Max is the man. Super friendly and communicative throughout the process, and willing to work through our very specific needs for our addition. Great quality work, will definitely be recommending him to my friends.

Good people? These guys especially, Max, are very dishonest. We hired them to frame our house which originally was for 16,000. We paid them 22,340 dollars to complete construction in 3 weeks as per contract. It took them 5 weeks and they left us a mess. I will not begin to talk about the construction other than it was completely disorganized and sloppy. Part of the contract was agreement that All work was done and that we would pass inspections. Neither of these occurred. I had to call for inspection 3 times before I passed it myself. It took me 18 hours to fix all the structural defects. 33 missed truss straps including two girder straps. Neither deck had a stitch of strapping and many of the trusses had only 1 nail holding them down. The trusses did not have any of the required bracing. These guys frame houses for a living??? I still do not have stairs to even get into my house and they were included. The crew had the plans for over a month and new the conditions. They were paid on time and early. Their transparency is cowardly as they are now blocking my comments on their FB page. What are they trying to hide. Perhaps inability to read a blue print correctly? Probably, as they missed 4 critical walls in the house, 3 windows and installed painted black windows without even following the engineers design. I would not hire these guys for a custom home. Never, never. You will regret it. I had 5 other crews who wanted this and I settled on them because of their shiny trucks. Because Max responded I will include pictures to prove my point and transparency. At main issue is weather or not stairs are included as part of the skeletal structure. Most builders say so especially with my terrain. The plan says so. My current picture says it all. There is a contract and they were paid in full. Indeed, stairs were included and so was ability to pass the framing inspection!

Max was super friendly and thorough! Everything he did made sense and he was super flexible willing to answer any questions I had. He was clear and communicative and I certainly will be using him for any future projects!

Max is awesome! He built an amazing DADU for me recently just the way I wanted and it turned out beautiful. Super friendly, honest, and very hard working. I highly recommend Max Built Construction! They are my go to!

Gregory was so informative and incredibly helpful with our home inspection! He was extensively knowledgeable and thorough, I really felt like all of our boxes were checked and we knew a lot more about the house and what we were looking at! We will definitely be using this company for all of our home inspections!

Jesse was awesome to work with. He was able to complete the inspection within 24 hours of contacting him. Quick to respond to any emails I sent and answer any questions I had. He did a great job at explaining any issues he found on the property, and also offered the best course of action to correct said issues. Very detailed report, but straight forward and easy enough to read. You can tell he takes customer service seriously. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend to a friend. Jesse with Northwest Home Inspector is a life saver! We hired Jesse because of his experience with remodeling and older homes. Jesse uses the most current tactics and equipment during his inspections, a few of which you must be certified for and he is. We were looking to purchase an early 1900’s home. Jesse gave the home a very thorough inspection, we were there for several hours, making sure not to over look anything. And thank goodness we did… Jesse found a huge flaw in the structural integrity of the home. Recommending if we were to proceed we would need to hire a structural engineer and contractor to verify if the home was structurally sound. We decided to walk away from the house. After that we found the perfect home and had Jesse out again for an inspection. He did another thorough inspection and this time even brought a new employee he was training. Working with Jesse has been great and really helped put our mind at ease during the buying process. Plus, he is very affordable with fees comparable to other inspectors in the area.

We had a new construction home inspection with Jesse. We really appreciate his detailed report as well as his thoroughness with each item that needed attention in the house. Jesse also gave tips on maintaining our home. His infrared equipment helped us identified missing insulation portion of the house. He also coordinated pictures with each issue to help our builder addressed the issues accordingly. Overall, Jess was excellent. We're planning to ask him back before our one year warranty!

Gregory helped us with our new build inspection and then walked us over all the items he found. He also gave recommendations on what could be done as well. We even rehired him for the final walk through inspection as we wanted to make sure everything was done and he even found extra items that were missed before. Really personable, respectful, and knowledgeable as well.

Not only that, but they didn't send me constant emails to rate them which was nice. And they didn't try to sell my information or offer me anything else afterwards. I had 2 inspectors and 3 inspections since we're planning on being in this home as our forever home.

Greg did an excellent job explaining his findings about an old house to me as a first-time home buyer! He was incredibly professional, on time, and the report was detailed and as easy to understand as it could be to me as a lay person. Would highly recommend!

Jesse is the person you want to hire for a serious and professional home inspection. He is detailed oriented, very good at explaining, patient, and excellent at communicating. He takes the time needed to do things right and will take the time to explain to you as well. His reports are full of pictures (which he goes over with you one by one) and easy to understand. Tim came out to perform an inspection for a house that we’re buying. He was professional, friendly, and arrived early.
