I had the privilege of working with Jeremy who is extremely knowledged and goes over and beyond. I have to admit I cried when he was finishing up the job because this company has been a blessing. Jeremy took his time and did not rush through to make sure the job was done properly. He also talked me through the process so I was always aware of what was going on. Water leaks can be extremely stressful and the last thing you want to do is deal with a company who's going to gouge you. The owner of Zoom Drain must take alot of pride in his plumbing company and hires extremely knowledge employees that have good hearts. Unlike other companies they will also send you emails and/or text messages to keep you updated on plummer's arrival.

Jordan Johnson and everyone at Zoom Drain is outstanding! Jordan removed 3 toilets while I had my floors replaced and reconnected them when the floors were complete. Jordan was friendly, professional, and efficient. He showed up exactly when he said and called me about 30 minutes before he arrived. He worked quickly and the toilets are working perfectly again. Jordan is an excellent plumber! Nadine in the office was also very easy to work with. She responded to me quickly and set Jordan's visits to accommodate the floor installation. Our shower drain had a slow drain. We tried everything ourselves to try and fix but had no luck. Our last resort was to hire a professional. I put out requests for quotes and Zoom Drain came in with the lowest amount and could get us on the schedule the next day.
Their technician Jeremy Linson was very friendly and arrived right on time and got our drain and the stopper mechanism fixed and working in less than half an hour. We’re so happy with Zoom Drain and will be recommending them to all our friends and family. We of course will be calling on them

I called Zoom Drain, Jeremy came out was very patient with me and answered all my questions and showed me how to clean my sewer filter. No one has ever told me that it needs to be cleaned every six months they just want to keep charging you for cleaning it! Tecnichtion who came out for estimate had looked up what type of septic tank I had and gave me a quote to have risers put in tank inspection and filling free and pumping. Very reasonable cost and had options for payment. Staff at office very polite and courteous. I have no issues in recommending this company for all your needs in septic services.
