Frank and His crew did a great job for Us. We had a drainage problem in a fire pit I had built. He fit Us in and solved Our problem. Frank and His crew were very respectful and worked very hard to get the job done. I would definitely recommend FtS.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Frank and his crew did an excellent job fixing our drainage problem and performed the work in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling them again when I’m ready for some landscaping at our new home.

We had had them come out and dig out for our addition foundation and backfill once it was poured. Frank was very prompt when coming out for the bid and once we agreed to use them, his guys were out the following week to start. They finished their scope of work in a very timely mannor and left our yard very clean after they were all done. Highly recommend.

Frank and his team did a great job with our lawn leveling project. They dug up some tree stumps, pulled up fence posts, knocked down some high spots, and leveled with top soil all in 2 days. They got us on the schedule fast and the attention to detail was great.

Frank and his crew did a fabulous job laying out my new parking pad and retaining walls. They look great! His crew took the time each night to clean up the job site so that my driveway didn’t have a bunch of debris. The work was professional, prompt, and well priced. Communication was superb. They have my highest recommendation.

I'm very happy with the way my project turned out. Frank worked with us to come up with a perfect compromise between what I imagined and what I could afford. The guys who showed up to do the job were prompt, courteous, and fast. Overall they did a great job and I couldn't be more pleased.

The guys who came to work were also great - scheduled quickly, work was done in 2 days, and the final result looks great with little mess!

During a historic atmospheric river event affecting the Puget Sound region, we had a drainage issue escalate very quickly and become an active flooding situation.

I called Frank that morning and, despite the weather conditions and widespread issues across the area, he responded immediately and had Keely on site within the hour. At the time, the pipe was actively flooding and a mitigation crew was already inside extracting water while the exterior stairwell continued to fill.

Keely assessed the situation right away, excavated the affected section, cut and capped the line, and stopped the incoming water before the next wave of heavy rain hit.

The speed, professionalism, and problem-solving shown in a very stressful situation were outstanding. We’re extremely grateful for the response and would absolutely recommend them.

Joe from FTS installed a beautiful fresh gravel driveway. It was very needed because I have friends with walkers and my driveway was soft and difficult for them to navigate before. But now it’s new and well compacted, which makes it easy for them to visit. I highly recommend.

Frank came on time, did what was needed and it looks great now. My ramp had a concrete landing that covered the access to my septic tank by about 1 foot. He cut the concrete and it looks like it was made that way to start with. If I could, I would give him 10 stars!

FTS was excellent to work with! We had unknown water issues expose themselves during the last big storm. They came out quickly, assessed and explained what was needed, and were able to get the job done quickly and within the timeline they projected. I thought the quote was fair price wise and they will be who we call for further backyard work if ever we need work done again.

Frank and his team have been an absolute godsend. We had 5 ft of standing water in our yard from run off and poor drainage (clay). We had several companies out for estimates but FTS were the only ones with the experience and the skill for this level of project. They even coordinated with the plumbers working in the crawlspace for a combined interior and exterior solution. They stuck to the estimate and timeline, and gave us a very fair price, especially considering the difficulty. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

After initial contact with FtS, someone came to our home to talk through our project. We needed a drainage system installed and concrete laid on the side of the house. We were given suggestions and options when possible as the project was planned. Our many questions were answered clearly. We received an estimate of the costs soon after. We received substantial information about what the project entailed and about timelines for completing the work. All employees were respectful of our property and the work was completed effectively and in a timely manner. The completed work was excellent.
