Great landscaping company , they do a great job with all of our lawn care needs.

This company charges a premium price for low quality work. They keep raising their prices. I don't recommend them.

Went there thought it was a house.It was.Yard and trucks in back,People there, I tried to talk to he was Spanish said no English. I knocked on door heard people but I guess they did not want to talk?Whole experience felt akwzrd.I was inquiring about work.

We hired BrightView for formal landscape seven months ago. We are a medium size HOA with half dozen private streets and numerous common areas. The quality service has been very good. The range of additional services available (such irrigation changes, landscape upgrades) is a bonus. The quality of service is very good. The major improvement over past vendors is a robust quality assurance process. Beside better service, good QA helped greatly to smooth out teething issues with a new customer. BrightView's bid was significantly less than competing established medium to large vendors, but more than two guys with a truck.

We have never been under contract with this company, though they still charged us for a whole month of service even though we fired them the month before for poor quality landscape services and for overcharging us. Then they had the balls to send us to collections. DO NOT do business with them. You will regret it as l do.

We are an HOA community and Brightview recently replaced our previous landscape contractor. The entire community has expressed what a difference they have made in the appearance of our grounds, having taken it from acceptable to outstanding. The very hard working crew always knows what needs attention whether it be pruning, leaf collection, weed control etc. Aside from their weekly routine, they also helped us renovate an entire section of our entrance with a low maintenance, attractive design. The renovation included removing all the old, diseased plantings, plot preparation, addition of large landscape boulders, plantings and mulch. They can do it all from start to finish! All of our residents are extremely pleased with their work and how much better our yards and community property look. They consistently do their own reviews by documenting what they are doing well and what could use improvement. The management and supervisory employees are very willing to work with us to be the best they can be. We would highly recommend Brightview services.

Messed with irrigation. Had an issue with water pressure that they were potentially a part of and were supposed to come back oit to figure out what may have happened qnd never showed up

I own a coffee shop and they came through and swiped the side of my building. Ruining my gutters and said they would come back and fix it. Assessing the damage my whole top gutters are coming down and all I asked was for them to replace the down spout they ripped off and ran over. And still nothing

I came at 9:50 Pm and it shows they closed until 11:00 pm but they told they are closed and they open until 6:00 AM

Needed some furniture removed. Very accommodating on scheduling. Rates were fair. Showed up and were professional and courteous. I have saved their number and will use again when we move. Very impressed.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! They were prompt, easy to work with and did an amazing and thorough job.
I will be calling them again.

The consult was seamless and very comprehensive. No haggling involved as the sales representative was very amenable yet transparent. The service was superior to any company I've contracted to maintenance the exterior landscape of my home. They planned, installed and artfully maintained the grounds to my satisfaction and I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a solid professional landscape design company.
