Rob was on time and called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. He is so friendly and professional. He did a thorough job cleaning the carpet. He is very knowledgeable. Great experience from scheduling all the way to the technicician coming to my home! Very responsive! My carpets look great! Smell clean and fresh. The most important they are again sanitized. They were honest from the beginning. They told me what would come out and what would not. Even gave me a few suggestions to keep my carpets nice and clean after they left.. Loved the service! It was pretty expensive though. 270.00 for a two bedroom apartment and that was with a special. Although the price was not friendly the service was worth it. I definitely would use them again. Thank you Accuclean! I am happy that I can see my carpets again. They also provide other services as well.

Bill and Grace did a wonderful job on our carpets, very professional and thorough. They also stripped and cleaned our hardwood floors and ceramic to led entryway. They are now both show-worthy. I really appreciate their attention to detail and friendliness.

Amazing ! Our carpets were horrible, so bad we were debating pulling them up and replacing with carpet or wood.Hubby said let's try getting them cleaned after seeing them on FB. NOW he is the skeptic but WOW. I didn't want to spend money on new floor before the holiday. Well, no need for a while. The job done was past amazing. Yes there are a few spots but hes not a miracle worker, who by the way was friendly and fast. What's left is nothing compared to how nasty they were. Not very noticable at all. 3 room and were out under 2 hrs. I will definitely use Accuclean when we get new carpet if we go that route. Please try these guys. They bend over to get the job done right.

We had Accuclean out to clean the carpets in the entire house. Not only did they have very reasonable rates but the technician was very proffesional and fast. I was amazed at some of the stains they were able to lift. The carpets turned out amazing. I would definitely recommend Accuclean to anyone looking for a top rate job at a great value. 3 times I’ve used there service. Robert is always on time or even a little before. Always calls, to say he’s on his way. Just a fantastic job everytime. I have old carpet and he not only gets it clean it looks better everytime they come.

AccuClean did an amazing job cleaning and removing stains in an older carpet that had not been cleaned in years. I am very happy with the work that Rob did for me!

The first round of cleaning kitchen and bathroom tiles along with grout cleaning was not very satisfactory. Upon communicating this to AccuClean, they immediately acknowledged my concern and scheduled a return visit the next day. They fully achieved their standard for 100% customer satisfaction and I would recommend them along with using their services again.

WOW!!!!! I've never used a professional carpet cleaning service before. Saw there ad on FB and sent them a message. With in a 1/2 hr Bill responded. Very prompt at responding and never tried to upsell. Robert, who came out to do the job was very professional and went over the best recommended treatment/clean for our carpet, which is a textured berber and it was really dirty, and again, it was my choice and he didn't push. He also had a great since off humor. I highly recommend this company 100%. I give them 10 stars ⭐ We went with the restoration and pet stain service. Money well spent.

I am very satisfied with my whole experience with AccuClean.

After calling I received an email and text with my appointment information and what we talked about having done. The day before I reviewed a reminder text/email. You pay before the work starts with the tech and immediately receive a receipt via emial.

My main concern was filtration soil that has built up in a home we are moving into. Robert walked through with me and was transparent in not knowing what would come out due to the age of the carpet. Even after doing one room he showed me what was coming out before continuing. I was pleasantly surprised that most came out! He was kind and friendly which was a bonus.

I will definitely use them again in the future.
