I just wanted to say that I’m extremely displeased with how you handled things with me, as well as how you handle your company. Your ratings say your workers are happy but that can’t be true with such horrid management and workers. I know first hand because while makayla was cleaning my home she erupted with anger and antagonized an argument out of her fellow coworker. When I then asked if she could keep her negative attitude (as I of course don’t want my children exposed to that language) to herself I found myself on the receiving end of her anger. I have never met a young lady as disrespectful as her. Not only does she have a nasty personality, I also have videotape from my porch camera of her scraping the side of my car with a mop handle and have also found dust piles under carpets after both cleanings. You have lost my service and I hope you are able to find workers who take pride in representing your company.

Update: I am not a previous employee I am a previous client. The owner never contacted me even though they should have my information on file and I would gladly have shown them. Luckily I don’t work for a cleaning company, but instead an auto body repair shop and I was able to since repair the damages done by your company. And judging your response to this review and your quick assumptions that I was one of the poor people who decided to work for you shows your management and client service style your company showed me with my horrible experience.

Due to some traumatic events happening recently my apartment had fallen into disarray. It was cluttered, messy, and not a place I had felt completely at peace being in. After 1 visit from the team all I can say after walking about the apartment is WOW it is absolutely immaculate. The owner of the business was an absolute ace with prompt responses and total professionalism. The team that was sent here, while the place itself wasn't large, the task was not an easy one to overcome and they came through with flying colors. If you need an amazing cleaning done at your home please give these ladies your business. They have earned mine from here forward. It is absolutely outstanding and the peace I felt from the moment I entered the door is something you could never put a price tag on. Thank you so much! This means more than you will ever know.

Amazing trustworthy cleaning company. Always on time and extremely responsive. Summer and Lyndsey are amazing! They will even make my daughter's bed and stage her million stuffed animals which always brightens her day. Extremely detail oriented with every area.

Two of the ladies came to our house yesterday to do a cleaning and did a fantastic job. I was impressed with the detail as I watched them use feather dusters to clean the tops of the pictures hanging from the wall. Would definitely recommend and use this cleaning service again.

She hires hard working employees. Her and her employees work hard until the job is done and done right. I've rarely experienced having a boss who works hard like she does for her business. Amanda and Wendy did an amazing job and left my place sparkling clean! Wendy's attention to detail in our bathrooms was absolutely amazing (they are immaculate!) & Amanda left our kitchen looking brand new. When they were through with everything that I had asked them to do specifically, they still had time left and instead of leaving early, they went back and spot cleaned cabinets, wiped down baseboards, etc. Booking was easy, the staff was professional, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

I highly recommend Brilliantly Clean for any cleaning needs. I am very OCD (neat freak, germaphobe etc.) and they far exceeded my expectations. I will use them each time for my deep clean. They cleaned things that I didn't know needed cleaning. I have had many "cleaners" clean my homes but Brilliantly Clean is far superior than anyone else I have hired.

Chantel got our house booked right away, just in time for friends and family to show up. Extremely nice, with calls and emails. You can pay via invoice through the email, which is excellent. I'll give another review after the clean, but it looks promising.
