The entire process was seamless from obtaining a quote from James. He provided an in-depth explanation of the process and educated me on how they will address the moss issue on our roof. From the outset, I felt confident that I was in good hands. Janessa was exceptionally kind and courteous in assisting us with scheduling. Nick and Erik executed an outstanding job cleaning our gutters and roof. The work was completed to the highest standards, as promised. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services. For future exterior cleaning of our house, I will not hesitate to engage their services again.

Eric and Chaz did an amazing job. They were on time, explained everything, cleaned my roof and gutters, cleaned the exterior of the gutters, showed me before and after photos, unclogged one downspout, and gave my dog lots of love. My garden has been on the Puyallup garden tour and it is a butterfly sanctuary and hummingbird refuge. It is also a prayer garden with a waterfall. They treated everything with sacred respect and I couldn’t be happier. This teacher gives them an A+.

James and Chaz were awesome! They were professional, punctual, and very thorough. Our roof looks noticeably cleaner, and they cleared out the gutters completely—no debris left behind. They also took care to protect our landscaping and cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality service.

Eric and Chaz were amazing! They took their time cleaning our roof and did a great job! They were knowledgeable and careful of our tile roof and even said hi to our dogs before they left. Great price and a great company with great people.

Very good service from the estimate to the finished work. Everyone I had contact with were courteous and professional. Roof and gutters cleaned, moss gone, roof looks great! The cleanup was excellent, my walkways/yard areas look better than before they started. Very satisfied with this company.

James and his team cleaned our roof and did an excellent job. I appreciated the clear communication and investment in notification, invoices and drones to provide a clear picture of the work to be done, when it would be done and when it was complete. I appreciated the team leader calling after they were complete and briefing me on the work they did and if they found anything worrying. The crew cleaned the site up very well. I recommend James and Spruce Goose!
