I originally contacted Eco Clean Northwest because I had a large amount of moss built up on my roof. Dan and his crew came out and did an incredible job—they were able to kill and remove all of the moss completely. On top of that, they cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which I really appreciated.

Their services didn’t stop there—they also took care of gutter cleaning and brightening, exterior window and screen cleaning, and soft washing for both the house and the roof. The whole exterior looks fantastic—like a full refresh for my home!

One thing to keep in mind: the first appointment is just an assessment. After that, they’ll schedule the actual cleaning for a future date. It’s a smooth process, and they were very clear about what to expect once we got started.

Dan and his team were professional, communicative, and finished the job within the timeframe they promised. The only small hiccup was that they arrived more than an hour earlier than scheduled without a call or text. It didn’t affect the overall experience, but a heads-up would’ve been nice.

With the weather warming up, I imagine they’ll be busier, so it might take a bit longer to get an appointment—but they’re absolutely worth the wait. I highly recommend Eco Clean Northwest for any exterior home cleaning needs!

Had EC Northwest come and do our roof and gutter cleaning, exterior house cleaning and power washing the driveway and sidewalk areas.

They were super clear in their communication the whole way through from quote to completing the work. They were professional, informed and easy to work with.

Professional, knowledgeable, and an attention to detail. First time cleaning our roofs, gutters, siding, and driveway. Tried ourselves but moss and grime would come back quickly. EcoClean team did a great job talking us through what each service entailed, and as first-time home owners we appreciated their ‘no-pressure’ sales approach!

The service - all listed above - took about 8 hours even in the sub-par weather conditions they worked in. The team too before and after pictures, walked us through a couple important points when they finished (they noticed some of my banister rails were in bad shape before the cleaning), and advised us about clogs in our rainguars (small build up in one end piece). Again - great work, professionalism, and communication.

Having the experience of contractors, who are less than honest or professional; dealing with James and his team was the best experience I could’ve hoped for! They were polite, professional, and most importantly did an incredible job on the three buildings that we needed treated! I attached one photo just to show the worst/best it looks! Just Had my roof, gutters and siding cleaned. I have lots of trees close to the house and the cleaning was very overdue! Great communication & fast response from the initial point of contact, thru in person estimate and getting the work completed. Very friendly and informative about the process. I had both my windows washed and the concrete around my home power washed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was incredibly professional from start to finish—on time, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. The windows sparkle, and the concrete looks brand new. They did an outstanding job and were very professional. We would recommend them for their side cleaning, gutters and window cleaning service. We didn't need our roof cleaned this time but when we do we definitely will go back to them.

James and team did an amazing job over two days cleaning and restoring our cedar shake roof. We had no idea it could be trapped to this level, going from gray to honey brown with cleaning and treatment.

Communication was great from estimate through the end of the job. They even sent a bunch of before and after done pics to enjoy.

The guys did a great job cleaning growth off the roof and cleaned up after themselves nicely. My roof is a complicated layout. They missed a small overhang. I called them and they were out the next day to take care of it and again, clean up the debris that fell off the roof.
We'll call them back out in a few years.

James, Arturo, and Kasey came out to clean our roof and gutters and they did not disappoint! Our roof looks 10x better as do our gutters (which they had to re-attach in a few places). They cleaned up after themselves and left everything looking better than it did before; very respectful of the property. I love that they took before/after photos from up top so I could see sections I can't see otherwise. Super nice guys and great company, I will happily use them again.
