Constraction reviews in Puyallup, Washington

We had Juan and his team replace our old shower surround with a new soaking tub, tile, and plumbing fixtures.
He is fantastic to work with. I have NEVER had a contractor that’s so responsive. He was at the job early and stayed with it u til it was completed. His work is beautiful and his bill was exactly what he said it would be. I will definitely be using him again.

Juan was a pleasure to work with—highly communicative, attentive, and fair throughout the process. His team, including his brother Emerson and another crew member, Walter, arrived on time to install our laminate wood floors. They were friendly, professional, and completed the job efficiently. I would absolutely recommend them—10/10!

The workers of the company showed up on time daily. They did a really great job on removing the damaged floors, installing the new floor, replacing the drywall, and painting the walls and sides of the doors as well. Living room, bedroom, dining, laundry, and kitchen all done. The flooring looks new, and the black baseboard looks fresh. Very friendly workers that your company has, and would like to recommend their services, job done quickly and correctly.

South Hill Construction replaced my sliding back door and repaired the surrounding siding. Their pricing was reasonable, the quote process was quick and straightforward, and the crew was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The quality of the workmanship really stood out; without a doubt some of the finest work I’ve seen done in Washington. I’d highly recommend them for anyone needing exterior door or siding work.

Drywalled 17 window corners. Great Work, Fair Price, took longer than expected but stayed on job and left the house clean. I would recommend Juan and his employees for whatever job you need him for. His quality standards and business integrity is unmatched.

Juan and his staff are incredible. Emerson and Jose are the BEST! These guys are prompt, attentive, professional, and SUPER FAST! They finished a demo and remodel in 4 days! My master bedroom looks AMAZING!
I have had others do work for me but none of them came close to their turn around time! I am extremely PLEASED! Thank you South Hill Construction You are definitely on top of your A Game 💪🏼

My husband and I enjoyed working with Cisco. He’s honest and always kept us updated on progress. We highly recommend him and his team!

Cisco helped make my home remodel easier and more successful than I imagined. Great quality work.

Cisco did a fantastic job on a complicated new-construction-plus-remodel job for us!

They built a 600 square foot addition with two bathrooms and a master bedroom that extended our house to connect to our garage. They worked with our designer’s plans and built from foundation to roof, and all interior fixtures and finishes. It was complicated by our old house and by having to work off and on due to the pandemic. But they handled the work cheerfully, had many good ideas, handled all subcontractors and city inspections, and the results were very high quality. Would hire them again for any project.

I highly recommend Cisco Construction. I hired Cisco to build, from the ground up, a master room, two bathrooms and a kitchen in my Kenmore house and I couldn’t be happier. Quality and reliability made my life a lot easier during the remodeling process.

Cisco is a pleasure to work with. We met him when he was working with our contractor for a major remodel in 2003. Then a couple of years ago we needed some things done, and asked him to help. Hard-working, reliable, a good communicator, timely, good follow-through, and makes sure the job is done right. You can’t go wrong hiring him.

Cisco truly understood our vision and brought it to life with care and precision. They showed great respect for our home, keeping the workspace clean and organized. Cisco’s communication was excellent throughout the project, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way. I highly recommend them for any home project !

We have used Cisco for three different renovation projects. He remodeled both of our bathrooms, updated our kitchen, and added a beautiful new room off the back of our house. He is also skilled at smaller projects, such as creating a master closet and a window seat for our home. We highly recommend his services! His prices are very competitive.

I had the pleasure of working with Cisco Construction LLC and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and commitment to excellence. From start to finish, the team was highly accountable, ensuring that every aspect of the project was handled with attention to detail and completed on time. They were also incredibly accesible always available to address questions and provide updates, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

What stood out most was their respectful approach. Cisco Construction treated my home and family with the utmost care, maintaining a clean work environment and communicating openly throughout. Their blend of professionalism, accessibility, and respect made the experience a truly positive one. I highly recommend Cisco Construction LLC.
Sincerely,

Ilse

I can't say enough about the incredible work and dedication we've experienced working with Cisco Construction LLC over the past 15 years. From major home remodels to smaller updates, Cisco’s expertise and craftsmanship have always exceeded our expectations. We've trusted him with numerous projects, including a full basement transformation, two bathroom remodels, an office addition, a massive kitchen overhaul, and even a roof repair — and he has knocked each one out of the park.
What sets Cisco apart is not just his exceptional skills and eye for detail, but his unwavering professionalism, integrity, and fairness. He communicates clearly and consistently throughout every project, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way. He always provides realistic timelines and budgets, and he sticks to them, which is a rare find.
His relationships with his subcontractors are a testament to his leadership and team-building skills. It’s clear that he values and respects those he works with, which creates a seamless workflow and high-quality results. The team he’s built is just as strong as he is—skilled, reliable, and dedicated to getting the job done right.
Over the years, Cisco has truly become a part of our family. His strong moral compass and commitment to doing what’s right are values we deeply appreciate. We trust him implicitly, knowing that every project will be executed with the utmost care and attention to detail.
We highly recommend Cisco for any home renovation or remodel. He is, without a doubt, the best in the business, and we look forward to many more years of working together!

We used Cisco twice to update our 1920s Craftsman home, both times with great satisfaction. We used him initially for a complete kitchen remodel/expansion and later to add a new entryway and redo our front deck, which included a waterproof under storage area. He is easy to work with, has a broad range of construction knowledge, especially dealing with the quirks of a hundred year old house. He is very considerate to your personal space during the construction and has a good architectural sense. He is honest, communicative and comfortable with feedback making him so easy to work with. I completely recommend him for any project.
