I wasn’t going to do a public review, but after the phone call from them, which blamed me and their own website for my dissatisfaction, I decided to proceed. To their credit they called me the next day after I marked “slightly dissatisfied” on their little internal survey. But then I became more dissatisfied after their phone call, and I wasn't completely convinced they were truly interested in my feedback. On their internal survey, I simply wrote that I was disappointed that the inside of drawers and cabinets weren’t wiped down. This was very frustrating because I spent $445 to have the house cleaned and now I have to go back do some cleaning.

She said that if I had looked under the list of services under Premium, wiping down the inside of cupboards and drawers isn’t listed. I said I realized that after the fact and had noted that on my internal survey. She said the crews don’t have time to wipe out every drawer and cupboard and that people have stuff in them. I said all my drawers and cupboards were empty because I was selling the house.

She then said that what I had needed was their “total cleanout” service. Gee, wouldn’t that have been nice? I pointed out that the Brilliantly Clean website provides three main choices. Basic, Deluxe and Premium. There is no button to choose their cloaked-in-mystery “total cleanout” service. I chose Premium, figuring that was the most thorough (breaking news: it’s not). “I will let the website people know. That’s not my department,” she said.

This next part really started ticking me off. “If you would have contacted us earlier, we might have been able to do something about it.” I filled out the survey six days after the cleaning. What’s the difference between filling it out three days after the cleaning versus four, five or six days? In any event, I told her that I didn’t want anything from Brilliantly Clean.

“I checked how long the crew was there, and it was the full allotted time.” I said I wasn’t blaming the crew.

Just a frustrating experience overall, for $445. So, if you are selling or renting your house and need it "totally cleaned," be sure to ask for it.

We have had Hannah as our cleaner for over a year now. I have nothing but great things to say. She’s great at what she does and knows how to make my 6 year old laugh. One time she put all of his stuffy’s upside down (and he has A LOT of them) and he thought it was so great! We always look forward to Mondays when we come home to a clean house. Thank you Hannah!

I have used Brilliantly Clean for almost 6 years now, and every clean has been awesome! The owner has had quality control checks, has sent cleaners back if she was not satisfied with the photos her cleaners sent in of our home, and most recently texted bc her cleaner was afraid she had forgotten to clean our sink ( she didn't) and was going to come back. the professionalism, dedication to ensuring everything is done properly, and the quality of employees speaks volumes to what an incredible company this is! I am so thankful for Brilliantly Clean and all the hard work they do in my home! I recommend them, they are 10/10!!

Their work is thorough, staff is friendly, and they even put new liners in my bedroom and bathroom garbage cans! My floors are shiny when they leave, bathrooms sparkle.
