Bowers team was very professional. They had to do demo and re-install of all the finishes after a water leak in my bathroom and hallway. Their work was perfect. There is no punch list. They showed up when they said they would and they’re very attentive to the customer. They answer the phone when you call with a question or concern .Tyler the plumber did an excellent job as well as the others

Patrick was amazing! Showed up within the hour and quoted us a VERY REASONABLE price within the first 5 minutes and immediately got to work on financing! He installed our water heater by the end of the day :)

Project was done well and met our hopes and what we were looking for and each of the guys who came to work were all friendly and worked great in the background of our busy family home. We were also impressed when the project manager Nick came out to do a final walkthrough, he called something out we had missed and made sure it was fixed. We called Bowers for a bathtub repair and were delighted with the results. Our tub had a faucet leak that we tried to fix numerous times unsuccessfully. After giving up I called Bowers and my leak was fixed immediately. Very respectful and professional. Thank you Bowers.

Water started bubbling up from our bathtub, the shower had standing water, and the toilets backed up… all while we were preparing for bed…during an atmospheric river event!

I’m still mentally recovering from an experience a few years ago where we had been price-gouged by a not-so-honest contractor for plumbing work at our previous home. To say I was apprehensive to call another plumber for emergency work is an understatement. However, I remember seeing someone recently inquire for plumber referrals on Facebook. The number of responses recommending Bowers Plumbing stood out.

I called Bowers Plumbing. The after-hours answering service said they would page a tech. Within a minute, I received a call from Seth at Bowers Plumbing. He showed up about 20-minutes later and got straight to work…in the pouring rain…in the dark. He quickly found and remedied the problem. There was no price-gouging involved. Seth was very professional and compassionate. Bowers is an honest company and our experience was top-notch!

Excellent communication and response time. Work was performed as described. My ONLY complaint was cost of repair. Technician spent a maximum of 5 hours on the job and used $20 in parts. Total cost of repair was $2900 plus tax. This equates to $580 hr. This was in addition to $450 paid to a leak location company. I expressed my concern and was told that the owner sets the price based on industry standards. I did approve the work. However, I felt I had no choice due to the time sensitive nature of the leak. All in all a good company but they do need to look at pricing structure.

DO NOT hire Bowers for your construction needs. We trusted them to remodel our bathroom and they hired out the tile work to a subcontractor. The tiler installed the grout incorrectly, and it is soft and able to be removed by rubbing with a finger. They tried to imply that they issue is on our end, that we are not sealing it, that the cleaner we are using is too harsh. However, this issue existed from the beginning, after it was sealed originally by the tiler. And now they are refusing to fix the problem, so we are stuck redoing all the grout ourselves, on a three year old bathroom that cost A LOT of money. NEVER AGAIN going to give Bowers any of our money.

They also installed a vanity against a crooked wall, even though I had given them computer generated blueprints, and they dry-fiited the vanity before installation. No solutions were given to remedy this issue, either.

Overall this is a poorly run company with shoddy morales. Stay away.

Patrick came out to check a leak I had from the valve behind my toilet. It was old, time to replace. He explained what he was going to do, what the cost would be, etc. Very thorough. I am quite happy with all aspects of this visit today, to include his respect for my home. By placing shoe covers on when he came inside. Thank you Bowers Plumbing, Patrick is a very knowledgeable and polite employee!

We have had two different plumbers out from Bowers within the last 6 months (for 2 different needs). Both times, we have had great experiences with each employee answering our questions and trouble shooting as needed. Most recently, we had the pleasure of working with Patrick after a sudden and unexpected kitchen flood. Not only was he able to get out within an hour of calling, but his calm, confident and friendly demeanor was reassuring that our issues would be addressed timely and completely. He completed a thorough walkthrough and highlighted several key areas to address for prevention (I.e. plastic turn off valves, missing pressure regulator and 20+ year old water heater to name a few).

He provided several options and assisted in triaging the work based on our needs and financial situation. Would highly recommend Bowers in general and Patrick specifically.

I called them on Monday and was given an appointment the next day. Seth showed up right on time and spent decent amount of time educating us on various options, pros and cons and the estimates.
Seth is competent and super helpful.
His estimates were much more reasonable than the big firms since his small firm doesn’t have to spend a ton on advertising with NFL athletes in the ads.

The Only Plumber We’ll Ever Call There is nothing more stressful than a plumbing crisis on a weekend, but Bowers Plumbing turned a potential disaster into a great experience.
​From the second he walked in, both my husband and I felt completely comfortable with Tyler. He was extremely polite and had such a professional, calm energy that immediately put us at ease. We bought a 50 year old house and found that both kitchen sinks and our upstairs bathtub were leaking causing water damage and mold. Bowers Plumbing was quick to come out and fix the leaks. They always answered their phone and were very professional. The plumber was knowledgeable and communicated clearly. We were given an estimate and clear explanation of findings and needed repairs before agreeing to the work. We also had them install 2 dishwashers which they did quickly and masterfully. We are very happy with their service and will choose them for any future projects.

Well done! Seth quickly identified the source of our upstairs master bathroom shower leak into the downstairs kitchen and the teams they work with have made a plan to address the problem quickly. We called 10+ plumbers on Saturday afternoon and they were the only ones willing to come out. By the time we found them, it was about 4:30 and they still made a slot for us late in the evening and came after 7pm. We felt the need to act quickly and to do our due diligence and make every attempt possible to have plumber and mitigation teams out right after the discovery, and they were the only company able to support us same-day late on a weekend. Much appreciated.

Seth came out after an emergency call. Had a leak in the wall at the shower valve he quickly diagnosed the problem, was upfront with the work that needed to be done and provided a very fair estimate. The work was done quickly even though he needed to cut an access in the wall to do the repairs correctly. Seth was very courteous and we are extremely pleased we selected Bowers to do the work.
