start to finish. Wendy and Courtney were great to work with. They kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire installation process. The carpet installation was done very quickly and professionally.

The team did an excellent job, from the proposal to the end with the expectation with me to review if I saw some issues that needed correction. While I left them to complete the job, I asked for photos of the work as it was completed, they provided that, but also informed me that they could improve something they did not like, they discussed with me before proceeding. I liked the suggestion they proposed and implemented. They worked with my scheduled timeline. They provided care instructions for my floor for longevity. Definitely a company I would recommend. My floor are growing on me more each day. Thank you for your teams hard work.

Courtney was great to work with on the estimate. I would have given a 5 star, but was not completely satisfied with the crew. They were very hard working but failed to check a bedroom door to be sure the carpet worked with the door. They left and I went to close the door and it was broken. They did not let us know which was unfortunate. They knew because they left out a hinge pin. Anyways, Courtney came right out and one of his colleagues was able to fix the door, which I am very happy with. They made it right. The carpet is beautiful ❤️

Can't recommend Courtney and Wendi's team enough! Recently had them redo almost our entire first floor in an 85 year old house with multiple flooring types, most of which were a myriad of cut corners by each previous job over the decades. I am fully confident in their ability to address any customer's flooring needs in a budget-friendly, professional, quality fashion. My 85 year old original oak looks fantastic again(even matching where it needed a large patch!), and the carpet and vinyl tile they laid is excellent as well.

Staff and crew are friendly, helpful, and true craftsmen. Did all the work in a day, like promised. Crew did meticulous work, removed doors when needed and really spent time cutting and fitting the wood transition pieces. We really love our new carpets! We highly recommend for your flooring needs!

The finished product is great. I love it. The crew that installed the laminate flooring was great, and the crew that installed the carpet was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.

Rena came out with a vanload of samples and advice. She was patient and explained my options well without pressure or upselling. The bedroom turned out great and the memory foam padding was as wonderful for my application as she had suggested. (I lie down on the floor to stretch often). Fast, competent, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended! Great people!

Floor Coverings International installed new carpet in my living room and dining room and did a fantastic job. The installers were very professional and cleaned up the new carpet quite nicely. after installing it. Rena the saleswoman was so personable and helped me find the perfect color and the quality of the carpet is excellent. And she loved my little dog Riley who is so cute.

Courtney and his team were fast, efficient, great at communicating, professional, and so easy to work with.
Team: I really appreciate your help with the job, it was such a great experience. You were quick to call, quick to come over, quick to provide samples, and quick to get the job completed. You have been the easiest company to work with so far and I really appreciate your assistance. Your installers were even kind enough let me know when they were done, show me the space, and then to honk as they left so that I knew they were out and I could go close up.

Where do I start ? From the very beginning from having Justin come to our home to show us samples and give a quote, to scheduling to have Rena, Lilia and team come out and do the job was just awesome!! Can’t say enough how great this crew did and how pleased we are with how everything came out. If I could give me more than 5 stars I would !

100% recommend! I had a difficult project, a budget, and impossible time restraints, but they worked a miracle for me. Top-tier communication from Rena, impeccable workmanship, flexible scheduling, and a reasonable price even when an additional contractor was needed to get the job done right. - A very professional, flexible and patiently run company.
- Every member of the business we dealt with from the project planner, project supervisor and installation leader utilized decades of experience to bring perspective, insight and guidance to our flooring project. They were able to take the customer’s vision and turn it into reality.
- From our first meeting to our last, along with every subsequent interaction, conversation and phone call in between, these individuals were there answering our every question.
- Our first meeting was December 4, 2024 and floor demo began on January 20, 2025 (after ordered flooring material was received).
- The estimated project duration was 3-5 days. The team utilized 6-days totaling ~17 hours over the course of a month (an additional material requirement was identified, ordered and delivered, plus the customer left for two weeks). Also, a challenging curved transition and minor wall repair pushed the overall project timeline into a sixth day.
- As for the project supervisor and installation leader, their day-to-day crew (demo, LVP set, trim and transition work) stayed the same throughout allowing for consistency and relationship building with the customer. They always showed up with a smile, answered every question and always explained the work they were doing. They are diligent, hardworking and meticulous.
- Budget/Cost. During our initial consult, we did not share our budget “window” with the project planner. After reviewing the work we wanted done, he came back with an itemized estimate, in writing, for us to review and it fell within our planned budget. Neither of the other two contractor consults we met were able to meet our budget. We appreciated the open communication throughout the entire process. Bottom line: Our flooring project finished on budget, within the time we expected and actually better than we imagined!

I had high hopes with FCI, lots of great reviews. Rena was great and responsive from the beginning to the end. Unfortunately, that’s where it stopped for this company. This was a THREE DAY job, however the flooring crew was in a tremendous hurry and made amateur mistakes, miss cuts, lose risers, and random bullnose cuts on the baseboards, along with little triangle pieces to fill in baseboards that were sloppily done. They also didn’t replace a door stop for my front door, which resulted in a hole in my wall. The repair attempt on that was absolutely atrocious and amateur at best. They were “finished in TWO DAYS, they said they would come back on the third day to fix all of the mistakes and they were a no show, no call, I wasted a day that I could have worked.. once that was sorted out, their project manager came back to fix the mistakes, however, he only fixed some, stating “he ran out of material, and left the mistakes. I demanded that the owner compensate me for the mistakes, which he had a problem with doing, stating “he will take a loss”, and “he won’t be able to pay his workers”. He really made it about “him” instead of his customer. Original job cost was $12,000, my stair case is trash, I asked for $3000 deduction. This doesn’t even cover the two days I took off for them to do the work or the repairs, let alone contracting someone else to fix them. Courtney continued to make it about him and his company. To top it all off, once he agreed to the deduction he asked to come by my house at 8:30am on a Saturday, which I clearly told him that I would meet him out front, due to the time of the day and my dogs barking if he came to the door… not only did he come to the door, he rang the doorbell!

I would implore you to think twice about contracting this company. I have txt communication and lots of pictures to back my statements up. This is a truthful and non-exaggerated review. If Courtney is transparent and honest, he will agree whit this review of his business. I hope he uses this failure as a way to improve his business.

I had my carpets installed recently by this company. The consultation appointment was easy to schedule and they showed up ready with knowledge and samples. My carpets were installed within a week. Rena was there before installation and showed up multiple times throughout the day to make sure there were no issues. Any issue that did arise, she handled quickly and professionally. The company really makes you feel taken care of! I would hire again and I highly recommend.

Not the lowest price; however, the seri e was exceptional. Our job was not easy. In fact, I was horrible. The guys came in and knocked out the job quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be any happier.

Corey was awesome! We needed a complete bathroom remodel (new toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, light fixture, flooring, and a swap from tub to walk in shower). Prompt communication, great price, always willing to answer any of our questions. They were respectful of our home; laid dropcloths down to protect our floors and left the work area clean when they left each day, which we appreciated.
