I highly recommend FtS excavation! I had a yard covered in ivy and blackberries. Frank not only removed the problem, he shaped a 2nd usable landing, knocked down 100ft+ tree safely and found more driveway and an RV pad we didn't even know we had. My wife and I are very happy with the results ☺️

Frank did our complicated drainage system which required careful workmanship cutting a trench between existing landscape and fitting machinery between gate posts with only a quarter inch to spare. He did an outstanding job. If you want experienced and skilled with the excavation equipment Frank is the best.

FtS-Excavation, Frank, was awesome. We were in a nightmare situation last November & December with too much water leaking into our White-Water system. Water was flooding the pump out chamber and the pump couldn't keep up. Our entire system was dug up, by hand, and all joints were cemented and caulked. Plus there was the snow and record rainfall adding on top to this crisis. Frank dug a well point and installed a sump near the last pump chamber to draw off excess ground water. The water table was about at ground level as we are on a cut away slope and all the rainwater was settling right on the system and UV light box. Frank took care and was careful to dig and expose the line and install a line to our outer ditch, for the clear rain water to be pumped to, and not cause erosion. Problem cleared up and I am sorry to have taken 10 months to write a review! Talk about a chill guy, and honest and dedicated, he came out and worked right almost on Christmas eve and New Years. He was here, working, during the holidays. Incredible. That's how dedicated he is to see we get results, resolve the issue, safely and quickly. He even installed several tons of rock to help make a sort of French drain to help remove rain water from the septic tank chambers. If ever in a need for trenching, landscaping or pit digging, get ahold of Frank. I'll continue to trust him for all my landscape, water control needs. Thank you sir!!

FTS Excavation put in a driveway drain. Their bid was competitive and fair. The work was done on schedule, with as little disruption as possible. I would certainly call on Frank again for this type of work. They did a great job.

FTS did a great job. They showed up to provide an estimate on time when they said they would arrive and they scheduled and performed the work as agreed to. Both the operator and Frank were very helpful. They asked questions as the work progressed and did the work as we asked them to. I would hire them again in a minute. We are trying to sell our house and we needed the work done to facilitate the sale. They helped us out and showed up to meet our schedule.

Contacted FTS for a bid on some clean up on my property. They responded and checked out the site, gave me a bid later the same day. With a bid that was very reasonable. They came out and performed the work and completed the job in the promised time. I am very happy with the work they did and will be hiring them again for further projects.

Frank and his crew are reliable, communicate well, and are thorough. As a new homeowner discovering deferred maintenance/repairs coming up on their due date on nearly a weekly basis Frank's experience and intuition on what projects to prioritize, how much to invest, and how to approach the projects to ensure they could be picked back up when funds/time were available has been invaluable. Joe was the foreman from FtS on my various projects (driveway tear-out/replacement, french drain remediation and installation, catch basin installation and directed runoff, gravel drive cleanup/compaction, and culvert remediation) and kept me in the loop as work progressed and when opportunities arose to improve the project or take care of other future issues was happy to work through the process and scope. An example of a particularly important one was when I noticed issues with the old house gutter drainage adjacent to the new driveway and we were able to get new drainage pipes installed just days before the pour so that I didn't need to potentially tear up my nice new driveway just a few years down the road. There's other nice touches too like them having their own portapotty brought on-site and keeping things clean/covering damaged grass with hay. I've got a lot more projects to do and FtS will be doing them!
