Amazing experience with Seth, he quickly assessed the situation over the phone and basically gave me a free estimate over the phone/facetime after hours even! Came next day ready and prepared, when I mean quick I mean he did 2 jobs in less the 25-35 minutes practically installed a shut off valve for free because it needed to be replaced alone with my water pressure regulator that was completely busted(the main issue). After the fact I asked if he could take a look at 2 of my toilets, literally adjusted a notch or two on the toilet mechanism and fixed that one no charge, next bathroom pump was bad, replaced it in less then 5 or 10 minutes that's including with the first job done. I'm very grateful for them how quick, respectful, and very helpful they were, amazed! Even cut us a discount for promoting and or leaving a review but discount or not I was leaving an amazing review!

DON'T USE Bowers!!!!!! Bowers is responsible for missing this!!! they did not do a good inspection!! and didn't notice the damaged floor due to water damage acs is not responsible for structural as a person fell thru. They still have not itemized and priced for INSURANCE and we're in Feb, the affiliated co did tear out but not secure as family member fell thru what should have been removed Bowers said not there problem no sympathy/empathy to contact acs even tho Bowers recommended/or affiliated.
they obviously don't want the job stole down pmnt, left flooring compartments open, wall is not tiled! floor is not vynle! vanity is not being replaced! no painting alot of this does not need fixed, you pulled what didn't need pulled and didn't pull what was needed! communication totally unexceptable as not all documents were sent, to the 2 people owner and decision maker you fired employee we were working with and got confused with work computers what was sent/said or not to client. Loss Date 10/08/2025, Important Claim Information talk to Nick. 3 months later- there is no agreement on vog board and ONLY WHAT WAS TORE OUT! the code some not apply to this mobile. talk to INS. the quote from you says around 7000??? for bathroom but not itemized with cost also no vanity needed it wasn't pulled no vanity toilet bathtub needed only green board and surround ins won't cover just caulking and pipes put back. holes weren't patched so racoons were getting into bathroom mark put something together. but still the siding wasn't put up to deter these animals are sleeping in the insulation around heater and tub faucet is 5/8 too long had to cut copper as it was done as a house this is a mobile and somethings are not compatible.

If I simply accepted what the insurance company wants to do, your bathroom would be rebuilt in the cheapest way possible, not the correct way. I refuse to cut corners or put my name on sub-standard work, and that is why I continue pushing back on your behalf.
Because of that, I’m respectfully asking that you please update your reviews to accurately reflect the work we’ve done and the effort being put in on your behalf. The plumbing work itself was completed properly, and the ongoing delay is strictly an insurance issue — not a service or care issue.

nope I will not drop my opinion/reviews! the room floor damaged obviously. tear out and the job not finished this has been a nightmare!!! over water damage in bathroom and bedroom vog/floor and itemizing. I just remodeled that whole bathroom in July no problem! this will be the last time! you don't want the job, stole my down pmnt to keep the job or just in case clients use another company,

Joe -- from Bower's Plumbing did an absolute fantastic job on our needed repair. February 2023. The main water line from the house to the street got repaired; it was underneath our concrete sidewalk. Also the on and off switch inside the garage got repaired and replaced. Excellent work excellent price and fantastic customer service. I will always count on Joe and Bowers Plumbing to do our repairs both now and in the future. You should too!!!
