Brad was very professional, prompt, and courteous. After a few rounds of phone tag, we were finally able to connect and he provided an estimate within 24hrs and got me scheduled just a few days later. He did a great job pressure washing our house and didn’t leave until he made sure we were satisfied. 10/10 will call him again!

Brad and his sons did an awesome job cleaning our roof, entire exterior of our home, driveway and patio as well as the windows. They are so kind and professional. They will definitely be asked to come back again.

I had a pretty significant house cleaning done a couple weeks ago. I could not be happier. My roof, gutters, metal deck awning, siding, sidewalks and stairs, retaining walls, and windows were all cleaned. I can't believe how much better every surface looks. Everything is genuinely clean. It's absolutely an investment in my home beyond it looking a lot nicer. Interacting with Brad was a tremendous experience: he's very professional and friendly. The date was set with Rainier and then Hope called me personally to confirm. She arrived on time, with all of her supplies and a willingness to listen to my cleaning needs as we toured my house. She was great with my dog and two cats-a concern high on my list! She did everything I asked with a high proficiency. I am very grateful for her and Rainier. From my initial contact, they were responsive, friendly and prompt. I had contacted three vendors and was looking specifically for a company that did not use a pressure washer. Of the three, Eco Clean Northwest was the only vendor to do an on site bid. I liked that they were a local company with good history and there was no charge for the onsite estimate.
James was great to work with for the estimate, he came with info sheets and plenty of before and after photos of past clients. While on site, he used a drone to get accurate pictures of the roof and gutters and gave me several options to go with. I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and overall thoroughness of his assessment, it made it an easy decision to go with them.
Danny was the technician for my roof and gutter cleaning and I could not have asked for a friendlier or more conscientious person to do the work. He was quick and thorough and I really felt like my home was in good hands.
