Constraction reviews in Puyallup, Washington

So happy we chose floor coverings International to rip out our old carpet and put down new vinyl plank. The owners went out of their way to do extra things for us. Our house looks brand new and we love the new flooring. Thanks for taking good care of us. We appreciate your hard work.

Company is all a joke they don't even know what there doing. They keep calling me about how to install floors left and right .

Thank you for helping me get my house updated and ready for sale!

Wendi and Courtney are a great team. We had them out to look at 2 rooms that we needed new floors in. Courtney measured the room while Wendi went over the different options availbale. Wendi has a good eye for cloor choices. After making our choice a week later the floors are being installed. Install was great and they do a final walk around to make sure you are completely satisfied.

FCI did a great job of working around our painting schedule to install carpet and flooring in multiple rooms. Great product and employees, thxs !

Justin was honest and gave us the best possible deal...guys were fast, courteous, clean and professional...thanks!!

Courtney & Wendi Forester are a delightful couple, who together run a franchise with Floor Coverings International. They provided me with high quality service, guaranteed my satisfaction, & did honest, honorable work. Their team went right to work upon arrival on the day scheduled for the job, did a great job, & finished early. I can gladly recommend them.

I have hired this company for floors 3 times. They do a good job with scheduling and I was very happy with how quickly they are able to install. The pricing was very fair and they are nice people to work with. Highly recommend!

Courtney and Wendi were great to work with on our flooring purchase. They were always on time, able to accommodate our work schedules and very willing to answer all our questions. Team got the carpet installed and we are so happy with the finished product.

I had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International and I highly recommend them. They installed carpeting and also plank flooring in my bathroom. Everything was done to the highest professional standards. The team was considerate of me and my home while working. From start to finish everyone was friendly and professional. They did all this for a very fair price.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with FCI. Courtney and his team did a great job communicating with us throughout the course of the project, the whole process from first meeting them to project completion was quick, and the quality of the workmanship was very good.

From start to finish Rena supplied me with samples, estimate and an installation date quickly and without problems. The installers were polite and efficient. The final product was very good.

The owner Courtney is an amazing stand up man and stands by his word which is hard to find nowadays with company owners!! Justin is awesome. I highly recommend them!!

Rena was great from the start! We didn't feel pressured at all and she answered all of our questions. We never once felt "sold to".

The two gentlemen that installed the flooring were both friendly and showed that they were skilled at what they were doing.

Wendi, Courtney and their crew were amazing! Their communication is top of the line. They informed us of the whole process from prep, to install day, to follow up. Install day was flawless and very well done. The crew cleaned up well and were very kind. Our new carpet looks amazing! I highly recommend using this company!

Rena and her team did a wonderful job with my home, working with my schedule and going above and beyond at all points. When something didn't work out as planned, she made a new plan and got it done. Thank you!

Working with Courtney and Wendi was a pleasure. They were quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and had a flexible program for us to use. As a realtor, it’s important to have a wonderful team working each angle and FCI hits this mark.

I had my oak floor refinished by Floor coverings. Super efficient and professional. I highly recommend them

I just want to thank the team at Floor Coverings International Southwest Seattle for a fantastic job installing our new Luxury Vinyl Planks. It’s wood grain pattern and color look beautiful. We’re very happy with it. I appreciate Courtney’s flexibility and patience in working with us as we worked out the details of what we wanted. Rena in particular, who was there most days to oversee the job, worked closely with us using her creativity and experience to work out the flooring trim details around an unusual and problematic spiral staircase landing. We really enjoyed her friendly professionalism and determination in ensuring we had the best solution. And I can’t say enough about the installation team who worked really hard leveling, prepping, and installing the floor, cleaning up at the end of every long day, and even doing a final thorough cleaning at the completion of the job. Thank you!

Courtney and Rena are consummate professionals, creative problem-solvers and a delight to work with. For years, I assumed I would need to replace about 500sft of laminate to make up for only 20sft of water damage due to materials matching, etc. In just minutes during our first walk-through, Courtney came up with an idea that not only brilliantly solved the water damage issue but added a feature to the home that I think prospective buyers will appreciate. He was customer-centered, worked with our budget, and the new carpet and flooring installation are perfection. Whether you are prepping to sell, making necessary repairs, or upgrading your forever home, I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Great price and more importantly, excellent service from start to finish. They replaced the dirty worn out carpet in our front waiting room and now it looks and smells fresh. My customers and staff have been more than happy!
