Such great customer service, i wish i remembered his name, but the man who came and did our carpets was so friendly, he was quick, explained everything and the carpets look so good! Very personable, prices were amazing.

The ONLY thing i would change is, i would ask for the owner/manager to provide shoe covers for the employees. Its safer for everybody! He did have on a super cool mask and stayed 6 feet when talking. It is my understanding they dont screen customers prior to entering their homes. I think to keep the wonderful employees/customers safe, a few screening questions would be beneficial... looking forward to them doing more of our rentals and floors!!!!

Very happy with my whole customer experience with AccuClean Carpet and Floor Care. The communication was absolutely top tier. Robert was on time and called 30 minutes prior to arriving to let me know what time he would be arriving. I would change just one thing about my would be how strong in fragrance of the solution they use is. But we did get the deodorizing treatment! And at a great deal.. My whole house was strong all day long and gave me a headache. My floor does look cleaner and surly doesn't smell like dog urine anymore :) Thank you for your excellent service. I am very very pleased with how well my carpets feel and smell once the scent dissipated a bit.

Robert was incredible. He warned me that some (very) well worn areas of my carpet may still look a little worn when he finished, as much as he would try to bring them back to life. Well, those spots look like new, he did such a great job. Punctual, very pleasant, professional, efficient.. under promise and over deliver - I like that. Affordable even with the extra pet odor treatment. Next time I won't wait so long to get my carpet cleaned and I'll know just whom to call! Thank you.

Accuclean did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpets in the lounge, living room and stairs. I will definitely be using them again. Very professional, and I am delighted with the work they carried out.

What a fantastic experience working with this company. Friendly, polite, thorough job, and so informative! Our carpets were dirty ( I mean we have 4 dogs) and they are old, but the transformation is amazing. We have had other services come out, they charged more, the carpet looked the same and you could feel the sticky residue after. Accuclean gave us the red carpet service. Totally worth every penny. We will be having them come back and will be recommending them to all or friends!

When i booked the call they were very nice and explained in detail what i would receive, when robert showed up he was very professional, he also looked over my carpet and pointed out areas that might need an extra clean. He then cleared the carpet and did a great job, would definitely use them again.

They were able to come out within 24 hours of booking. Very friendly and professional. I’ve had many carpet cleaners in my home and they by far did the most through job. Explained the full service. Made thoughtful recommendations and left my house looking and smelling wonderful! Thank you. I will definitely use your service in the future.

Fast, friendly service. There was a bit of a hiccup because prior to their visit, I asked for a quote to clean my couch however the quote they gave me was for a standard couch not a sectional. In my opinion the price they charge for a sectional is extremely high based on the amount of time involved ($320). They were also on the higher end of the quotes I got, but I chose them due to their prompt responses to my questions. The tech was friendly and worked fast. He was here for an hour or less. Will definitely use them again based on their customer service, just not as often as I had hoped based on pricing; $350 for under an hour worth of work.

I give AccuClean a 5 star rating because this is the cleanest that I’ve gotten my carpet cleaned and I’ve had three various carpet cleaners come in and clean so that’s why they get a five. There was a few spots that I thought he probably could’ve gotten but overall, he did a great job I would recommend them to, friends and family.
The cleaner removed 97% of the stains. There were some that I thought wouldn’t come out but the stains did.
This company will be my go to carpet cleaning company!

Bill did an awesome job today. It started out with him finding a leak from our freezer that he took upon himself to clean up and eat me know as soon as possible. He sent pictures along the way and even provided solutions for a long term fix to the carpet from previous damage. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Professional and efficient. We have 4 animals and white carpet and AccuClean was able to get our carpet back on track. Would highly recommend. Had a couple of stubborn stains that they were able to get out.

Robert was very professional and was very helpful. He helped vacuum the carpets as I wasn’t ready when he got to my home. They were not supposed to vacuum but to get the job done, he did it out of kindness. Please make sure your carpet is vacuumed out of respect for the tech persons time. I definitely failed on that, no matter what my circumstances were.
He cleaned my carpet like brand new. If that doesn’t speak for itself, look at the pictures I attached. I have pets in my home, and you’ll never know they tinkled on the carpet.
I will use AccuClean again. Great company, most especially great tech people who actually comes to your home to do the job.
