Constraction reviews in Puyallup, Washington

After one year as I was preparing to reseal my driveway I noticed that some of the coloring was coming off I sent e-mail, sent text, called and left voicemail stating I wanted Steve to either call me or stop by to take a look at the work his daughter and helper did but it’s been 5 days and still no contact.

Amazing Concrete work! Their attention to detail is outstanding! I was very impressed with their knowledge on Concrete Stamping and the ability to turn normal concrete into Beautiful pieces of artwork.
One of the best Concrete Contractors in the Puyallup/Tacoma area.

Removed old stairs and extended a concrete porch they removed old walks and poured a new one did an overlay on front steps. Installed metal railings. We had to wait longer than we would haves liked but do understand how busy contractors are. The nice work was worth waiting

Professional. Steve the owner of the company was super nice on time and professional. What was said that need to be done was done. No hidden fees or services. Also guranteed his work not many people or company's do that anymore. I would recommend him to all my friends and family

I am located in a flood zone and I needed assistance right away. Devine by Design wrote out a detailed plan on his professional opinion on what exactly needs to be done to fix my flooding issue. The company already had a full schedule but the owner and his crew worked on the weekend to help me with my flooding issue; water was coming through unto my living room floor. They cut off all the damaged wood, installed a gravity fed French-drain that went all the way around the house, sealed the house, & placed a submersible pump as well. They did such a great job that the pump never goes on even during this winter storm and constant rainfall. At the end of the pipe you can see the constant flow of water which is all done by gravity. So this was a lifesaver especially with the power going out just a few days ago. So while they were digging I asked if I would save money by installing sprinklers now verses waiting until summer. So not only did I get a savings for installation of sprinklers they also gave me a military discount. The owner also went above and beyond the detailed description of the work he would do. Originally he was just going to do remainder of the house that didn’t have a French-drain. The owner, upon more examination of what the previous company installed, saw that the perforated pipe and sump pump was incorrectly installed. At no extra cost, he immediately fixed the issue. So I bought this house about 11 months ago and was glad to hear that there was a sump pump and French drain. I am surprised the inspector didn’t point out that the sump pump didn’t have a catch valve and basin was so narrow that the float kept getting stuck. The other issue was that the French drain wasn’t dug deep in enough. Devine by Design immediately fixed the issue as I said at no extra cost. I will go to this company for any work that needs to be done because not only do they specialize in custom concrete and landscaping but they’re also are registered general contractors. They were always on time, respectful & treated me like I was family. I am a customer for life!

These guys are wonderful. Beautiful workmanship, absolute professionals. They went above and beyond with the details and added a personalized touch. We absolutely love our new patio.

Devine by Design poured a retaining wall and patio for my wife and I. They were professional and here everyday until the project was finished. The project turned out great and we are happy that we had them do our work. I will use them on any future projects.

Absolutely love Divine By Design! They have done fantastic work for me and I recommend them to everyone. Great job, innovative, willing to take in any challenge, and done with integrity. I trust them to do what they say they will do and they stand by their work and their work is amazing!

Devine by Design was so awesome, they came in after another crew had totally screwed up my property and I had to fire them. Steve Hickey was so incredible and his crew did the most fantastic job. I designed the they layout and printed it out and they followed it exactly. Straightest lines I have ever scene, and the old world cobble stone stamping was incredible.

We had a sidewalk installed and a nice patio. I see that pictures of it were uploaded to their site.🙂 We're really happy with the whole process. Everyone seems very dedicated to the work AND they're a nice group. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves (love that) and the final result is exactly what we wanted. We couldn't recommend them more.

Steve and his crew are in a league of their own. They are the best of the best. I had them add an extension on my driveway with a sandy finish border and flagstone stamp in the center. They were on schedule and extremely communicative. Steve went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. It turned out stunning. Their work is on another level. Needless to say when we need more concrete work done, Divine by Design will be recieving our business!

Steve came out & helped us out with one of our projects, he was very knowledgeable & a master of his craft. I definitely would recommend Divine By Design for any of your concrete related projects!

Divine by Design poured an 18' x 20' custom decorative concrete patio and installed about 1,500 sq. ft. of artificial turf. They had to level the backyard out for the turf installation. From start to finish, I was very impressed by the quality and professionalism of Steve, Sandra, and their team. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the project. I will definitely be calling Divine by Design for any future works and have already recommended them to my neighbor.

We recently had them tear up and expand our old concrete patio. They were at our house for 3 days. The identified and made a plan for the water flow issue we would have with the expanded patio. The work was done very professionally and the new patio looks great. They made sure to add extra drainage for water and cleaned up the space after construction was finished. We had a great experience with them.

12 stars. Out of 10 Mr Dickey is an artist with concrete Great crew communication exemplary with my wife and I. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Devine by Design. The focus and attention to detail by Mr Dickey and his crew was amazing

In 2014 we used Divine by Design to repair a portion of our driveway that was crumbling and they did such an amazing job and we were so impressed by the work they did for us, when we needed additional work on another part of the driveway I knew exactly who I was going to call. I called Steve the owner of Divine By Design and left him a voicemail and he immediately called me back, he came out to my house in a couple of days to give me an estimate on the additional repairs that I needed for my driveway. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and as a woman when you need to hire someone for work and repairs around the house it is always very scary that someone will take advantage of the you when it comes to pricing and he did not!!! Steve is someone you can trust to do the job right and his employees are also hard working and very friendly. We highly recommend Steve and his staff at Divine By Design!!!!

Steve and his crew came out and set the forms and did the concrete finishing in a very timely manner. Very pleasant and hardworking guys, very pleased with the outcome and would definitely hire him again. Thank you!!

Quick and prompt with reaching out on job information. Short wait time for appointment.

Communication clarity with customers needs work. I got no call, no showed, and blamed for it. Instead of a reschedule or solution, they went into cya mode.

It looked like they do good work, though.

This team is amazing and they did beautiful work. Definitely will use them for my next project!

Divine Designs does amazingly beautiful work! Steve and team created a gorgeous stamped concrete patio for us that organically blends in with our surrounding landscaping. We are so pleased with the final product! Highly recommend for creativity and quality.

First off, I want to express my deepest appreciation to Steve and his daughter. They took a vision my wife and I had and created a masterpiece, with their insight and artistic creativity....WOW!!!
