Our experience with Northwest Home Inspector's was great from start to finish. They are professional and knowledgeable. After the inspection was completed they took time to make sure we understood everything. 100% positive!

I had a home inspection done 8 years ago that cost $500. The guy spent about 30 minutes and missed some big items we later discovered after purchasing the home. For the same price, Greg took a little over 2 hours and went into terrific detail about everything he covered. He even had props in his van to show me the difference on building materials and how they hold up to moisture. Also surprised at all the color photos available on their website of the inspection. Given the choice, I'll come back to Northwest home inspectors when we plan to buy another house.

Jesse Weaver did a great job with the inspection. I had called very late at night and he was able to accommodate me the next day. I'm a first-time home buyer and didn't know what to expect. the report was clear and easy to read. I would use Jesse again.

Timothy Watts performed the sewer scope during this inspection and did a great job as well, he is skilled and professional. While he scoped the line he had no problem letting me watch and explained to me what he observed. Hire these guys if you need a home inspection or sewer scoped!

Jesse was the home inspector that we hired for the new construction home we bought in Lake Tapps. He was very thorough and produced a detailed report. He was able to find some issues pre close and also as part of 11 month warranty. I recommended him to other residents in my community for home inspection.
