I'm a home owner, they worked in my neighborhood absolutely professional polite and they made sure that I got in and out of my driveway I mean just absolutely the best company that I've came across at worked and my neighborhood and did a fantastic job of just making sure we're accommodated and just made sure that we rocked and roll and that we did not have no inconvenience I mean absolutely just five stars for this company

Do NOT use this company. They are a rip off. They send you an inaccurate invoice, then their "billing manager" and I use that loosely, hits you with a finance charge because they can't figure it out. The are scam artist and vert good at scamming people. I picked up trash, cigarettes butts and they are coming to our home without telling us. PLEASE go with someone else.

I had a hard time giving this company even one star. They installed our septic system 20 years ago in Graham. Soon after installation our lower floor flooded (newly installed oak flooring). They “forgot” to backfill under the pipe coming from the house and it collapsed causing the flooding. After repairing the pipe, they would take no responsibility for our damaged floor. Now, 20 years later, we again had flooding. We have found It was not completely back filled to support the drain line and the pipe failed again.

Nice guys and the work is acceptable but not very good at finishing the job or keeping promises.
They tore up my front yard to install septic tanks 45 days ago and the job still isn't finished. Well, it was 99% complete 3 weeks ago. There is still a tank cover that is several inches above grade and not at all level presenting a trip and fall hazard, not to mention how dumb it looks.
I have been told on SEVERAL occasions that it would be handled today, tomorrow, or next week.
Other than this issue this would be a better review as they are nice people and the work seems to be good.

I needed a septic installed quick for my new house and they came through for me. Septic is working great so far. They worked with my septic designer and passed the inspection. They even handled a few extra easy plumbing things while they were out free of charge. Sent me a bill for the exact amount they quoted me which isn't always the case with many contractors. I highly recommend this company.

I would give zero stars if I could!! This company came out to pump, inspect, and repair/replace our tank. They came out, dug out the tank, cut two huge holes in our drainfield pipes and then refilled the hole. They did not do a pump or inspect. They said our ENTIRE drainfield needed to be redesigned and replaced. This place is a scam! We ended up getting another opinion from AA Advanced Septic and they were able to clear our drainfield and do a replaced tank for much less. NW went from a $1200 job to over $20k. Then when we asked them for the final invoice they somehow said they worked much longer than they actually did. Oh and the invoice took about two weeks to actually get. Screw this company. Don’t waste your time or money.

Horrible service. Talked to someone about just the honey bucket no cleaning and they said it was fine. They won't charge us. It would save us 175 dollars. Got the bill for that day and they charged us almost 400 dollars. Cleaning fee included ! I called and asked why they charged that and they said they have to charge a cleaning fee... they lied and she knew that she told us no cleaning fee was fine. So un happy with their service.

Great service. Responsive, friendly, cost effective, clean... everything I look for as a General Contractor. They deliver and pick up on a timely basis and promptly service the units keeping things comfortable for my employees, clients, and subcontractors

They did a small septic job for me recently and the residential project manager was great to deal with. Crew was prompt and polite and did what they said they would do. Went above and beyond with their cleanup as well.

We hired Good Hands to enlarge and remodel our tiny master bathroom. The project required demolishing the old bathroom, removing an existing expanse of wall and rebuilding it to incorporate underused bedroom space into the bathroom, then tiling and installing new fixtures and furnishings. Throughout the project Good Hands took pains to protect our walls and flooring, and always cleaned up at the end of each day’s work. Our house, which isn’t new, threw us a few curves; Dorin (the owner of Good Hands) encountered a leaking pipe, an area of rotted subflooring, and some imaginative plumbing done in the past, apparently to provision an outside faucet. He took these surprises in stride, and calmly corrected each problem. Dorin is an accomplished professional—he knows what conditions are required to have a project come out well, and he knows how to produce those conditions when they’re absent. We love our new bathroom. Dorin takes aesthetics into account during every step while installing and finishing a room, and his tile work is absolutely, beautifully impeccable.

We had bathroom tile repair done which was completed in an excellent manner. The business owner explained the issue and what was needed to repair the tile. Further, he explained what to watch out for to avoid and/or identify potential problems before they become expensive home repairs.
